Great experience with these guys. Scheduling was simple and easy and customer service was polite. They gave me a two hour window the day before, and I called ahead on day of to get an exact time. They even let me stay at the gym an extra 45 minutes. Javier serviced a samsung dishwasher. He was professional, on time, and explained the issue. He was in and out in about an hour. We are currently living in a rental property that came with appliances. We, as tenants, are responsible for replacement/repair of certain appliances. We had the option of buying a used fridge for $200 to replace ours that went out or repair. When adding up the time and inconvenience of having to get a replacement and swap them it was well worth just repairing the fridge. I was able to book a time for my washer repair. I had a two hour window 9-11am. William arrived a couple minutes after nine and got right to work diagnosing my problem. He fixed it and then gave me some instruction on how to help my washer last longer. Very reasonable charge and I will recommend them to anyone needing help with appliance repair. It is hard to find companies with wonderful customer service, but for sure this is one of them!!

By not having the technician come out and check the washer (I was able to provide all the necessary information) I did not have to pay the additional trip charge. The part came in a few days later. The repair man did whatever, used his level a few times on top of the washer, took a part off the right rear side of my washer between the washer and the pedestal then put it back on. Adjusted the leg on the left front side of the pedestal. He said he would put in the email invoice what really happened to my washer that made it shake so violently. But when I got the email he blamed it on age only which I know is not true. My washer is working without shaking really bad now but it's not worth $179.95. But at least I didn't have to have my friends do it although it would have cost me less 😂

Mr. Appliance of League City was excellent!! They have quick availability and keep you notified along the way. We got a picture of the repairman sent to us before he arrived to help with security. Francisco was quick to diagnose our issue and shared the costs and other factors that we should be concerned about. He had our 2 children bothering him with constant questions and was patient and kind. He didn’t have 2 of the fuses he needed to repair so he replaced one and quickly set an appointment the next day to fix the other. When he came back, he brought my children Burger King crowns from his lunch break! I thought that was the kindest gesture and my kids were thrilled. We sure love a local, family business! First time to use Mr Appliance. Our LG washing machine (10 yrs old) stopped working. Made service appointment and they came out within 2 days. I received confirmation emails and texts, and when the tech was on his way, received another text of his arrival time, name and a picture. Tech was professional, courteous and wore a mask and shoe covers. Problem was diagnosed and I was given a quote upfront. I chose to repair the washer as I felt it was worth fixing (less than $500) and hope to get another 5 -10 years out of the washer. Part was ordered and tech returned to install the main board. Washer works great and they provide a guarantee on their work. Tech was very knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again for appliance repairs.

I used Mr. Appliance to replace my garbage disposal. Monica was very courteous and got me scheduled right away. John, my technician, was prompt and professional. She replace the garbage disposal and no time, check to make sure everything worked properly and cleaned up afterwards. He even took time to answer my questions. Felipe was very professional and knowledgeable. My fridge that needed repair is nearly 20 years old. He did advise that repairs can be expensive depending on what is necessary but that he would troubleshot the unit and see where we stood. He really showed a never give up attitude when it came to the diagnosis after he ruled it wasn't the usual suspects and narrowed the fault down to a small part inside. Overall the fridge is running like new and all for 1/3 or less the cost of a new fridge.

I attempted to get Quick Fix appliance repair to follow up on a repair for a week. They would not return my calls, or calls from American Home shield who actually contracted them. After getting frustrated, I contacted Mr. Appliance at 4:45. Robert was at my house to repair the oven by 9:30 the next morning. It blew my mind how quick they were, after received such poor service from Quick Fix Appliance repair. Robert made a thorough diagnosis based on the factory specifications of the oven and was able to have it working quickly. He even found that the issue was within my electrical wiring and not the stove. The company as a whole also kept me updated and emailed me a receipt. This was all cheaper than the terrible service I received from various AHS contractors. The level of service I received made me believe that I should get rid of AHS, just to be able to choose Mr. Appliance for future repair needs.

I was told by another repair person that I should just buy another oven. I didn’t like that answer because the oven worked, it just would not shut off when reaching the selected temp. Mr. Appliance was knowledgeable about this issue and the oven required a reset. It cost me $190 instead of a new $1500 oven.

Customer relations was very courteous and responsive with scheduling and follow up. Jerome arrived on schedule, diagnosed and ordered parts as needed. Unfortunately the 14 year old compressor of my fridge died on Sat night, before Jerome was scheduled to return on Monday with the needed control unit to fix the original problem. Jerome installed the controller but that did not revive the failed compressor. They took back the controller and refunded the balance of the cost of the controller against the cost of two service trips and diagnosis of the original problem. In all I am very satisfied, even though the old horse sometimes has to be put down. Thanks.

Filipie was a total gentilman, sweetheart and a masked wonder trying his best to fix a 1966 door that couldn't be repaired. But he explained to me how to use the nomaclature off the oven to find a oven to fit the space I need to replace the 1966 that would be almost as much to fix as to replace. And I did the reserch on the internet of my old oven, the parts are probabaly scavenger parts anyway. I'd rather go new. Big hug to Filipie!
