Since moving to Houston, Texas 11 years ago, I bought my first used washer & dryer from Justified Appliances, and it worked well for 5 years. I purchased my second set from JA, and it lasted 5 years. On January 2, 2023, I bought only a Maytag washer from Justified Appliances who has provided great services to me since 2012. If you in need of a washer/dryer stop by there location to see how they may help you. JA offers a 3 year warranty, delivery service with connection and removal service. I do recommend Justified Appliances.

The owner Mitch and his daughter that run this place are incredible. They gave us a deal on a nice GE fridge which we’re very happy about. The fridge dudes that installed it for us accidentally damaged the freezer door and Mitch was quick to rectify it by replacing the door within days. I will be going back for more appliance needs.

This name may be a little butchered, but I believe the person's name was Kurt. He was able to help find us the right part for what we need and fast it was easy. He was even kind enough to bring out his tools and help get the part we needed for our dryer. 100% would recommend super helpful guy.

3yr warranty is REAL. We have purchased three appliances from these folks. Our fridge went out after a little over a year. They came out and tried to service it. After a day it stopped again. We thought we were gonna get the run around, but the tech came out the following day, said it couldn’t be fixed. The next morning Christina assured my wife that we would be getting a replacement asap. That same day the same make/model (different yr model buts that’s ok) was delivered and installed. They even took the old one away. Our dryer just went also but apparently we didn’t get the warranty on that, hopefully they will negotiate on a dryer for us. We’ll keep you posted. Thanks again yall.

My home was flooded and i needed a washer and dryer asap. Found what i was looking for at a reasonable price with a 3 year warranty. The young man who helped me was very kind and helpful. All in all a good experience.

I bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator. The dryer belt broke within a few weeks. They did come out and replace it, and did not charge the $85 trip fee. They give you a 3 year warranty. but charge a trip of $85 unless you bring the appliance in. I also had a leak coming from my fridge, they also fixed that without a trip fee. They let me know since it had been 90 days or less they did not charge trip fee, but would from this point on. It's too early to tell but I'm concerned I will keep having issues with my appliances. I would not recommend them. There are many other used and overstocked appliance companies. I wish I read the reviews before buying.

Justified Appliance came to the rescue today! I needed a thermal fuse for my dryer that wouldn't start. They found an used one in the shop and graciously handed it over the counter to me. I replaced the bad one and now...My wife is happy again that the dryer works! Thank you for your customer service.

I walked in not knowing what parts I needed because I didn't know the name of the part,, but after but the 3 individuals that greeted me asked me a few questions and 5 minutes later I had the replacement parts I needed. In addition, while waiting I noticed that they have a lot of new and barely used appliances at very reasonable prices. So, if you are looking for appliances, please look them up.

Went to look at a washer and dryer set. Mitch gave me a really great cash deal with a 3 yr warranty AND took my old washer as a trade in. Place had a weird smell to it but hey, that's neither here nor there. They were very nice and accommodating. I will come back and change to a 5 star if my appliances hold out for a while.

We just had a very pleasant and successful experience shopping at Justified Appliance for a second refrigerator for our garage. Lorenzo could not have been more accommodating. He showed us several appliances that would work for our space and meet our need. He also gave us his opinion as to the one he felt was the best choice. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We have made several purchases at this location over the past 15 years. They have always honored their warranty if needed. Justified will continue to be our go-to place for major appliances.

Bought a used Gas Dryer from them. When we installed the Dryer and it worked great, except it will not turn off.... Bad timer. The technician Kurt came out and replaced the timer very quickly and was very respectful and friendly. The dryer works great now...! The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars, is that it took a lot of calls and over a month to get it fixed...

I was extremely impressed with JA today! I had been over there 2 times, just to check their selection out. Our dryer went out, and I was considering buying a set. They showed me the sets they had available in the capacity I was looking for, 3 to be exact. The gentleman, wish I could have gotten his name, was very graceful by letting us decide, and when we decided to just get a cheap dryer for now, there was no haggling, no questions. They wrote us up, paid and we were going to set delivery to next Monday, because it was closing time. HOWEVER, they asked us if their delivery driver could follow us home, and set up and install tonight....we were FLOORED! Upon delivery, he set it all up, was very congenial, professional and very informative. We were very greatful for them tonight! I WILL shop here again!!

My dryer broke down and took it in, they were very straight up with me and were transparent on the cost. They offered me a cheaper purchase option which I would have took but my wife wanted to fix ours so they worked with me and did a fantastic job. They are super nice and professional. Extremely nice people. They not only gave me a working fridge for $500 bucks but they did a same day delivery to my house before noon. Both of our fridges failed at our house the week before Christmas, with no where to store food and a slew of people coming over in two days that's a serious problem. We paid for the fridge at 8 am and it's on it's way now. Could not be more pleased. Will update after install...

Employees are very good workers as far the owner goes, he needs to reevaluate himself and actually take some classes on customers service/ buisness management. Good team just wish the owner would make his job a priority and instead of making it all about the money. That will be his downfall. There's a lot of merchandise there so that's a plus but most of it is outdated so that's a minus. All I can say to the clients who has interest in going here is make sure what your a getting, review the policies and make sure you talk to jeromy or louis they will take care. If you end up with mitch all I can say is good luck cause this guy is very one sided, rude and inconsiderate. He will try to pull you for a sucker

I was skeptical about the 3yr warranty when I bought my washer and dryer and was hoping I would never have a problem with either washer or dryer but about 4 months into ownership I had a problem with the washer not agitating the clothes so gave them a call the washer was picked up and repaired within 2 days I was washing clothes again.
