Very personable and professional technicians! They had our old microwave removed and new one installed in about 40 minutes. They also leveled our stove which the original installers did not do. They went above and beyond in their service!! I highly recommend Appliance Pros!!

Jim does an excellent job! He picked up immediately at 10 a.m. then arrived at our home in Moorhead by 11:30 a.m. Diagnosed the problem w/ our Whirlpool fridge, located the part, then completed the repair in approx. an hour. Very competitive, affordable rates, as well. Exceeded my expectations! Friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

I have had Chad help me in the past with my refrigerator and my dishwasher. You leave a text message. When he comes, he's very nice, troubleshoots the problem, fixes the problem, and is reasonably priced. He's very busy and can't always get to his texts right away. When he texts, he comes pretty quickly. I like him and I trust his work. I'll continue having him come when I have any appliance issues.

I needed my dryer fixed and the major appliance stores were booked out for weeks. Chad responded within a day or 2. He was able to come over after 6, which was great because my wife and I work. He was very professional and had our dryer fixed within an hour. He also explained how everything worked as he was doing it. Cannot recommend him enough. We will be calling Chad should we need more appliance repair.

Very nice guy. Found problem and replaced the sensor as he had the part in his truck. Will definitely keep his card and call again for future repairs. $135 service call plus cost of part. Happy with his service and charges.

We needed a dryer fixed. Chad was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Nothing but great things to say about the whole experience from beginning to end. Due to user error on my end (clogged a vent), the dryer stopped working a few days after he fixed it. Even though I caused the issue he still came back late in the middle of the week to help take care of it without even letting me compensate him for his time. Just all around a fantastic guy. I didn't know what to expect as I have never needed appliance repair, but Chad was professional, responsive and fit me in quickly. His fee for a service call to evaluate my fridge was very reasonable to me for his time and knowledge. He was honest about repair vs replacement cost and the longevity of the appliance. He returned my call in two days. One man show so Chad is extremely busy. Otherwise, he was there next day. (Other businesses book you week or two out.) The service overall was quick. He had the parts he needed in his vehicle and it took him less than 20 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. No surprises nor surprise fees. Friendly guy and easy to work with. Give him time to return your call and texts, it's worth it.

I bought my first home five years ago and since then, had only ever used the same popular local business for repairs. The service was generally fine, albeit expensive, but the issue was always fixed. When my dryer recently stopped working, I called and was told, rather rudely, they were booking out two weeks. I tried Appliance Pros next, and spoke with Chad. He stopped by later the same day, and fixed the problem within twenty minutes. The total fee, including parts, was $30 cheaper than a service call at the business I had previously been using. I'd highly recommend Chad's services to anyone looking for fair, fast and friendly appliance repair.

I called Appliance Pro and got the voicemail. Within 15 minutes, Chad (from Appliance Pro) called back. He had some time before his next appointment so he squeezed me in immediately. He was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He fixed my dryer and took it apart to take out the coins that were sucked up into the machine and making all kinds of noise. WOW ~ Chad came to our house the same day he received our call and was able to fix our refrigerator! He had to make sure he had the right part and said if it’s possible he would fix it tonight. Last week my washing machine stopped draining and spinning. First, I called the service number of the chain store I bought it from. They were going to charge $99.00 to come out and do the diagnostic, plus a $170 flat rate for labor, plus the cost of the part (could've totaled about $370). I decided to check around to see if there were any local repair places in town. I saw Appliance Pros online with all the positive reviews so I called them. Tyler came out the same day and fixed the problem in about 45 minutes with a total charge $90! Thankfully i didn't need a new part. He even re-leveled my washing machine out of the kindness of his heart. Professional, honest, great customer service. I would highly recommend them to others.

He not only diagnosed the problem but he had the part with him and fixed it right away. I called Appliance Pros at 11:25 AM, and they returned my call a couple hours later. Tyler arrived at 3:10 PM and had my dishwasher repaired and he was out the door in less than 1/2 hour. $90 standard service charge; No added charge as he retrieved a piece of glass in the dishwasher drain that was preventing it from draining. No parts needed. Another un-named repair service would have charged $99 just to walk in the door. I recently had the other service for a small repair (door latch) on my dryer and it cost me almost $200 and they didn't spend much more time than this service. Granted, a small part was needed for my dryer, but still. Tyler was such a nice, personable young man. Give him a promotion or at least a bonus, please, so he will stick around! Appliance Pros are my #1 go-to and referral to others from this day on!

I had Tyler from Appliance Pro's come out and fix our dryer. I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to diagnose, and solve my issues. Not only did I get the dryer fixed, he also was able to determine, the exhaust vent was disconnected somewhere within my wall. We cut a hole in the wall, and sure enough, the vent was disconnected. A couple of sheet metal screws cured the problem. I am not sure any other repair man would have diagnosed this issue. Most likely they would have replaced the heating element, called it good, and left. Tyler went above and beyond what any other repair man would have done. Thank You very much Tyler for providing such excellent customer service!!! I will highly recommend Appliance Pro's to friends and family. Troy
