Being that I live on Oahu and things can be hard to find sometimes, I was surprised to find Reliable. The knowledge and experience of the representatives is incredible. I didn’t even get the full part number out of my mouth and the rep had already finished what I was about to say and had the part in my hand in less than two minutes. I highly recommend them for your do it yourself repair needs.

Thank you Omar! He assisted in finding the correct whirlpool oven hinge. All you need to do is provide your appliance's model number. They even had it in stock so I could repair my oven door the same evening.

Awesome service! Called with model number of my dryer; customer service on the phone gave me the part number for the item I needed. I drove to the store and gave them the part number, they handed over the part and I paid and left in less than 5 minutes!

Convenient place to find all the parts you need to do your own appliance repair. Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Also quick service so great for quick parts pick ups. Also they sell alot of cleaning products and tools too.
