I was doing a house rehab to sell and came here for the house load of appliances. High quality, name brands, FANTASTIC PRICES! I checked all around and they can't be beat. Patricia was fantastic and easy to work with and super helpful. I highly recommend Erick's for any and all appliance needs. They are now my go to for scratch and dent appliances.

If you're looking for reliable appliances for cheap this is the place to go. I had my washer for 7 years before I had an issue which was my fault for overloading it. I also purchased a refrigerator and it works perfect. My dryer works well too. This is the only place I'll go to the purchase my appliances. I give them an A+ for customer service.

Great service! Honest and very dependable. I've had them come and diagnose and repair my appliances on two separate occasions (a fridge and a washer). The quote I received on both occasions was very reasonable. Work performed was outstanding. You will not be overcharged. Great little hidden gem in Houston’s south side. I’ve been coming here for years. They have the old school no electronic washers. Bought mine from him almost ten years ago and have not had a problem. The only thing is this is a cash place only, buts till worth it!!!

I visited there today after going to Lowe's to purchase a washer that leaked & had to return, luckily my daughter told me about this place so I checked him out& for sure the prices were reasonable with friendly people. The washer works great. Thanks Erick!

I purchased a refrigerator and stove for a rental property I manage and was satisfied with the purchase. After a month the fridge's bottom wasn't cooling and I let them know since it's still under the warranty. They fixed it and had it ready the next day. They even delivered it to the property free. I've recommended the place to my tenants and will continue to purchase in the future. Thank you for the great service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is a terrible business with awful customer service. I paid $850 for the fridge in the first two photos. We were not moving right away so I asked if they could hold it for a couple of weeks. When it was time to pick up the fridge, I was out of town due to a family member being hospitalized so I had my boyfriend pick it up. I then come home to this mess and tell him that I want a new fridge because this one is dirty, molded, and rusted not to mention that the ice maker does not work. The guy says that the warranty is not for the ice maker but the fridge. This business is a scam and if you want to spend your hard earned money correctly, I suggest not coming here. They messed with the wrong ones because my dad is a lawyer and my boyfriend is a cop so I am sure they will get this situated even if we have to sue! Edit: Giving this place 5 stars after speaking with Hope and her doing everything in her power to fix the mistake. The guy that I spoke with first should learn from her because her customer service skills are amazing. She fixed everything and our refrigerator is working fine! Thank you Hope!
