My husband and I decided to upgrade our stove and microwave. We shopped at a couple of home improvement stores, but did not find we were looking for. We decided to go to Compton and Son. What a nice difference to our shopping experience. Rodney took great care of us. He is very knowledgeable and was very patient with me. No pressure as we told him we’re just looking. He answered questions and gave me information to look at. We bought the stove and microwave and the great experience continued with the delivery and setup of the items. Marcus and Gregory did the delivery and setup. They are both very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Answered our questions and explained things that I didn’t think about. Both men are awesome and the whole experience from start to finish was great. Thank you Rodney, Marcus, and Gregory.

My new refrigerator was delivered today. This was my first time working with Compton & Son Appliance. What a great experience! First of all, when I walked in the door to choose a fridge, Rodney & Meghann made me feel welcome, and really knew what they were talking about. It’s refreshing to work with people who are so knowledgeable regarding the appliances they carry. Rodney answered every question I had, and did so with patience, genuine kindness & professionalism. The pricing, checkout & delivery scheduling were straightforward. No one tried to sell me things I didn’t need. They assisted me in choosing what I wanted, as promptly as possible, and made the whole in-store process smooth & even enjoyable. Mark & Gregg went above and beyond with our delivery - really took their time. Hauled my old fridge off, and brought the new one in with such care, like it was a Fabergé egg. I highly recommend Compton’s to anyone in the market for a new appliance, and who wants next level service to go with it. Looking forward to working with y’all in the future for my next purchase. We stopped by the showroom and were immediately impressed by the huge selection. We needed several new appliances. Rodney listened to our needs and thoroughly explained the differences and features of each item. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and did not try to oversell us. My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen, and wanted to upgrade our appliances. A friend of ours recommended Compton and Son, and now, we can see why. Rodney in sales, is so knowledgeable and helped us pick out exactly what we were looking for. He kept us informed during the whole process. When it was time for installation, Comptons sent two of the best delivery/installers we’ve ever experienced. Gregory and Marcus are top notch! I renovated an older home and needed all new kitchen appliances. I highly recommend Compton's. Rodney is extremely knowledgeable and patient, I asked a lot of questions. Due to the national supply chain issues it took a while to get the appliances in but when they arrived Compton's stored the appliances until my renovation was complete. When I needed them Compton's put me on their delivery schedule. The appliances were delivered on the day and time they said they would be. Marcus and Demetrius arrived and were professional and polite. They handled adversity well as my fridge wouldn't fit through the front door and they had to partially disassemble it to get it in my house. Everything went back together without a hitch. I have decided to do more business with Compton's as I need to get a new washer and dryer too. If you need appliances I recommend Compton's, they have a good crew.

Hats off to Compton’s Appliances in Gulfport! Even with the supply chain issues we have faced for almost two years, the team at Compton’s was able to order, receive and install .our new applicants for our Butler’s Pantry. From the initial meeting with Rodney, we felt comfortable working with him. He gave us regular updates on the lead times and arrivals of our appliances. When they all arrived, he set up the installation. The install guys were top notch, checking and measuring the room before unpacking and testing the applicants outside. No damage to the home! Great job! Soon after the install, we had a cooling issue with the wine cooler. Service manager Meghann was on it right away and kept us update weekly about the situation. Everything is working well. We would highly recommend Compton’s Appliances !

I built a house 2 years ago and the one vendor I could always rely on was Compton & Sons! They always showed up, prices never varied from the original quote (a whole kitchen can be expensive) helped me to chose the right appliances for me, worked with my cabinet company to make sure everything looked great and installed my fabulous appliances without a hitch. Truth be told, I had a big problem with a dishwasher; it happens. Compton’s worked it out beautifully. They really stand behind their products and service. Will was great, as was everyone else. Very highly recommend.

Even though I had issues with the appliance I purchase from Compton & Son, the excellent customer service I received; top the aggravation I had with my appliance. I recommend this company 100% because they stand behind their products. Meghann gave me weekly updates, to let me know that the long wait was beyond their control, and by the time my range was ready for delivery she was very excited for me.
