If you're looking for reliable appliances for cheap this is the place to go. I had my washer for 7 years before I had an issue which was my fault for overloading it. I also purchased a refrigerator and it works perfect. My dryer works well too. This is the only place I'll go to the purchase my appliances. I give them an A+ for customer service.

I purchased a refrigerator and stove for a rental property I manage and was satisfied with the purchase. After a month the fridge's bottom wasn't cooling and I let them know since it's still under the warranty. They fixed it and had it ready the next day. They even delivered it to the property free. If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a terrible business with awful customer service. I paid $850 for the fridge in the first two photos. We were not moving right away so I asked if they could hold it for a couple of weeks. When it was time to pick up the fridge, I was out of town due to a family member being hospitalized so I had my boyfriend pick it up. I then come home to this mess and tell him that I want a new fridge because this one is dirty, molded, and rusted not to mention that the ice maker does not work. The guy says that the warranty is not for the ice maker but the fridge. This business is a scam and if you want to spend your hard earned money correctly, I suggest not coming here. They messed with the wrong ones because my dad is a lawyer and my boyfriend is a cop so I am sure they will get this situated even if we have to sue! Edit: Giving this place 5 stars after speaking with Hope and her doing everything in her power to fix the mistake. The guy that I spoke with first should learn from her because her customer service skills are amazing. She fixed everything and our refrigerator is working fine! Thank you Hope!

Patricia informed us of the process, $29.99 to check it out and diagnose… I dropped off the washer and Eric advised of the solution within two days… motor stator, 229.99 to fix… separate from the diagnostic fee.. He said he was to provide the rotor new ( with the magnets with the assembly)and stator Used to come to that price point. I was in like Flynn, bcz the stator (copper windings that turns the front loader) itself cost 200 online new.. It would have been a 500 repair else where and he made it work for us, within our budget. Excuse the technical gibberish, great quick and friendly Servcie!! I’ll be back for sure!

Simply awesome! **Original review I bought two sets of washer and dryers and three refrigerators from Ericks. They've all worked great and when I had trouble with one of the washers, they were prompt about repairs and replacements (as in, next day service!) This place is a treasure and well worth your time! Bought a used electric dryer for very reasonable price. The dryer looked new and worked great but after a few days I experienced some electrical issues. After speaking to the seller (great customer service by the way) and after two service calls my dryer was replaced with a newer and better one all under warranty! What a great find..i recommend anybody in Houston check out this place before you try anyone else. Ask for Hope...great management!

I have been shopping with this company for years. They’re always friendly, have great prices and have a huge selection of appliances. TOTAL VALUE! Have bought several appliances for people that have had need within my church and all have worked great. My son just purchased a Samsung washer and dryer for his first apartment in June. They stand behind the products and warranty their work. The only down side is parking, it’s tight but well worth the effort getting there. You won’t be disappointed.

What can I say after getting a ridiculous price from another person to fix a refrigerator I called Erick he came checked it out and fixed it the same day and stayed longer to reassure me that everything was working perfect from start to finish very professional.. I put off buying a fridge for ages as I wanted a nice fridge, but did not want to spend a fortune. I got a much nicer fridge for my price range used from here. They had a large selection and include a 90 warranty. The woman at the front desk was polite when taking my call and did not rush through showing me fridges, even though I showed up 15 minuets before closing. Delivery was affordable and much faster than if I bought from a big name store.

They failed to tell me that the refrigerator ice maker and water maker does not work and told me that I have to buy a new water line. That would have been nice to know before I purchased the refrigerator. They will work with you on your delivery time to fit your schedule. I am changing my review to 5 stars. Great prices & great customer service. We bought a beautiful GE French Door fridge for a very reasonable price. About a week after it was starting to not keep temp by a few degrees, which is not great but something you can encounter when purchasing used appliances. It was the next step that is so important... I contacted the store and the owner, Erick, did not hesitate to come out and correct the issue. After the repair it has been perfect. It is wonderful when a company backs their merchandise and corrects issues without any fuss.

Purchased a used refrigerator on yesterday. Paid for delivery and that’s where my customer service experience went through the roof. When I picked out the fridge I just thought about making sure the space was big enough where I wanted it place. So the delivery guys show up and right away he says he doesn’t think it’s going to make it through the door in the laundry room. So he brings it in and try’s to make it work and it doesn’t fit. So he tells me either I’ll have to remove the fridge doors or the laundry room door. I then tell him to just leave it in the hallway because my husband won’t be back in town until next week. He says ok and leaves. He returns 2 minutes later and says he couldn’t leave me like that and he wanted to make sure my refrigerator was placed where I needed it to be. He proceeds to remove the doors and got it move to the right place. This made he feel like I made the right decision in purchasing my fridge from this store. Will most definitely be back. ***UPDATE**** The fridge that I purchased stop cooling after 2 days. I contacted the store and he came out 2 days later and advised that a part had went out on the fridge. He advised if he didn’t have the part in stock he would bring me another fridge out the next day. So he called me the next day to let me know that he would be bringing me another fridge. The fridge that he replaced my original purchase with was better than my original purchase. I also purchased a washer machine over the phone sight unseen. I gave him my budget and he texted me 3 different pictures and gave me his recommendations. Due to him already bringing me another fridge he didn’t even charge me another delivery fee for the washer machine .I love the washer machine. While the delivery guy was here I needed the foil duct behind my dryer replaced. I asked him if he may assist me with this. I had already purchased a new one and the ring that goes around it. He was like no problem. He advised that he had plenty of foil duct and the clamp and I could take mines back to the store for a refund. This made me feel so blessed and grateful. My experience with this establishment has been ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from the time I stepped foot in the front door.

Purchased a washer, friendly customer service and good value. Had driven by and wasn’t impressed by outside appearance, but reading positive reviews were encouraging so I said well I’ll go see for myself. So I waited a full month of using my appliances (washer and dryer) before leaving a review. I have to say that I am BEYOND satisfied! The owner does not accept appliances from anyone so you DO NOT have to worry about any pests! The appliances are used but definitely work like new. When I was looking for a part for my refrigerator every other business I would call would make me wait for at least 3 days for delivery and this guys right here got me the part the same day and I got my refrigerator up and running right away. They gave me a good deal on a used washer and dryer for my new place, and they work well so far. My issue came when, after using my washer a few times, it flooded my kitchen because they didn't secure the drain hose in the wall during installation. I contacted the guy that installed it to have him remedy the situation, and I was ignored and blown off. My grandma came over with some zip ties and secured it herself. I'd recommend saving your money on installation and doing it yourself.

I found Erick’s resale shop through Google searching for used/refurbished washing machines since mine just died after 10 years of service. Erick has a wide variety to choose from and had great deals on all of them. He loaded the machine I settled on into my SUV and I was able to hook it up myself with ease and began doing laundry immediately. So far I’ve completed 4 loads of laundry including a heavy duty load of 4 lightweight blankets. Only complaint I have is the parking lot is a bit of a mess, but Erick said they were going to have it paved soon. If you don’t want to break the bank buying a replacement appliance, I highly recommend Erick’s resale shop!

June 2019 my wife, Geneva, purchased a like - new GE refrigerator from Erick’s Resale Shop. I want you to know upfront that Erick, the owner, is a man of the highest integrity. I know this because he demonstrated the level of professionalism you can ask for. From day 1, the ice maker was not making ice. Erick personally handled the entire process of finding out what was wrong, but eventually installed a new ice machine. As a retail businessman, that was the last thing I wanted to happen. Very honest business. I came here looking for a used refrigerator and range for my garage apartment and was able to find them at a reasonable price with delivery for $40. Unfortunately the refrigerator stopped working a couple weeks after i bought it, but I was relieved to remember that Erick's offers a warranty, which is one of the reasons I chose them over craigslist or something similar. I contacted them about the issue and they were able to have someone out to fix it in a couple days. They have higher high end of product, if you don’t want to agitator -ok; if you want a larger cubic feet they have it! Yesterday 2/8/18 I spent the day with my husband going to appliance parts stores looking for a tesnsion pullie for our Samsung dryer. The responses we got from these places was basically that they don’t make money on selling the part though they advertised parts. I didn't know what to expect buying a used washing machine but this place was a blessing to my family I found a Maytag washer for a good price which included WARRANTY..... Before I found this place on google I went to some of the big stores and so call outlets which the washer started off at 400 but with delivery fees and warranty ended up like 800 so 299 was a good deal and I needed a repair I brought the washer in within 3 days it was fixed.I would recommend them if your looking for reasonable prices !!!!!!

I've dealt with this company for many years have quite a few items for myself and family members extremely reasonable with warranties never had an issue when I brought my item in as long as it was covered by warranty I got everything I needed to keep my product running I wish I would have remembered that they have free estimates if you bring your item in I try to fix it on my own and not getting anywhere so I'm glad I have somewhere I can trust and take my dryer to get fixed that will also come with a warranty
