There is NO pressure from them!! We always come back to them for honest and reliable sales and service. We would highly recommend doing business with them. Well worth the drive if you live in Des Moines and surrounding areas!! Pleasure to do business with!

I was very pleased with the selection and prices of a new LG oven and microwave. (The prices were actually the same as a big-box store in Des Moines.) My items were in stock and delivered/installed in the same week. The men who did the delivery and installation were knowledgeable, careful and courteous. I highly recommend Archer’s Home Center!

Great store to shop but more importantly the aftersales support is extraordinary! I bought my appliance at a big box store. When my appliance failed, they were no help. After spending hours on the phone with the manufacturer, I found Archer on a Google search. Archer scheduled a service technician and helped me fix my appliance. I will go nowhere else for a major appliance in the future.

Incredible selection, knowledgeable staff, courteous installation team. We purchased a new washer and dryer that they brought to our home and installed immediately. The beds we wanted were on back order , as were most items during Covid but Archer kept us informed on delivery and promptly brought them and set them up in our home. Washer was installed but not leveled. It shakes when it spins.Now I have to figure out to level it. That sucks. Washer has since been leveled by Michael. So many thanks to Archer and Michael for fixing my problem Richard Rasmussen

I called ahead and talked to Dave prior to coming in. He listened to my needs, offered some solutions and recommended we next come in to the store. Upon arrival we were greeted and Dave picked up our conversation where we left off. We explained the appliance features that were important to us and what things we may have wanted to avoid. He showed us several models with varying degrees of features and costs. We selected a model after reviewing several, paid for it and set a delivery date. Archer was a great company to work with, I will use them again in the future.

We chose Archer as our first choice to purchase and install a Speed Queen washer and dryer, and this is the second time they have come through. Since my mom and my wife and I now have all the Speed Queen washer and dryers we need now, we won't be purchasing any more from them for a while, but we will continue to tell others about what fantastic service we received. I'll be honest we first came out to their showroom because they had what we needed in stock and with COVID everything has been on back order. BUT so GLAD we did!! The staff was very helpful, pricing was just as good or better than the big box stores...and when our dryer came in it was slightly damaged off the delivery truck. Kurt worked with us and got us a replacement, no questions asked! They truly went above and beyond, when the time comes we will be back!!

They are always helpful when I call in after the sale. They haven't been quick to pick up my old dishwasher but in fairness to them, I told them I was donating it and that didn't work out so at least they are still helping me after the sale. All in all, I feel like they've had my back after purchasing kitchen appliances.

We are very happy with our new upright freezer. We were thankful that they took our old, heavy freezer. This new one (Frigidaire) is very energy efficient. I called on a Friday and it was delivered the next Tuesday. Great service! Thank you, Kurt!

I planned a kitchen remodel for the first of June, and started shopping for a dishwasher in mid-April, unaware of the COVID-related supply issues hitting appliance manufacturers. The Bosch that I wanted wasn't on the sales floors of the big box stores, nor available for order on their websites. I went to the appliance dealer near Jordan Creek and was told that the model hadn't been available for months, but wouldn't I like to step up to a model that was $400 more? That evening I checked Archer's website and the model was available for order, even in white like I wanted. I thought maybe the website hadn't been updated so I called the next morning. Archer's knew the model was back in production and about to be shipped, and they'd have it in a couple weeks! They were 100% correct. I got the model I wanted (and love it!) for the same price as the big box stores, and Archer's delivered for free! Two thumbs up!

We bought a stove and dishwasher and had our old stove repaired (new circuit board) and moved to the basement where we have a stove electrical outlet. Dave, the sales person is great and low pressure. Michael, the repair person is real good and a big asset to the store. He knows his stuff. The install crew was also real good. We like the store.

I have been a customer at Archer's Home Center since the 1990s. So far I've bought: Washer, dryer, dishwasher, mattress/boxsprings, freezer, window treatments, TV, even a VCR!!!!! I keep going back for many reasons, but the biggest is CUSTOMER SERVICE. You're not just a number, you're a valued customer, and in this day & age that is the most important aspect of any retail transaction. Archer's will treat you right!!!!!

I tried to fix my dishwasher on my own after watching lots of YouTube videos, but still could not find the problem. Michael with Archer figured it out pretty quickly when he showed up for the service call. He knew that I wanted to save money, so he told me what part to order from Amazon, and explained quickly how to install it myself. I did just that when it arrived and he saved me the extra expense of an additional trip charge or labor. Thank you, Archer Home Center!

We have had a continuing problem with our refrigerator the past couple of years and Archer Home Center personnel have been the greatest. Their appliance repair person (Michael) and sales personnel have helped to correct the problem in any way they can. We purchased an extended warranty and they have been with us in ensuring that the company is fulfilling their warranty agreement. We bought a Samsung washer and dryer at Archer and we were very pleased with the service from Kelly. He was patient and very knowledgeable and help us to choose the applainces that would best fit our needs. We were unsure as to what options we would want in a new washer and dryer as I have not shopped for a new one in over 10 years and the choices are endless. The 2 men who delivered and set up the washer were quick and had the machines working in less than 30 minutes. I prefer using a appliance center such as Archer as there is much greater customer attention than when going to the large stores.

Mike just left. There are not many people who service Thermadoor appliances, and I needed a little help with my new unit. He really is the greatest. I appreciate his expertise, and his kind, mild manner, and his ability to get things done. Please note ~ my new purchase was not made at this store, but when I experienced an issue that I could not resolve, Thermadoor recommended Archer as a preferred service center. We have purchased other appliances from this store and have always been more than pleased with our experience, from mattresses to dishwashers to refrigerators. I like to shop local, and they service what they sell. Top notch in my estimation. Especially Mike.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator elsewhere and had problems with the ice maker. Michael from Archers did the work on it, twice. We ended up getting a new refrigerator from Archers. Everyone was great to work with. Teresa Moyer was very helpful and patient with all the requests I had for paperwork for Samsung. Michael was great to work with on the repairs. Kelly was our salesperson, he was great also. The delivery men, Dennis and Mark, were very careful and respectful of our home. Great people to work with. You can't go wrong with Archers.
