Mark DunhamI was in a bind and needed a big freezer pronto. Called Karl’s about 1 hour before closing time and a salesman named Kirby informed me about their freezers and said they could make it work. He checked on one out from the back just before closing time and gave me a great deal. With a smile, he helped me measure it to make sure it’d fit in my house. He then loaded it up with a fork lift quickly and painlessly into my pickup and away I drove!

Justin TwogoodHad our dishwasher go out and most places around town had little to nothing in stock. Looked on Karl's website and found they had the exact dishwasher we wanted. Called the Fargo location and spoke with Doug who said they didn't have any in-store but their warehouse location had a few. We came into the store, put money down on one of the dishwashers in the warehouse location and they had it available for pickup in under a week. The dishwasher had two issues once we got it home but everyone in-store and Chad were more than happy to help out and make sure things were made right. Overall I would highly recommend looking to Karl's for your next appliance purchase. Prices were great and the people were friendly, answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed!
