Our service tech Chris was extremely knowledgeable with our ancient Maytag washing machine. Cost to repair was beyond replacement cost. Cost of service call was discounted from new purchase. A few months ago my wife noticed that the stove was not working well when she was doing some baking. We called Metro Appliance and the came the next day and literally fixed the issued in about 20 minutes. The guys were great, friendly, and professional. Lastly, noticed that our dryer was leaving black marks on clothes called Ma again. John, the Tech, knew the issue, but still took a look inside and noticed that another item was not functioning well. He showed me the piece and explained how it all worked. He would've fixed same day, but they were out, but came back and had everything fixed in 15-20 minutes. These guys are great and know their stuff and have reasonable prices.

I bought a used washer and dryer here. People were nice and friendly. I couldn’t get it delivered same day that sucked but it is what it is. Got it installed but the washer door latch broke after a day of having it. At least they got someone out to fix it like they said they would. You run into problems when you buy used appliances but at least they stuck to their word and fixed it! More then i can say for other places! It was a couple days to wait for it to get installed and delivered after i bought it and a couple days to wait to get the part after it broke but i would come back here again because they stuck to their side of the deal with fixing it wish they would of refunded a little money or something after it breaking for only having it a day but like i said. It is what it is when your buying used! Could of been worse!

Called because my top load washer wasn’t working properly. I had bought the washer used from them in a set a couple of years ago and this was the first problem I have had. Josh showed up to diagnose the issue and fixed it very quickly. Thankfully it was as simple as a loose screw on the bottom but what impressed me is, he could have lied and charged me for work I didn’t even need. That’s what most people in this trade would do but he didn’t! Customer for life. Thank you!

My washing machine broke and I called Metro Appliance. They tried several things but sadly weren't able to fix it. But what impressed me was that they were honest when they ran out of ideas. And most importantly they came back and removed the parts they'd replaced and refunded all but the initial trip charge. I figured I was just out that money and that's life but they made it right. I will definitely call them again. Honesty is hard to come by these days.

I called on a Saturday morning about a washing machine issue. They gave me several options for appointment times over the next few days. The technician (can’t recall his name) arrived about 15 min prior to his 2 hour scheduled window. He was professional, courteous, and tidy. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 min. The total repair was just over $200 and came with a 30 day service guarantee. I was able to pay with a credit card and get a receipt texted yo me from my kitchen. I’d use them again without hesitation!! Very pleased.

We have bought a few items, and had good luck. Sadly, the fact that they deal in used and not new causes the inventory system to be a bit more problematic, but we have not had any problems. The delivery is not perfect, but I have actually found it to be more reliable than the big box stores. I noticed pretty much all the bad reviews were based off of delivery issues. The quality of the appliances we got were a good value. I prefer to pick up and install myself when I buy from any retailer because I hate waiting around, but that is not always possible.

These guys a great! My washer recently broke down, they were able to come out the same day I called, were very professional, extremely polite and very reasonably priced. Tyler did a great job repairing my leaking washing machine. The first technician who came out had already replaced the hose, but it was still leaking. Not sure if the part was defective or what, but Metro Appliance did not charge me for another trip and Tyler didn't charge me for swapping out the hose again. I will always call Metro Appliance for all of my repair needs. I'm really impressed with their service and especially impressed by them not charging me again, especially as it had been slightly over 30 days since the first repair.
