Seemed like a great place. We went in my finace and I and scouted the selection pretty quick. The lady at the front desk pointed us in a right direction. Only wish their new appliance selection was a bit bigger but I do understand it's a used appliance store. Cant beat 90 day warranty and $50 delivery and installation. 5/5

Had to buy a used fridge was able to buy 1 at good price decent appliances and has 90 day warranty next day delivery but waited several hours after time it was to be delivered by due to overbooking but all in all good deal 👍 …

So far so good. Bought a fridge for our garage based on a verbal description of it only (we were a bit desperate). Delivered promptly. We had an issue with door not closing properly. After I called about this problem they came right out and fixed it. Good fridge for the money and solid service.

I'm leaving a two star review because they told me on Friday that my washing machine would be delivered between 1 and 5 the following Monday and when we called on Monday we were told that whoever scheduled the delivery didn't do it right and the best they can do is Tuesday. No apology either. If we get our washing machine tomorrow and it's not broken I'll remove this comment and change to 5 starts. They have an excellent warranty policy. Their repairmen and women are outstanding. I'm spite of the backorder on parts I feel they made my problem a priority and worked hard to fix things. Definitely worth the money.

I really wanted this to be a good experience...my boyfriend and I bought the last refrigerator on the floor on a Sunday for his new house. When attempting to schedule delivery they advised they do NOT deliver after business hours...to me that's crazy...so working people can't buy appliances? Finally my boyfriend agreed to get off work early on the day they wanted to deliver it. They came 30 minutes earlier than they said and wouldn't wait for him to get there. When I called (several times before getting an answer) the next day she advised the deliveries were already out for that day and she couldn't get it out u til the next day. I advised them to leave the unit on the porch if they came before he was home. Mind you he's already missed almost 2 full days of work trying to be available for delivery. She agreed. Next day...no delivery not even on the porch. Finally 6 days after purchasing and 4 days after we were supposed to receive the unit it was left on the porch. To me this is ridiculous!!! Let's pray that we never need service!!! Their prices are decent as far as used appliances go however I suggest you find someone with a truck to go with you and take the unit home same day!!!

Extremely helpful and awesome staff. They were so kind to us. We easily purchased a washer and dryer and opted for delivery for $30. The appliances come with a ninety day warranty. We were pleased.

My husband and I were looking for a reliable washer/dryer set to give to a person for whom our church was helping build a Habitat for Humanity house last year. Not only did we find a very nice set at a very reasonable price, but the delivery was adjusted so that the woman receiving the house could be surprised by the appliances being in place when the house keys were presented to her. Delivery and installation were all handled in a very professional manner, coordinating with Habitat. She was delighted with the quality and we were very happy with the courteous and accommodating service. My only regret is that I didn't post this review sooner!!

My fiancee and I bought a washer and dryer from Big Jon's about two months ago in June. The units are the Whirlpool Cabrio series. We were very wary of buying used appliances in general. However, after two months of using these appliances, we are very happy with our purchase. Customer service in the store was friendly and very helpful. The delivery men were the best though. They hauled the units up a flight of cramped stairs with care I would have never expected. The path through our apartment is very tight as well but they showed the utmost respect for my place. They were very friendly, tested the washer and dryer and made sure I was happy with the delivery. It saddens me to think about not having cash on hand to tip them very well. They did an excellent job. The overall experience with Big Jon's was fantastic and I will definitely do business with them again as well as recommend everyone I know in need of appliances. Thank you Big Jon's! You save us time, money and headaches!

Prompt delivery. The dryer I purchased experienced a cracked heating plate and blown fuse 3 weeks after purchasing BUT they came and repaired the unit the next day after I contacted them about this issue. I really appreciated that! Good experience, overall. Would buy from again.

Over the weekend we decided to get a garage refrigerator! They had a huge selection compared to the BIG BOX stores, and the prices could NOT be beat! The woman that waited on us was honest, professional and could not have been more helpful! She even helped load it in the truck! We are telling everyone what a great place it is, and they had tons of other appliances as well. Clean honest shop! Love locally owned!! We WILL be back!

Great customer service! We went in to look at gas stoves. They only had one, but it was the one! Gave us a great deal and had it delivered the next day. Delivery men were very friendly and helpful and took away our old stove. They don't hook up but wasn't a problem ( we just YouTubed it, was very simple). We definitely recommend them.

We purchased a washer about a year ago from Big John's. Last week we purchased a dryer from them as we had such a good experience with the washer. They were personable and reasonable with their pricing. We were lucky enough to snag a delivery time for the next day after our purchase and the two gentlemen who came to deliver were very professional, took away the old dryer and hooked up the new one. Whether you're leary or perfectly fine purchasing used appliances, Big John's is the place to go.

Walked into the store, ready to make a purchase but it was contingent upon, it being delivered today. The girl at the front desk told me that it would be a next day delivery, I started to get frustrated. I requested to speak to a supervisor and then Jessica came in and made my day and said that she could deliver it today! So instead of buying one item, I bought two! As a business owner, I always look at every business and ask myself, if I owned this business, how do we make the experience nice for the customer vs painful.

I just recently got a gas stove from this Big Jon's location. The front staff were super friendly and helped me pick the right option for my house. The techs were also helpful at explaining what I would need to install it. I received next day delivery and they took my old stove with them so I wouldn't have to deal with moving it myself. My new (to me) stove is awesome and works like it's brand new. Very pleasant experience!

Great customer service! They worked with me on my budget, and I was able to get the set I wanted for $25 UNDER my budget price!!!! I feel so much more comfortable buying from them vs Craigslist since they have the 90 day warranty. I can't wait to pick up my set Friday!

Went here and got an old Whirlpool set. The first wash it was having troubles. Called and they replaced it with a comparable set with warranty still intact. Most everyone is nice and helpful. Jason, repair tech, came out due to the machine having what I thought to be spin issues found out it wasn't. He was very helpful and informative and made sure everything was working at it should. Pro tips on shopping: get your own hoses, theirs are just complementary and may need replacing anyway, Ask for Jason to come out if anything is wrong, they dont install the machines but you can ask where things go. Overall good experience and most likely will shop again in the future.

We recently moved to Indiana and were looking for a inexpensive refrigerator for the garage. We found what we were looking for a a very reasonable price which included a 90 day warranty. I'm always sceptable of used appliances, especially those with age. The two individuals who deliver it were very professional, took the time to give it a once over, connect it and went over the functions and features. Two day after use, we noticed the freezer was creating a lot of frost and the refrigerator was causing all liquids to freeze. As promised Big John sent a very professional technician out who promptly corrected a fan problem at no charge. Give these folks a shot...they are well worth it. GW from Oregon

Moved from Florida to Indiana. Fridge wouldn't cool when plugged in. Looked for a used appliance dealer and found Big Jon's, who also do repairs. Called Thursday, came next day. We buy a lot of appliances from this company they sell them at a good price and we appreciate it but it would be nice if sometimes they would have a customer that spends lots and lots of money there to supply all of our houses and apartments but sometimes we just need a small part like a door handle or for instance a drawer or a bracket for one of the doors to keep items in the door but they don't and they don't really want to help you on that matter.....
