Recently purchased 3 Replacement Appliances for my rental -Easy and Quick, Competive Prices! Delivery, Installed and Hauled Away the old machines! Washer and dryer brand new - Stove gently used!! We had T&A fix our broken refrigerator and they were able to squeeze us in on short notice, got the part we needed, and made the repair quickly. Very responsive and friendly, and great with communication. They also left us notes on how to repair it ourselves should it ever reoccur, and gave us maintenance tips to help prevent that, which is a very honest and helpful approach. We will definitely be repeat customers!

Tatianna was so helpful explaining not only the different models but also payment options and walked me through their process clearly and generously. She kept me updated on everything too! Andres delivered our machines and came to help us get the dryer up and running. My husband and I were looking for a refurbished washer and dryer for our townhouse and we happened to be heading into the Hartford area and found T & A Appliances. We purchased the washer and dryer set at a really great price and they were able to deliver it to us even though we are an hour away from their store. My 16 yr old fridge started making unexplained loud noises on an early Friday afternoon. I called around. T & A Appliance was the only business who could come that afternoon. Diagnosis made, part ordered and by Tuesday of the following week my fridge was repaired. Thank goodness the noise was only intermittent and my fridge was still working while waiting. The repairman was knowledgeable and friendly. The cost was less than other quotes I received. I hope I don't need them again but if I do they will be the business I will call.

Recently purchased a used fridge as an extra in our garage. Tatiana was very pleasant and helpful. Told me to wait 24 hours before plugging in the fridge, lest the compressor gets damaged, which I did not know. Once I got it home and after waiting plugged it in, there was an issue with the fridge. I called them up and they were more than happy to replace it with another of the same model, no questions asked. Replacement is in great shape, very clean and is working great. Great place for good quality used appliances.

I manage a short term rental and the refrigerator stopped working. On a Sunday. I called to 10 different places - local appliance and big box stores and T&A was able to deliver a perfectly sized, well priced, good quality fridge for me on the following day. Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to buying, fixing and installing appliances. My LG washer broke down and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem and came back the following day with the parts and fixed my washer in my home. I recently purchased an LG Washer/Dryer All-In-One combo from them and was very pleased with the overall experience! Very quick responses and showed up to meet with me in a timely manner. They even loaded it into my SUV for me!! Fully explained the process of leasing through Acima. Also love that they stand by their items the way they do, and offer a basic warranty, a lot of second hand shops do not. Very nice people with great quality items! The best experience I’ve ever had with an appliance company. The owner and his wife are pleasant and professional. My stove broke and, with an event coming up that I had to cook A LOT of stuff for, I needed the old one hauled and a new one delivered ASAP and affordably. I messaged T & A Appliances about a stove that I saw on their website, and 24 hours later it was in my kitchen! It was even an option to have it delivered that same day, but I couldn’t accommodate the delivery. Total pleasure buying from T & A. I called looking for a good used refrigerator, to my surprise they had a brand new one, because of two tiny dings. I love it, was extremely impressed with their customer service. The owners were on vacation at the time of my purchase however, they took the time to make sure it was delivered within hours of my buy. We needed help to fix a terrible sound my mom’s dryer was making. After reading their great Google reviews, I called T and A Appliances at 6:30 on a Friday night, and they arrived before 1:00 the next day. Andres knew what the problem likely was, so he had all of the parts with him, and had it fixed within an hour. He even vacuumed all of the dust and lint out of the dryer before reassembling it. My mom was so impressed with the attention to detail! All of this on a Saturday, for about what some places charge for just the service call. Highly, highly recommend!

Andres responded quickly when our dryer stopped working. He came out to our house three times during the course of a week. He was not able to fix the mysterious issue with the heating element, but he did not charge us for the extra time and ultimately sold us a similar refurbished dryer that he had in stock for a very reasonable price...and got it delivered and installed the same day as his last repair visit.

I would highly recommend T&A Appliances to everyone! My dryer was running but took 3 cycles to dry. They came to my house and found birds must have been building a nest in my vent. My oven’s igniter died on Labor Day morning with a bunch of guests coming for dinner. He helped me identify the model # and then made a special trip to his shop so that I could pick up the part for the installation. I popped it in and it works perfectly. Nobody else was even open and he went out of his way to help me. I look forward to working with him again. Editing my previous review. I used T&A again today. Called yesterday and he made a house call this morning. Andres could not have been more pleasant. What a great guy. Took great care of us. Our dryer stopped producing heat in the middle of a load of towels Sunday night. I went right to FB Marketplace to search for gently used ones and was able to find the exact model that we currently had through T & A Appliances. My trusty 16 year old Kenmore refrigerator stopped working on Tuesday. I called T & A Appliances at 7:30 PM. I spoke to the owner. We made an appointment Wednesday morning to look at floor models. I had my measurements, and knew what would fit my kitchen. I met them at 10:45 AM, and my new fridge was personally delivered and installed by 1 PM the same day by the owner. It's a brand new Whirlpool in stainless steel. Could I have saved a few dollars by going to a big box store? Perhaps. I'm sure delivery fees would have been less! But what I wanted was to have a working fridge and support a local business. Responsiveness, courtesy, efficiency and availability. I'm satisfied.

Very professional! Husband brought fridge to my home and was polite and professional. Literally did all of the work including taking my Door off to get the fridge inside. The fridge itself was a great deal. Saving over a $1,000 on the fridge. Will definitely be returning to them in the future! Update! Fridge stopped working after 2 months! Had someone come out and look at it. He said the compressor was fixed at one point a while ago and was done terribly. Paid 800 for a fridge to last 2 months. Not happy.

I actually just walked in yesterday to look at floor models, had the fridge picked out delivered today. They are efficient and answer any questions you may have about the buying process. They were cautious about moving the product indoors - removing any doors that may be in the way (and then putting them back of course). After the storm we had in NJ las week I lost the fridge I had in my basement along with other belongings. I tried to get a fridge from different local places but the delivery was going to take too long and it was urgent for us to get a new fridge.
