I called to see if they were interested in a smart washer that I was selling. There are very helpful in directing me to where I could possibly do that. Most places would have gave me a simple no. This business owner took the time to explain what may be wrong with the washer and gave me references to sell it. Selfless act from a small business owner. His character draws my business

Appreciated having someone to pick up my dryer that Lowe’s would have charged $40 to haul off. Will definitely contact Bond if I need appliance repair as they were professional and quick to respond.

We had our washer and dryer serviced by Connor today and not only was he knowledgeable and efficient, he got it all taken care of super quickly. These guys are affordable and we will definitely be using them for any of our other appliance needs!

I would absolutely recommend them above anyone else. They worked me in and fixed my washing machine. They are family owned. That doesn't always mean they are the best, but in this case they are! Down to Earth, honest, very competent and every other thing that implies!

Staff were nice, although I did have to stand around waiting for about 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, as the staff was having a casual conversation with a friend.. Other than that, they helped me find the right part and I fixed my lawn mower in a snap!

Very courteous and helpful. Called me, when they got what I needed, and at a good price. A 90 day warranty was included, without any additional cost. Delivery and hook-up price can't be beaten. A young man, named Connor, will be replacing a plug on my dryer and hooking that up, also. Plus, they are going to call me, when they get something else that I need.

Not the prettiest shop ever but they've got good fixed-up appliances at a bargain. Purchased two dryers from them in the past for less than $400 total and neither ever gave me any issues. They turn-over stock super quickly so check often if you have anything in mind.

We highly recommend their repair service. Our freezer is old & we called one place that said they could not get parts for it any longer. We decided to call Bond Appliance to find out what was wrong with it. Mr. Bonds grandson came out & had a part that would work in it. It’s working great now. He also said to call him if we have any problems with it. We were not able to get a new one right now & we were thrilled that he fixed it for us. The price was very reasonable. We will call him from now on with any appliance issue.

Our dryer went out so we called around & they had the best customer service & warranty! They gave us a discount bc we brought our broken dryer in & we were able to get a great used dryer very inexpensive!!! They were super nice & answered all of my questions with no problems or attitude!!! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a used appliance or having one fixed by them!!!
