Nothing but great things to say about our experience. We have been treated like family through the shopping, delivery, and service process. Prices were same or better than big box, but working with someone local and an expert in appliances makes a huge difference. Also, had an issue with a faulty appliance and they were very quick to get the issue resolved and in a manner way above and beyond expectations. Buy local and go see the Laninga Team!

Very nice showroom with plenty of makes and models to choose from. Greg was very helpful in our appliance choice. We've now almost had our whirlpool refrigerator for a week. Day four of owning it everything is frozen fridge & freezer. A sparkling ice burst and made a terrible mess. I called that day to talk to Greg, but he was off. I spoke to Carol about the issue & she set us up for a service call three days from now. Told me there are no manuals anymore & I would have to go online. I did a brief search with no answers. Next day I call again and ask to speak to Greg, he just stepped out for lunch. I waited for a call back, and finally tried to call again. Got hung up on & called back again. Greg answered the phone he made arrangements to have a tech. come over. The tech. came over observed the huge mess. Milk, meat, cheese, syrup everything in the fridge frozen. He did some checking & finally said he was going to have to order a part they do not have in stock. He has no idea when it will be in. We ended up getting a larger unit the other was defective & could not be fixed. There was no call, the guys just happened to stop by hoping we'd be home. They installed the unit after I hastily unloaded the other. It wasn't until later that I noticed a dent in the door & one of the shelves is cracked. 😪 we are done dealing with Laniga's & will live with this bad experience.

Don't go to Big Box stores! You won't find better prices and sure won't find better service! Heck, you might not even find someone to help. I have had to buy 2 appliances (range and dishwasher) during the pandemic; which is about like most other activities (unpredictable). Laninga was awesome to deal with! They know their products, they know supply chain and they know installation. They worked hard to get me my appliances in the fastest time despite backorders and other manufacturing difficulties. I never had to settle with something I didn't really like. In fact I walked out with my dishwasher same day because they know their delivery schedules so well. I can't say enough. Very pleased with my many recent interactions with this business!

Over the last 10 years we have purchased a dishwasher, microwave, stove, washer, dryer, and yesterday a refrigerator from Laninga. Their customer service is hands down the best that you can get. I had an issue with the drawer slide on my refrigerator and they sent someone right over to fix it. I love supporting small local businesses that care about their customers. Keep up the good work, we will see you again for the next appliance replacement/ upgrade.

We've bought our appliances from Lanninga for years. Always very helpful. I really like that they stand behind their products, plus they service them as well. During our last visit the washer we wanted was out of stock with an unknown date for restock. The sales rep referred us to another appliance store. Completely impressed. Very happy with my customer service experience. I needed a new washer as the bearing and seal needed to be replaced and it wasn't worth fixing. I ended up purchasing an LG on a Thursday and it was promptly delivered on Monday. This was not a high pressure environment at all. Great small town store, salespeople have plenty of product knowledge and they're easy to do business with.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Laninga's! I was very frustrated with a 4 year old washer that wasn't working properly (I did NOT purchase it from Laninga), and after other service repair people (Again NOT Laninga) were of no help to fix the issues other than charging for service calls and fixing nothing, I stopped into Laninga's to look at purchasing a new washer. After discussions with Greg at Laninga's about my current washer issues he agreed to send his service team to look at repairing my appliance before buying a new one. The service team member was very friendly, and promptly fixed the issue that no other repairman would or could fix. My washer now works better than when I first bought it. I will now only buy my future appliances from Laninga's! Well done Laninga's

After a nightmare of an experience at a big chain store, I decided to give our local small business appliance store a try. LANINGA'S was the BEST decision ever! They were hassle free, honest, and very knowledgeable about their products. Abby gave me excellent advise. Yes, there was a wait to get the dishwasher I chose, but it's not uncommon these days due to the covid shutdowns. My Bosch dishwasher arrived when they said.The installer, Phillip, was prompt, pleasant and professional. Thanks LANINGA'S for being AWESOME. Oh, and this dishwasher gets 5 stars in my book, as well. 😊

Update Aug 2020. My dryer stopped working. I've had it many years. Didn't realize how many until I called Steve who told me I purchased the pair Aug 2004! 16 years ago! Knowing its age, Steve could have easily suggested replacing the set, but instead he sent a service technician out, and we hoped for the best. It wasn't long before the tech found the only issue was a cracked ceramic disc to the igniter. SWEET! Even better was the reasonable repair bill! And, who knows, I just might get another few years out of the pair. Laninga Appliance is the best! Thank you! Fantastic sales and service! Between Steve and Scott, they know everything about appliances. Glad to know they're only a phone call away if I have a question or need a repair. Plus they're willing to troubleshoot any issue over the phone to save the homeowner a service call, when possible. Thank you Laninga Appliance!

Frustrated. Have used Laninga's in the past. I needed service again, however this time it was not as smooth. The help they offer is very good. They are good people. But the time it has taken to not get parts and the lack of follow up is frustrating. I ordered the board and it took 2 day for me to get it. Installed it myself . I received a follow up call today and they gave good advice of what to try next. That was very helpful. I believe better follow upwhen things run behind would be helpful.

have purchased multiple appliances over the years and are always very pleased with salespersons attitude and the service received. We had a microwave oven that needed service and they suggested bringing it to the store instead of paying for the service call. Brought the oven in for them to check out. Because oven was less than 4 yrs old they repaired it and only charged for the labor, not the needed parts even though they had to send out for them. Thank you Laninga!! Great job, great service, great attitude. Will definitely buy our appliances from them every time!!

Just had a gas dryer delivered and installed. Angelo and Kevin were very polite and knowledgeable. They had to disconnect the washer and remove it from the laundry room to get to the old dryer. No problem! New dryer is in and running now! Washer is back in place and reconnected. I initially went to Lowe’s and found out that the delivery guys would not disconnect the old dryer or hook up the new one. I would have had to wait 2 to 3 weeks for someone to come to do that because of liability. I’m so glad I investigated appliance stores and found Laninga! Couldn’t be happier!!

We purchased our dryer from Laninga's over 10 years ago. We have never had a problem. However, this weekend it started to make a loud noise, so I called. Service was scheduled within 24 hours.
