Ernie P.Ross has good quality refurbished items at reasonable prices. Sales staff is friendly and helpful. They deliver usually within a week depending on where at a reasonable price and the crew is very nice. We've purchased a number of fridges from Ross over the years and have always been satisfied.

Maggie BoylesI used them before so when my washer stopped working I went straight to them. The washer I chose ended up to be off balance. They sent out Alex to check it out and Alex said he will bring me a new one next day. In spite of the rule of delivery to my area is Thursday or Monday Alex came next day with another washer..This kind of service ...makes this place to TO GO PLACE.. Big company has rules...This place cares about their customers. HIGHLY recommend them.
VANDLThank you for getting my refrigerator delivered on time. The delivery guys were awesome and very careful not to scratch the floor. Our existing fridge stop keeping the milk cold.

Larry BlankMona is the saleswoman to ask for when you arrive. She has a New York attitude that allows quick business transactions. She gave me a fair deal and had it delivered to me in a couple days. I got a washer and I got a refrigerator for less than $600. How on Earth?? When I met Mona, Jazmine Sullivan's "Masterpiece (Mona Lisa), started playing in my head. Good energy in that place. I will go to Ross for all my future appliance needs.
