This is the third time we have used Promise Appliance. They are always on time, fairly priced, honest and professional. Brendan, the owner, serviced our ice maker. He looked at the system and advised not to do an expensive repair because he was not confident that it would work over time. He gave us a recommendation for a replacement machine at 1/3 the cost of the existing machine and will install it at no charge. Promise keeps its promises.

This was the first experience with Promise Appliance Repair, and it was seamless. We have had multiple issues with a New Viking Range and have had other companies come out to fix with no avail. Promise got involved and scheduled us ASAP to diagnose and sent out James. James was fantastic, he was on time, courteous, and above all was a wealth of knowledge. We shared with him the issues and he immediately was able to diagnose and walk us thru what was happening and most likely why. James made sure to take extra care to protect the Range and our floors and cabinets, he was very polite and understanding of all our frustration. James shared tips with us on maintenance and best practice for cleaning and services schedules. I would recommend Promise and James to anyone, but especially those who have a Viking and need a true expert who is knowledgeable, professional, and cares about how the customer experience is, you don't find many technicians like him, top notch.

Called during the Holiday Season for a not such an emergency repair. Promise sent someone out right away. Luke showed up and diagnosed the issue within minutes. He shared he did not have the part he tried a couple of fixes to correct the issue before he left. Then explained due to the holiday to soonest he could return was Wednesday the 28th. As promised, even earlier than expected, Luke showed up and replaced the faulty part. Best appliance repair experience I have had. Luke was professional, clean and efficient. From this experience I would recommend promise. Good job Luke and thank you!

Luke showed up on time (time slot was between 9-11am this morning) , took a look at my broken dishwasher, and told me what I expected - which that it's crapped out and it's time to buy a new dishwasher because the cost of repairing it would equal to or more than the cost of replacing it. He then drained all the stagnant water out of the bottom so that it wouldn't get stinky or grow mold. I'm grateful he was honest with me. I admit I'm now a bit lost in the process of trying to purchase a new dishwasher because I am disabled and homebound. I'm not coordinated enough to take measurements and based off an educated guess at the dimensions of what's there I'm struggling to locate a model that will fit. The need for a new dishwasher is extremely urgent as I rely on dishwasher to clean medical equipment - especially my feeding tube equipment. Unfortunately, I am unable to stand to reach the sink to hand wash these item as I'm a wheelchair user. And since I live alone, I'm mere days away from not having any clean equipment...and without clean equipment, I cannot run my feeds. Being unable to run my feeds is a medical emergency because it will result in dehydration pretty quickly, and over time, malnutrition. Measurements or better yet a recommendation on what would fit would have made all the difference. 4 stars for doing the job on the most basic level. Taking one off for failing to realize precisely how much this impacts me as disabled person and doing literally nothing to help, despite me explaining the situation. Especially given I'd left the tape measure out on the counter the dishwasher sits under.

If you have a Viking appliance and live in CO, call Promise - not that other company. The other company came out to fix the icemaker and by the time they left, nothing worked (freezer & refrigerator included - along with the icemaker). James was dispatched and quickly came to the rescue. He fixed the problem created by the other company AND fixed the icemaker too (without ordering a new water pump that we were told needed to be replaced by that other company). As a homeowner for 30+ years, I never received the level of service provided by James and Promise. Give them a call. You won't be sorry.

Promise Appliance Repair was referred to us by Kimball Electronics, who is the authorized Viking Service provider in our region. During these holiday times our new Viking range had a hick-up (Which turned out to be a small random issue.) and stopped working. At short notice, understanding the urgency during the holiday times, service manager Mr.James Ferguson made a service visit and resolved the issue. His service skills and attitude was top notch professionalism, going over things in general care and even to the future maintenance tips. Had a great experience with Promise Appliance Repair. I called and scheduled the repair. The technician called when he was on the way , to confirm arrival time. The problem with my stove was diagnosed quickly and they had the necessary parts to fix it on the spot. I think the pricing was fair and the service was great. Since the house has Viking appliances, Promise Appliance was recommended by Viking Range to service our issue. I called Promise on a Friday and talked to Sativa. She informed me she'll have to call me back on Monday once she can determine cost of the part and labour to fix. Sativa called me back as promised, even sent me a text message with a photo of the quote (I missed the call due a work call). Promise Appliance Repair was able to come out 2 days later to fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. They were professional, friendly and gain my business moving forward when it comes to Viking appliance repairs!

Turned out built in disposal (not nearly as effective as a sink disposal) need a thorough cleaning. He took it apart cleaned it out and runs like new.
