Marc’s is fantastic. Our gas dryer died on us. We went to one of the local box stores and I picked out a dryer completed the transaction. This was a Tuesday, they said they would deliver Friday. Thursday night rolls around and I get a call from them telling me that they don’t have it yet and they’ll deliver Monday. Same thing happens again only that Monday morning. I was really upset about that especially since they wouldn’t give me a day for delivery. I canceled it and got my money back. I went to Marc’s they were super responsive and they promised it would be delivered on the following Wednesday. They tried to deliver it but it wouldn’t fit into our house. They brought it back to the warehouse, when I got there they helped me pick out the correct sized dryer and they delivered it on that Friday. The dryer is great, Marc’s service is great. Local companies for the win! I highly recommend these guys!

Marc’s Appliance is the best! My elderly mother had her large sub zero die and I reached out to Marc’s at 5pm on Thursday. The next morning Jason arrived with a loaner and measured the space and gave her several great options of what would fit. The service is truly amazing and appreciate beyond words helping my family as I don’t live in town. Nothing is better than supporting a local family business especially when they go above and beyond for customers! Thank you very much, Marc.

Highly recommend Marc's Appliance Warehouse! We had an issue with our stove and were able to squeeze us in for a service within 2 days, and when the issue could not be fixed, helped us pick the perfect oven and have it delivered and installed within a week. They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.

Received a couple of recommendations from a Hartford Facebook group for Marc’s when looking for a washer and dryer. The sales rep was incredibly friendly and enormously helpful without being pushy in any way. Left with both appliances on order, which they delivered and installed all the way in Vernon in a few days. Prices seem to be at least as good as the big box stores. Highly, highly recommended.

After calling numerous other appliance repair companies, finally we were referred to Marcs appliance repair. Marc responded quickly and after he determined the refrigerator couldn’t be fixed, he gave us store credit on the parts and labor for what we already paid. The staff was friendly and helpful at the store, the pricing was fair and the delivery guys were excellent. I would recommend.

Went to Marc's for help with a part for my stove. They found me the part, ordered it and gave me advice on how to install it. Because of this I returned to buy 2 appliances. Everyone was so friendly and they didn't try to sell me the most expensive appliances. Support local!

Thanks to Marc's and a couple of YouTube videos, I was able to fix my dryer on my own. The repair was just $42 and my dryer's good for years to come. Kudos to Brian at the parts desk for making sure I had what I needed!

Great service!! Our 12 year old stove stopped working and I figured it was time for a new one. We went to Marc's and explained what happened. The person in the store told us it was unlikely electronics caused it all to fail at once, suggested we have it checked out. Marc himself showed up for the repair, found the power cord was not connected correctly when installed and it melted the connector block. He went back to the store, took a part off another stove and returned to fix ours. Service charge was VERY reasonable and saved us big time on having to buy a new stove.

This store sells brand new appliances along with brand new unused appliances at discounted rate. They provide 1-year warranty. And with a very reasonable delivery charge compared to other used appliance stores. Also they will haul away old appliances for free during delivery of purchased appliances. We met Erika who is friendly and knowledgeable.

Our dryer wasn’t working properly and we called Marc’s for help. He came and fixed it without hesitation and was more than happy to do so. I was the annoying customer with questions and he answered them all confidently. He was very professional snd kind and certainly the only place I’ll buy my appliances from!

Awesome customer service. Marc came out to fix our washing machine which had stopped mid cycle. He not only repaired the broken sensor but checked other parts as well, replacing belts that had started to dry out. I highly recommend him.
