They went above and beyond installing our appliances and even worked ahead of schedule! They called ahead to let us know they could come earlier which freed up my day! Excellent experience going with Big George's. Definitely will be coming back. Joe and Jermaine performed the washing machine delivery and they were awesome to work with. Super friendly and helpful. They even moved my dryer to the new laundry room location which shows they are willing to go out of their way to help the customer. The sales rep was also very helpful and informative. Aaron and Eddie were very friendly while installing my washer and dryer. Today, 12-10-22 my cooktop was installed. I received a text message for the ETA and he was right on time. He was nice, knowledgeable and brought equipment to help protect my floors. It's one thing to pick out your appliance(s) and it's another thing to get them installed. I must say everything went smooth. The installer reassured me if I had any questions to reach out. It didn't take him long to install at all. Because of my experience with the installer and salesperson I'll purchase again from Big George's Ann Arbor with no hesitation. The installer I don't know his name however; my salesperson was Mr. Bradley. Mr. Bradley listened to my situation and got me together and for that I thank him. 😊

Great selection of appliances. The sales staff was super patient and kept us in the loop waiting for the cook top to come in. Their installation crew was reasonably priced and they quickly got our stove in, even with a trim needed on the countertops. Very pleased with the quality of work and the speed of getting it done. highly recommend.

Great experience! I figured out what dishwasher I wanted online, made a phone call to order it, and it was delivered within 3 weeks. Coin helped me over the phone and he was easy to work with and very nice. I had to call in to schedule my delivery and the individual I spoke with was also very helpful. Finally, the two gentlemen who came to install the dishwasher were timely and able to install it quickly and without any problems. They were also very friendly. I would be quick to purchase another appliance from Big George’s next time I have a need.

They went over and above by making sure the install of our washer and dryer was up to code (which the previous hook-up was not) by replacing copper tubing and installing the dryer vent properly. So happy with my dryer from Big Georges Warehouse! From beginning to end, I had a great experience. In the warehouse, Berto kindly helped me pick out my dryer and then he scheduled my installation within 2 days. Roberto S and Zenon S showed up right on time on installation day and were very professional. They had to remove my old dryer and install the new one on the second floor! It was a tight fit on the staircase and they did such an awesome job without scratching paint or anything. It was done timely and they gave me post installation instructions. I’m so glad I went with Big Georges. I highly recommend!

All around excellent experience, from showroom to delivery. Kate in showroom directed us to the appliances in our budget that were also more readily available for delivery. This was a huge help to us as we needed appliances imminently for a move in. They also graciously stored our appliances while we navigated closing and until we were ready for delivery. On delivery day, the online tracker was both helpful and accurate and delivery was accurately in the original window. Aaron and Ryan who delivered the appliances were both very kind, thorough, and careful. They navigated our several flights of stairs without leaving a trace, and installed our fridge, washer, and dryer, and stayed to ensure all worked as needed. They also helpfully told us what to do to ensure all 3 were safe to begin regular use. I would use this company again and gladly recommend to friends and family!

Just had a new refrigerator delivered. Dave S. and Q did a great job! Delivery was easy to track on the website and they texted within 20 minutes of arrival. They were very respectful of the property, were courteous, and were even great with our dog! The purchasing process was also excellent. Our refrigerator broke on Monday this week and Big George's found what we wanted and had it delivered today! Ryan was a very professional and helpful salesman that went above and beyond in getting us what we wanted in a timely manner. If we ever need anything else for our home, I will be asking for Ryan for sure and would highly recommend him. He even allowed my dog to come into the store, because of the heat outside. Spence and Roberto A. Delivered the Fridge, a lot earlier than planned and called me to give me the heads up they were on their way. Spence and Roberto A. were so careful in getting the old fridge out of the house and the new one in, by taking doors down, pictures down, so nothing in our home was damaged. It was so helpful, and they had a positive attitude and were very friendly. I enjoyed talking to them about their families and pets. Very nice guys and took their job seriously. I would recommend them, to deliver your appliances!!! I can't say enough of the quality and care that was taken from first walking in Big George's to having the fridge in our kitchen! These two were very polite and accommodating when asked if they would place the dishwasher in our lower level. Without hesitation, they agreed to carry it into our home and downstairs. After a horrible experience with a big box store, I decided to cancel my order and go with Big Georges. Not only was I able to get everything I needed but at a lower cost, faster and MUCH better customer service. My sales guy Chase was amazing and explained everything to me. Dave and Josh were here on time with flawless delivery and install with our fridge. All were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On 10/19 Our new dishwasher was delivered and installed by Bartholomew - this was also a success. I needed a new freezer to replace my 23 year old one and after a previous wonderful experience purchasing a washer and dryer with Witbeck, I called them. Chris Baharis was very helpful and I took delivery today. My only issue is I thought the capacity was larger than my old. The dimensions were much larger, but alas it turned out to be the same cubic feet of interior space. But that's my fault. Ah well. I won't buy appliance anywhere else now.

Overall, great experience with Big G. Ann Arbor sales person, Colin, was fantastic and very knowledgeable in my search for new clothes washer and dryer. He was not biased toward any product, but gave the advantages and disadvantages of each product I was interested in/made sense for me. There was also a change in washer model due to fitment and he handled the change quickly and professionally correcting the difference in price. Big G service personnel, Rob H. and Max D., arrived earlier within their designated time slot. The tracking link was accurate and allowed me to adjust my preparation. They were friendly, quick, professional and careful with walls to remove old and install new washer & dryer on the 2nd floor! They let me clean the floors when old equipment was removed. No water hose or gas line leaks after installation. Well done and hard workers!

We were in and out with a new washing machine and dryer ordered within 20 minutes! Delivery was scheduled within just a few days and William and Mike, the two guys who delivered the appliances, were not just on time, they were AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. They called first to make sure it was alright to come a few minutes before the delivery window, which it definitely was. They were very nice, very careful (on the steps/with freshly painted walls, etc), and very speedy. Love that we were able to spend our money (and appliances are expensive!) locally and not with a big box chain retailer. Timely delivery and excellent service! 5/5 for Big George's!

My husband and I recently purchased a dishwasher at Big George’s. We had a great experience from purchase through delivery. We went in knowing what we were looking for, and the salesman answered our questions and presented the different models available in our price range without aggressive attempts to up-sell. (My favorite kind of salesman.) The delivery fee was very reasonable, and they were able to get it to us in less than a week. The delivery men showed up at the early end of the delivery range, were personable, and dropped off the item with no issues. Oh, by the way, Big George’s KEEPS MANY APPLIANCES IN STOCK AT THEIR MICHIGAN WAREHOUSE. So, you know, you don’t have to wait for months for delivery if an appliance dies, and you are in urgent need. We definitely will consider them the next time we need an appliance.

I purchased an LG double oven at Big George’s. Chase Benjamin was extremely knowledgeable in giving me details on all of my options. He made the decision and order process super smooth. The delivery guys, Spence and Mike were really great. I explained that I was worried about damaging my brand new wood floors and they took extra care going slow with the dolly and putting down a board to protect my floors when sliding the oven in. They went out of their way to help explain an adjustment we could have done on our gas line height to help the oven fit better and helped show us how to carefully pull the oven out when we make that adjustment. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother order and delivery process.

Really great communication by delivery scheduler, and loved that we could get 2-day delivery on the dishwasher. Installers were largely great and I tipped them well. Only disappointment was that after installers left I saw that they used a super long water feed hose -- twice as long as necessary --that's all twisted up under my sink and taking up a lot of unnecessary space. Not clear why they couldn't right size the hose or just reuse the perfect length hose that Home Depot's guys put in with the old dishwasher.

The delivery team of Josh and Dave arrived on time. They very carefully removed the old double oven and brought the new one in. Josh also helped me by finding the correct circuit breaker. I would gladly use them again. Jerad and Dan installed the new oven pretty quickly. They knew the product and were prepared for a slight height adjustment for the double oven. Jerad advised me to run the ovens to burn off the chemical protection that the manufacturer puts on some interior parts. He also showed me a feature (temperature probe) that came with the oven. I would use them again for another purchase.

Ordered a black model 500 Bosch dishwasher last August 2021. It finally came in last week. I knew it would take a while when I ordered it since Bosch basically shut down production for Covid and then chip shortages. Big G’s sales man Brad was very helpful in keeping me up to date on what was going on with Bosch and their production/delivery issues. Big shout out to their installation team, friendly and professional. They came in protected my flooring and had the old dishwasher out within minutes. They had the new dishwasher installed and connected in 20 minutes. Triple checked for leaks and then walked me through all the features and how to operate it. Cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend Big George’s sales and installation team I will return if I’m in need of anything else.

I helped my 82 year old dad in Pinckney buy a refrigerator from Big George’s. Basically I went in and picked it out for him because he hates to shop. The store experience was great. No pressure, no weird sales dudes following me around trying to “help”, but easy to find assistance when I was ready. And they loaned me a tape measure because I had forgotten to bring one. My dad specifically requested I make the buy from Big George’s because he had heard from his appliance repair guy that they do a full service delivery, even into difficult to reach places, and they will remove the old appliance. Dad lives on steep hill by a lake, and accessing his kitchen requires descending the hill outside and coming in through a narrow side door. The drivers not only brought the refrigerator down the hill, they removed its door to fit through the tight entrance. Then when it was still too wide they removed both the door and storm door from the house—requiring some finesse as the hardware was old. Then they removed the door from the old refrigerator to get it out—requiring some muscle because the hinges on the old appliance were rusted and corroded. And then they put everything back together. Neatly. And they did it all while maintaining good cheer and excellent customer service. Dad was delighted and asked me to write this review so that others would know how happy he was that he had gone with Big George’s.

We recently came back to purchase a few more appliances since our first purchase and installation of a dishwasher was a great experience. We purchased a fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and beverage center. The buying process was great and there was a delay in getting all the appliances all at once but once all the items were available, they scheduled the delivery. Both Dave SI and Mike who delivered our items did a great job in placing the appliances in our garage for our contractor to install. Both guys were very courteous and were very accommodating on where I wanted them to place it. In the past our purchases have been thru Home Depot or Lowes but found that our experience with Big George has been great. We would definitely go back to them for more future purchases due to the excellent service and prices.

However the less-experienced delivery crew simply "dumped" the final 2 appliances. What a contrast. Big George's rep returned next day to rectify the unacceptable portion of the job creating happier customers at last!

My sales person was great. Got me hooked up with the size dishwasher I needed for my new kitchen. And delivery time was just right for my contractor to install when my new cabinets arrived. Other places time frame was way too far out for delivery. Timing was great and was true to their word, not just trying to make a sale and you get stuck with no product at the time you needed it. I have had other friends to make a purchase of a product, paid for it and never got it for nearly 4-6 months out. Thanks sooo much for being honest for a delivery date. I never post reviews online but after having a nightmare experience with Home Depot, I have to share my love for Big George's with the world. Not only did I get incredible help from the salespeople in the store (and honesty, like why one brand of dishwasher would be better than another), but you know exactly when the delivery will arrive—and can track it. I feel like you get an old school, personal shopping experience at Big George's that doesn't exist anymore. I've even had email exchanges with a salesperson there as I deliberated on which fridge to buy, and a human always answers the phone. I'm so glad they're nearby. I've gotten a dishwasher, fridge, and Big Green Egg there.

Big George's provided amazing service with delivering a washer/dryer unit and removing the old unit. Rob H. and Max were there for the delivery and installation, and they were very kind, hard working, and professional throughout the challenging installation (my stairwell is not exactly W/D delivery friendly). We bought an Asko dishwasher last year from Big George’s and had them install it. There were hidden issues with the installation, such that after a year the dishwasher had moved significantly back on the bottom. We contacted our salesperson who sent us to their Dispatch desk. After explaining the issue, the manager sent out a crew the same day to reinstall the unit, and it’s quite secure now. Great job by a local company – standing behind their work and fixing it, although past the normal installation warranty date.

Had a great experience in-store getting the information we needed to choose the best washer and dryer for our needs. I give 3 stars because we paid over $3,000 for a washer and dryer and had the following issues with delivery and charges: 1) The sales rep neglected to ask which way we needed the dryer door to open. We forgot to bring it up ourselves, but it should also be an automatic part of any sales rep's discussion when finalizing the purchase of any front-loading appliance. I was told I would need to fix the issue myself and sent instructions to do so. When I spoke with the sales rep after delivery he seemed unapologetic... 2)The delivery crew did not hook up the dryer vent correctly, the machine separated from our wall vent during the first load, and I had to crawl behind machine to align and secure things correctly.

Although the initial installer of my induction range carelessly left protective plastic on the storage door (which also did not close well due to inappropriately twisted wire in back of door), the dispatcher sent someone out in record time. Both problems were resolved in five minutes. I would recommend reading instructions before buying an induction range, and testing your pots on a live one before purchasing. My 70-year-old spotlessly clean copper-bottomed pots held magnets but didn’t work on the GE Profile range. Obviously, Big George’s is the place to buy appliances. They make buyers happy with their products.

Existing cabinets had to be modified to accommodate the new oven and Joey was extremely careful with his measurements and the modifications and the oven fit perfectly. I have to reach out and share the incredible experience I had with a washer and dryer purchase and install. I had the misfortune to have a dryer fire and needed to replace it quickly! In purchasing at the Ann Arbor store, Kate Burnside was a great listener, worked hard to find what I needed, and didn't try to "upsell" me, in fact finding what I wanted in the scratch and dent department. I was astonished that install got scheduled for less than a week later even during Thanksgiving week. The total cost with removal, delivery, and installation was LESS THAN big box stores and much more prompt. Grant and Robert brought the new washer and dryer and worked hard to find the best path into the house. They removed the old one and had to deal with capping off a gas line for me. They were so cheerful and patient with the whole process, which definitely must've taken longer than they expected --but they. made me feel at ease and were so friendly, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the dryer didn't work with my electrical outlet. After an electrician checked and confirmed that the outlet would be difficult to change, I called back Sales at Big George's to see if I could possibly change the electric dryer I had just purchased for a gas one. THEY WORKED WITH ME AND GOT ME A GAS ONE, AGREED TO TAKE BACK THE ELECTRIC ONE, AND DID NOT CHARGE ME ADDITIONAL DELIVERY/INSTALL FEES. Grant and Robert came back and took care of this less than a week later, and installed it. quickly, again with. friendly, professional, quick service. These two are treasures for the company, and I hope they get recognized for their important customer-facing work! I am blown away by this level of customer care. I encourage everyone to try Big George's and will be a customer and advocate for life. Very very grateful!

Household has been committed to shopping small and have used Big George’s/Witbecks for appliances for past 6-7 years. Most recently bought washer/dryer set two Thursdays ago. Delivery following Wednesday. Sales personnel are super friendly and knowledgeable, service people are amazing and have arrived EARLY the last two times in my home. Was quite disappointed to learn from original installers that there was an issue with the dryer’s optional side vent not being installed correctly and it only came in as far as our garage, then sat there for a week. Seemed unreasonable that we were put in the same queue with regular service appointments. This policy does not scream “customer focused” to me. I literally had just dropped 3 grand for appliances that weren’t prepared correctly before leaving the warehouse.

Brad N. was so helpful in finding me exactly which built-in microwave would fit the dimensions of my 1980’s cabinets and met all my other wishes. I never felt rushed into deciding on anything that wasn’t just right. Laz and Narciso were so pleasant and courteous while installing the microwave. They did an excellent job and were very conscientious about being tidy as they worked and finished. An overall excellent experience! The only thing was that I had to ask for my receipt sometime after rather than it being sent immediately after purchase, but that’s a relatively minor oversight, and it was then sent right away. I would not hesitate to call this store again for my next appliance purchase, or to work with this same staff again. Very professional in every way!

However the delivery men did not hook up the drain on the washer correctly and it overflowed onto the whole laundry room floor. They came back within an hour and corrected the problem. Big George sent out an expert to recheck everything and all has been perfect since. I would give 5 stars except for the wet floor problem. I love the machines even the jolly little tune at the finish of the cycle.

The appliances (fridge; range; dishwasher) are now in, so it's a job done - but the service and logistics were not good. I get the impression that Big George's caters to a more "elite" clientele whose timing and budgets are immaterial to the purchase. Example: for appointments, you receive an arbitrary email telling you when you are scheduled, as if OF COURSE you would be home and available, waiting for them. But, in the real world of jobs and life schedules, this requires rescheduling and planning. As is the case in today's reality, the salespeople at Big George's don't really have to "sell". People come in knowing what they want, and they essentially pay list prices. We never heard from our salesperson with updates or scheduling, except for ONE call two days before new year when he said it was urgent that our balance be paid and used a tone like we had been negligent in paying thus far. We hadn't. The range was almost predictably damaged in transit so it had to be refused, creating a lot of inconvenience and necessitating another appointment. A pre-installation visit noted that $500 of work would be required for the house to be ready for appliances. In the end, the workers said an outlet wasn't grounded and they couldn't do it, so it would have to stay. They ended up installing an elbow joint on an existing gas line and the prices was "discounted" $100. $400 for an elbow joint. No other work was performed. The appliances are nice and in the end the installers did a fine job, but the bizarre non-communication and logistics from the store were off-putting. There will come a day when stores and sales staff need to "sell" again and won't be able to sit back and count on endless stream of cash-full customers. Based on my experience I don't know if Big George's will be equipped for that day.

We ordered 3 appliances - cooktop which arrived on time, and oven and microwave oven which were back ordered - and then some. Like, we just got them in, when we ordered them a little over 4 months ago, so plan accordingly. Luckily our old appliances still worked (just having issues, like several buttons falling off, and three of the four burners still worked) so we weren’t super put out by the additional delay. The team that came out to measure (Tim) before we placed the order were efficient and on time. The delivery folks (Mac and Eli) were also mindful of wood floors. Tim and Cole came back to install. We got super lucky because we met the Sales Associate Colin. Colin has been working with us for more than 6 months to make sure we picked out the right appliances and we had the space. We did a Thermador kitchen with a custom built in panel. Even though big george does not offer the custom panel, Colin went above and beyond with finding people who could help. We also did our washer and dryers with Colin alongside a beverage fridge and grill. The whole process had some bumps but Colin was always ready to find solutions. Our sales person at Big George's, Chase, did a great job. We ended up purchasing a washer / dryer set from the store's Clearance area, which was fine in that the washer had a small dent, but otherwise was perfect. Our delivery and installation today ultimately was completed successfully, but took a bit of extra time. It was pretty surprising that the crew - who were both nice guys - didn't have all the needed parts to finish the washer installation (after the initial test leaked water all over our laundry room floor). After a quick run to our local Ace, they got everything wrapped up. Overall, so far, we're happy with the overall experience.

This is the second time in two years that Big George's Home Appliance Mart in Ann Arbor, Mi came to our rescue. In both cases, we needed and immediate replacement appliance (dish washer in 2021 and refrigerator in 2022), None of the big box stores could get us a suitable replacement in the short time span that we needed (week or less). The sales process via phone in 2021 and via the Big George online website in 2022 was flawless. Their prices were equivalent, and they did not charge to take away our old/failed appliance plus the delivery/installation process far exceeded our previous experiences with big box stores. When you call their Ann Arbor store you talk to a real person with little to no wait time. Our online experience was even better. After placing the order at 10:08 PM on-line, I received an immediate confirmation email stating that my order was received. At 11:39 PM, I responded to the confirmation email explaining that I needed the order delivered by the weekend. To my surprise, Kevin responded via email to me at 12:06 AM explaining that he was working to contain my weekend delivery need and would let me know by the next day. Bingo, Kevin notified me the next day that the delivery was scheduled to happen on Friday between 3:30 PM and 8:30PM, and it did happen on Friday. The last surprise was the amazing link that Big George sent me to track my delivery. The link provided a stop-by-stop description of the delivery truck. I was the 10th schedule stop for the day. By keeping the link open and refreshing it, I could see exactly which stop the truck was at along the way to my house. They arrived a little after 5PM and had my new refrigerator installed by 5:30PM. Thank again Big George of Ann Arbor!!!

They carefully moved the dishwasher out and determined that the leak was a result of a faulty drain hose which is a GE responsibility and not an installation problem. Brian gave us information on how to schedule a service call with GE. They made sure that there would be no more leaking until GE could replace the faulty part and were careful not to make a mess or damage anything. A job well done. When the new refrigerator was available, Bryon and Jermaine delivered it. They called head as promised and came within the scheduled time window. They were very careful and good about getting the old refrigerator out. They were also very helpful and creative in getting the new refrigerator to fit into the opening and connecting the water supply to it. Another job well done.

We’ve used Big George’s for decades and been very pleased. This time, communication between the sale’s rep and delivery was not complete or just ignored. This lack of communication involving a twenty minute lead time, heads-up phone call, to ensure someone would be at the delivery sight before Big George’s arrived, didn’t happen. The salesperson, Dave Coloske, was very helpful and worked hard to get the Yankee Air Museum the best deal on appliances for our new Roush Aeronautics Center, and got them delivered before our first event. However, their warehouse seems to have a quality control problem because the first refrigerator they delivered had a crushed door that was obvious from just looking at the packaging. They clearly did no pre-delivery inspection of the merchandise. Dave quickly stepped in and found another one, but they couldn't get it for two weeks - now after our event. Second try was fine.

We recently remodeled our kitchen and had our wood floors redone, and William pro-actively took every step he could to protect the floors and counters - from volunteering to wear boot covers in the house to using a special board to protect floors when pulling out our stove to hook up the gas. He took time to get everything perfectly leveled and flush against the wall. He even helped me vacuum up all the debris that the construction guys left hiding behind our stove. This entire experience was excellent! Our salesman (Chase) was highly knowledgeable and educated us on the merits and drawbacks of various washing machines and dryers. I purposely didn't go by to Best Buy as it always feels like you're being assaulted by the sales staff and am so grateful to have gone to Big George's instead. On delivery day, the two nicest fellows you could ask for (both named Robert), removed the old appliances and installed the new ones. We ordered an LG refigerator in May 2021 and were told to expect a bit of a delay because of the state of the world regarding the chip shortage and supply chain issues. We took delivery today, January 10, 2022. This was not the fault of anyone at Big George's and Logan, our salesperson, was very up front with us and offered to show us what models were in stock. We chose to wait. The experience we had with Logan and his excellent customer service is what will bring us back to Big George's. The delivery was outstanding. UPDATED** Today I had a new Bosch Series 800 refrigerator delivered and an old refrigerator taken away. Jason and Dave(?) handled everything professionally and were very friendly! I would had given 5 stars, except there is some minor damage to one of the doors. There are two small dimple-like dents. I don’t know if it is a manufacturing flaw or damage during shipping, warehouse storage or delivery. I didn’t notice it until I removed the plastic film, which itself was not damaged. It is a $3200 appliance, and it needs to be dent free. **The folks at Big George’s quickly arranged for Bosch to send a replacement door. This was covered by Bosch’s cosmetic warranty.

I bought a dish washer at Big George's two weeks ago. I heard positive comments about their service from neighbors. Two people came to install it in my kitchen. One week later, we saw water was leaked from the bottom of the dishwasher and ran over the kitchen floor and down to basement. I called the Big George's in Ann Arbor in the next day's morning telling them the emergence of the situation. A woman told me that a technician would come to my house and see it from 3 to 5 pm that day. We came home early from work and waited but no one came or no notice or apology. My husband had to stay up until 3am to figure that out. He found that the connection between the dishwasher and water pipe was not properly secured, which leads to the water leaking. The next day, I still did not receive any phone call from Big George's to explain why no one came to fix the problem. Very frustrating. Bad customer service.

Excellent service! We bought everything from out of state. Big George's not only ordered our appliances, but stored them for a couple months, while our kitchen remodeling was going on. Then they delivered them when promised! Good prices and good delivery service. What more could you ask for. Thanks Big George's for everything. Paul, our salesman was great. Never got impatient as I called more than once to check on the status of our order (especially after our 36 1/2 yo washer did NOT wait to die "til we got a new one). Am so happy the Speed Queen washer came in before the predicted 60-90 days! The man who delivered and hooked up our Speed Queen washer was gentle with taking away old machine, neat & clean, knowledgeable about it all EXCEPT to cleanse the steel drum, before its first use, as suggested by manufacturer - choosing "Normal Eco" cycle was not the best as it doesn't use enough hot water to get the oil off the washtub. Once I read up on the machine, we put machine through another cleanse by using a different cycle and viola - hot water removed the oil on the steel washtub drum.

I worked with Ryan in the store to select the right stove for me. He made the process of buying a large appliance for my home a breeze. When the stove was delivered, it was done quickly and efficiently. I realized hours afterwards that I'd left some items in the bottom drawer of my old stove that I had them haul away. I contacted one of the delivery drivers, Aaron, as well as Ryan, over the weekend and outside of business hours, completely panicked, needing help, and they both jumped on it. They messaged the foreman and let him know what delivery truck my items were on. I was able to drive to the warehouse Monday morning and retrieve my things that I'd forgotten. My experience with Big George was phenomenal! I checked online to find washing machines they had In stock. I called the store ordered and paid for it. It was delivered to our house in Jackson within a week. The $47 charge for delivery, install and taking away the old washer was more than fair. Bought a Beko refrigerator there in late April. They delivered it a week later. The delivery people were very nice however they broke the handle when trying to put it on. They also brought my attention to the fact the door had a ding in it. I called that same day and spoke to my salesman and he said he would order a new door and handle. That was over a month ago. When I called to try to find out the status, I was told that they have no idea when it will be in and can't inquire about it (this is the info I got from the appliance repair company BG uses). I love the fridge, the customer service not so much. I have arthritis in my hands and the fridge door is hard to open. I need my door and handle asap!!

However, the delivery scheduling and installation were very good. The crew showed up on time, according to text message alerts. They worked well as a team and were very efficient.
