We purchased all 6 household appliances from Central Appliances. Everyone of the appliances are wonderful. Had a issue with the dryer making a noise. There customer service could not have been better. Wanted to purchase from a smaller local company instead of the 2 large stores in the area. They carry new and also scratch and dent. It is up to you what you want to buy. Their customer service is absolutely wonderful.

Finding service for LG appliances is challenging and I'm grateful that Central Appliances is in our area. Jason replaced the heating element on our dryer efficiently and was very professional. He arrived when he said he would and went straight to work. He was happy to answer my questions about the process.

Whoever is saying there prices are to high - is crazy! Customer service has always been great when I've been. I LOVE THIS PLACE! There "dent/scratch/discount section" is AMAZING! They seriously are new in original packaging with minor scratches for a lot less than other places. YES PLEASE!!! :)

This place is fantastic to deal with. They're knowledgeable and made it very apparent to me that they value customer service with their prompt and friendly response when we walked in. The process was very simple for us. We knew what we wanted and gave Jason the model number. He looked it up and found one in a warehouse they normally don't use. He got it ordered for us and we couldn't be happier. Other places said it would be 2-3 weeks, a week after we ordered the washer and it's in my basement already. The dryer is back ordered so there's really not anything they can do about that. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new appliance. Thank you very much Jason and everyone at Central Appliance!!!

Great customer service and amazing to work with! We purchased an out of the box washer/dryer set and a refrigerator at a fraction of the cost of retail stores we looked at. I was looking for a new washing machine, and ended up at Central Appliances. Jason was very helpful to explain the different features offered by the machines, but he also didn't pester me and let me take my time looking around. The machine I ended up with was from their clearance/scratch and dent section, and has worked great for us these past few months. The same washer we purchased was for sale at another local store for over $300 more than we paid at Central Appliance. They helped me load it into my van, and I was on my way.Thanks for the great service guys!

My guy was very open to my one hundred questions! I saved a lot of money too. I bought a beautiful washer and dryer. Very pleased!

Just bought a Samsung refrigerator from them this afternoon, only one person working; but it was after 5 when we got there and that's retail. He greeted me right at the door and I was impressed with their showroom, great displays, great first impression. I have shopped their competitor off of Delaware and Central Appliance is far more superior to them. Much wider selection, better products, makes you feel welcome. I didn't converse with the salesman much, but Central appliance is THE PLACE to get appliances in the metro area.

All i can say is WOW! We shopped all over for appliances and even visited a similar competitors store, at the competitors store we were greeted by staff that seemed to not care that were were there ready to spend money. But at central appliances it was a completely different story. The staff is exceptional and extremely friendly! We bought a mix of appliances from them some scratch and dent and some brand new. The appliances have been functioning properly with no malfunctions. Needless to say i am very impressed with the way they do bussiness! After being satisfied with my entire kitchen setup i will be returning to purchase a washer and dryer! If you need new appliances they seem to really know their stuff and have better prices than anyone in town!

Great customer service. Decently priced items and good inventory. Ultimately still a bit out of the price range I was looking for. Sounds like they were having a really good sale at the moment for presidents day but they will have another good sale around the 4th of July. I'll probably go back then and buy a new fridge.

We brought a Kitchenaid refrigerator May 21th, 2018 one week later the ice maker quit. Now I have to wait two weeks. For that to be fixed Next the fan made noise was told we don’t work on Kitchenaid. The day I went To buy I wasn’t told they don’t work on them. So I have to have someone else service it. Two more weeks and spoiled food. I said I’m not very happy and upset. I was told that’s why you have a warranty. To cover it. It felt like you got my money and then someone else is to stand by it. Brianne at the desk was the only person who told me I’m sorry and yes you should get the maximum five year warranty on it. For free. She agreed with me. I told them how would you feel if you spend that kind of money and this happened. Oh, that’s why you got a warranty again I hear. I said for all the trouble I’m going threw I should get the five year warranty for free. So I’m waiting to see if I get it. I spent alot of $$$$$ on something I can’t use. But it has a warranty. Bad experience for me. Come to fined out it’s been in the store since September 24, 2017. Kitchenaid told me. So I’m waiting the out come of this. I don’t know if I will go back. The parts are on order may take ten days. So mean while I don’t have a refrigerator. But I got a warranty they told me. Jason was good enuff to give me a five year warranty since I went threw a lot. I would buy again . From him
