Our installer was personable, and knowledgeable. They came out sooner than expected and fixed the issue. The one negative is it looks like he didn’t fully connect a hose in the back of our washer, this resulted in our mud room being flooded and some adjacent carpet being damaged.

Washer required circuit board replacement. There was a first visit for diagnosis after which the board was ordered. Expected arrival of board was one week, but it was received and installed only three days after initial visit. Admin and repair personnel were efficient, prompt and friendly. The repair cost 2/3rds of the purchase price of a replacement washer...time will tell if I made the best choice.

We had a repair done to our Jenn-Air electric glass cooktop. The technician, James, was awesome. He talked to us throughout the repair and gave us options as it went along. He tested out everything and found the problem. He had to order a part, so a 2nd trip was required. There was no extra cost to the 2nd trip. The repair was successful and professionally done.

We setup an online appointment for 3 days out with Mr. Appliance to repair our Whirlpool double oven which wasn’t heating up. They called the very next day in under 24 hours, as they had a sooner time slot open up, and our technician David was able to diagnose and repair the issue in under 2 hours at a very reasonable cost. He was very friendly, respectful and professional. I would definitely use this company’s service again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone else in the area needing professional and timely appliance repair.

My dryer fuse popped after fixing it and James came right out and fixed it again with no charge since they warranty parts and labor for 1 year. Also decided to go with Mr appliance because they wave the $99 diagnostic fee when they fix your appliance!

Mr. Appliance of Urbandale sent a picture of the person coming to repair the dryer. David was on time and was very quick and efficient in his work of repairing our dryer. He even took it apart again to fix a whine after replacing the blower. Luckily the noise went away during the first load I dried. The dryer works great now and I would strongly recommend this business and David to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Very thorough in understanding the problem before diagnosing. He cleaned crud off burner ignitors to be sure is was not an issue of poor contact for the spark. Made sure new ice maker working before leavi ng. Very professional and provided good suggestion to prevent problems in the future. Honest and did not try to repair things that were working correctly.

I would have tried to schedule online, but the problem I had three appliances that quite about the same time. I was amazing by professional service! It was nice that he took pictures of the back of the washer so I could better understand the motor, belt, etc. It was in our best interest to just get a new washer rather than do a $500 repair. He agreed that was best & didn't push purchasing any parts from his company. Since they don't sell appliances, he was able to honestly answer all my questions about washers & brands.

I googled appliance repair and Mr. Appliance was the first to respond to my request. My home warranty company couldn't get anyone to look at my non cooling refrigerator for 2 weeks. Mr. Appliance sent people out in 2 days. It could have been the next day but it didn't work with my schedule if I remember correctly. Two guys were right on time & I couldn't have asked for a better duo! They were professional but also personable. They were straight with me and even gave me some helpful hints. He also showed me how to remedy a problem with my refrigerator's ice maker, and how to maintain a prevent a common problem with my clothes washer - at no charge. This place is the place to call when your washer/ dryer/ oven/stove etc stops working! Fast service! Michael was the technician, and he was the nicest man! These guys are life savers- or at least ‘fridge savers. We bought a Samsung fridge (Don’t recommend) and the top stopped cooling. No other repair service would work on it- until we found Mr. Appliance. Easy to schedule, great customer communication, timely, responsive. Call them!!

I callled for service and had an appointment for the next day. The service man, Clinton, was early both days. He was fast, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Parts had to be ordered and were actually found the same day, so Clinton came back the next day and finished by fixing replacing the timer and sensor on the evaporator. So far everything is working great. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Wasn't sure I would write this review to start but the finish makes it worthwhile. Our refrigerator had issues... we called Mr. Appliance and had a tech look at it.. unfortunately the first trip didn't go as great as I hoped.. but then Stephen from Mr. Appliance came by yesterday. He was professional, personable and certainly knew his stuff.. and he cleaned up every time spec before he left. Will use Mr. Appliance and Stephen again.
