Purchased a used washer. The owner was helpful and I got it delivered same day. So far it works great and the price was right. He’s going to evaluate my old unit and tell me whether or not it’s worth fixing. I’m waiting to hear back on that. As long as the products are supported properly if something goes wrong, he has a customer for life. It comes with a year warranty parts and labor which I think is fair.

Great prices, friendly service, fast delivery. The refurbished refrigerator I purchased was delivered less than 24 hours later. It works well and is clean, just like new! Giovanny was helpful and friendly. They'll be my first stop next time I need an appliance, and I will recommend anyone else on the market!

Thank you to all at the Houston Appliance Center who help to facilitate the purchase of a refurbished refrigerator, delivery, and tech support, and all of those who answered the phone. Damian and Renée (who delivered the refrigerator), Ricardo (the tech who fixed the refrigerator), the ladies who answered the phone, Nelly, Vanessa, and Mercedes, Rudy Cano (Same Day Repair) and the Boss (Houston Appliance Center) who facilitated the purchase and delivery of the side by side refurbished refrigerator). The outside of the refurbished refrigerator is in a pretty great condition. Hopefully, I have all persons listed here. Saved me from food loss.. Everybody was very nice, professional, and everything moved smoothly pretty much except for left door closure and icemaker which left door is miraculously working fine and icemaker was changed out.. Thank you to all.

Totally awesome experience. Went in was going to replace my 20+ old washer however told the owner what mine was doing or better not doing. He reached into his parts drawer and handed me the part to repair it. Installed the parts and it working great. Thank you so much for being so helpful and honest.

I wish I would have went here first instead of Home Depot. After returning the washer/dryer that I waiting a MONTH on at Home Depot after they LIED to me, I found this place. I don't mind a scratch or dent on new appliances as long as they work. I found almost the EXACT machines here and saved almost $500!!! Purchased, delivered, installed AND hauled away in 24 hours. I highly recommend this place and will be doing all my business here in the future. I even had an issue with the washer a few days later and they came right out and diagnosed the problem (wasn't the washer but my wall outlet). Who gives that kind of service these days? They are very knowledgeable about the machines as well. Thanks again everyone and keep up the good service and pricing.

In and out in 20 minutes. The washer was delivered 30-45 minutes later and worked (so far) without issue. I went to a competitor before going to this location and the prices here were far more competitive.

I dropped the dryer terminal block screw into my dryer and couldn’t retrieve it. After scrambling to Home Depot and lowes with no luck, Houston Appliance Center not provided me excellent service but the screw as well for free! They were LIFE SAVERS! Thank you 10000000x Houston Appliance Center!

Dryer only lasted 5 months and don't answer phone. Warranty still on it but no one returns calls. Will visit in person tomorrow and they won't like me very much after that visit! 1 star, they give 20 dollars to give them a 5 star rating but once you do, you can't change it. Freaking scam to cover the bad reviews.

I had my old washer repaired by same day appliance repair and it finally gave out after 6 months, the repair guy came back out and let me know it wasn’t worth repairing again and referred me to Houston Appliance Center for used or scratch and sent. The gentlemen there is were extremely nice and helpful, knowledgeable about the appliance and provides excellent customer service! I plan to return for more appliances in the near future!

I got a large Freezer for a very good price It was not new it was refurbished. has a 1 year warranty same as a new one. I would recommend to look here first if your looking for a appliance. Most of there inventory looks like it scratch and dent stuff, but I'm not sure.

Bought an electric oven from here. I thought it didn't work properly. I returned it for another, no problem. When that Experienced the same issue. I assumed they were faulty appliances and I wasn't very friendly.. Come to find out my outlet wasn't properly connected. Houston appliance was very patient and understanding. I appreciate this. Plus their one year warranty on my oven. I recommend this company to anyone looking for fair price and friendly customer service.

Got a KitchenAid dishwasher from them and it has been a trooper. Even after my wife decide to do a body slam on the door of the dishwasher. It is still going like a champ. Door can be hard to close but I just remind my wife you aren't supposed to do body slams on dishwashers when she complains.
