My service was scheduled through my builder for a dent in the door. I didn't have to pay for this service, however, I would ha e gladly as the service technician was timely, courteous, and quick! He also had great shoe covers which worked great to keep my new floors clean from all the snow/salt/sand outside. I have been working with a lot of moving and install companies recently with the move and this one has been the smoothest and seemed to be the most prepared to provide great service. Thank you!

This is the second time we had Evan. He knows what he’s doing and provides good explanation of the problem and solution. We encountered some issues while in the process of repairing our fridge but decided on an option that will reduce the risk of more damage. In the end, our fridge ice maker is working well now with no leaks. He is very professional and we ever encounter any issues again I will definitely request for him. Highly recommend.

Mike was highly recommended by others in our neighborhood and we've not had the best luck with other appliance companies knowing how to fix our LG washer in the past. He knew right away the squeak I was hearing was the suspension. The only downside was waiting for the parts to arrive days later and having to adjust our appointment time due to that. I would use Nebraska Home Appliance again in the future for any repairs.

Mike ,the repairman arrived within the allotted time and within 20 minutes had found the problem and fixed it .A plugin had malfunctioned which Mike plugged back in and everything was running like it was supposed to be. It was good other then the long delay due to the weather lasted over Christmas and NewYears with out it in the house and we found out that out side refrigerator had failed as well so evo we had bought for the holidays will now need to be replaced

When we've had appliance issues they have been very professional and respectful. I appreciate that. I think the minimum service fee is reasonable for a fridge. On smaller appliances like a microwave, it makes more sense to just replace it. The repair cost will most likely be half or most of the price of a new unit. Edit from my previous review: had a pretty major fridge repair and the issue came back the next time I replaced the water filter. At first I was going to be out of pocket to diagnose/repair again but was given a new # to call and we worked it out. I appreciated that a lot. I'd offer a recommendation for improvement, if they offered a video chat assistance for a lower fee we could get better cost estimates before you're sitting at $120 down the drain unless you fix it.

My Samsung over-the-range microwave was making a terribly loud, intermittent noise. It was still under warranty so they were able to work with Samsung to get it replaced. Super friendly staff. When you call you actually talk to a real person AND they have morning/afternoon service windows so that you don't have to wait all day for them to come. Highly recommend.

It's not often I write a review, it's also not often I get the level of service that Nebraska Home Appliance provided. Friendly people and easy to work with. Jason was the technician that completed the repairs to our Samsung refrigerator. He was well versed in the issues that this model refrigerator has. I have been living with ice buildup under the freezer drawer for several years, he had the parts on his truck to remedy the issue. He also repaired the ice maker that had stopped making ice. Once again he had the parts required in his service truck. Very professional service and a great experience using this company.

Mike and his helper were prompt and professional. Had the parts ( compressor) with them so repair was done in one trip. Other services I contacted required a service call to diagnose then wait for parts and another trip to do the repairs. Plus NHA is an authorized repair center for LG and would deal with parts under warranty while no one else would. Answered my questions and explained the issues well. Note : When I contacted LG service center, their system did not show NHA as a local authorized provider in DM area. Glad I insisted on them, and the NHA office staff was great to work with and helped make sure the warranty parts were covered.

Mike is a great technician and super friendly. We had another "LG expert" in town try to fix our refrigerator which was not cooling properly and the ice maker stopped working and they were guessing the whole time. Mike came in, described in detail that these are known issues with LG fridges that he sees several times a week and he fixed everything to perfection within a couple of hours. I highly recommend this company and they will be my first call for all future appliance repairs of any type.

Nebraska Home Appliance has been wonderful to work with. Our Samsung refrigerators ice maker had stopped working and Samsung sent NHA to come assess and replace the unit. Jason was our technician and was very professional and courteous while making the repair. During the repair another separate concern in the refrigerator was noted and Jason immediately began researching what might need to be done to fix this secondary issue. It is certainly nice to have a company in the DSM metro willing to work on Samsung and LG units. I would recommend Nebraska Home Appliance!
