Our washing machine repair required multiple visits for One Stop to diagnose and obtain the correct parts. They were exceptionally knowledgeable about our Samsung machine, which is an older machine and required special parts. Both people who worked on the repair were on time, efficient, and very professional. They were also very communicative about when they would arrive and how long they would take. They made efforts to move the repair forward as quickly as possible, and had a lot of understanding for the difficulty of being without a washer. I will definitely call them in the future should we need appliance repair.

One Stop will be coming out for their fourth visit to "fix" my Samsung front loader washer. This thing vibrates to bring down the house and walks all over my laundry room. The only solution One Stop can offer is to limit loads to no larger than one pair of jeans and four t-shirts and eliminate the top two spin speeds. But that is a Samsung lack-of-engineering problem. My issue with One Stop is that the narrowest service window they can come up with is 9-4, all day. In the age of computers and GPS they can't get their window down to less than 7 hours? Really?

I'm a little disappointed that I have to live with a intermittent buzzing sound from my new fridge due to not being able to hook up a water line. And that may just be an issue with the Samsung fridge...don't really know. Other than that I was really pleased with the service

The Samsung Ice Maker quit working in my 2 year old Refrigerator. I contacted Samsung for repair, of which they assigned the repair to One Stop Appliance. One Stop Appliance contacted me the same day and scheduled a technician to come out to troubleshoot and repair the issue. The technician was prompt, professional, and explained the problem and resolution. He replaced the ice maker with an updated version, and, it was at no out of pocket expense to me since it was covered by Samsung. The technician's estimated time of completion for the repair was spot on and the new ice maker works perfectly. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if I have any future issues with my appliances.

My husband and I would like to thank Chris who came out and diagnosed our Samsung TV with great care and accuracy. At first the TV did not exhibit the problem that’s been bothering us for several days. He patiently tried several different tactics and the problem appeared which he then diagnosed. He told us that he would have to order a new screen and schedule the time with us for the following week.
Chris arrived right on time for The repair just as he had for the diagnostic visit. He had the screen replaced and our TV up and running within about 15 minutes. One STop's technician gave me a call in the morning to narrow the window from 6 hours down to a 1-hour window, and arrived as he planned. He got right to work, was professional and clean, and fixed my Samsung dryer very quickly.
The $200 visit fee plus $150 control board set me back more than half the cost of my 2.5-year-old dryer. (That said, it's cheaper than buying a new one! And the service was good.) He drove 20-30 minutes from his last repair, was in my house 20 minutes including taking my billing info, and was off to his next appointment. I'm giving 4 stars because while the service was outstanding, the cost seems high; thus not an outstanding value. I'd give 4.5 if I could.

We had a problem with the picture on our tv. Chris the technician came out and looked at it and seen that it needed a new screen which he ordered that same day. A week later he came out and replaced the screen. He even adjusted the color for us and literally transformed me onto the beautiful island of Costa Rica via my tv. I never knew that my TV had such brilliant colors! Chris was great… I highly recommend him!

My Samsung TV just under a year old stopped turning on. One Stop is the only authorized Samsung repair company in the Denver area, so I was referred by Samsung to them. While I had to wait a week for a technician to come out, he communicated exactly when he would arrive and was here on time as expected. My past experiences with TV and appliance repair gave me the expectation that a part would have to be ordered, or the technician would have to take the unit with him, and either way I would be without it for a week, or two, or longer. To my surprise, the technician, Chris, was able to diagnose and replace the board, which he already had on hand. It took him less than an hour to repair and my TV was working before he left. He also provided me with some guidance on getting the most out of my TV. Highly recommend for television repair!

Scheduling, communication and promptness were issues I had. The repair tech (Dillon) was nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
I had an issue with my Samsung refrigerator ice maker. Samsung booked an appointment for the repair for me with One Stop Appliance. The repairman was scheduled to arrive between 10am & 1pm. He called at 9:45 to tell me that the arrival window would be between 3pm & 5pm. He also said when you get the arrival window from the office it is only an "estimated window" and can be changed on the day of the appointment. So don't plan on them showing up when they say they will.
I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the new scheduled time. Dillon finally called at 5:10 and arrived at 5:20. He was personable, quick and efficient with the repair and took time to make sure I understood the problem and the fix. I was very happy with Dillon...interactions with the office and scheduling not so much.

So I had to call One Stop Appliance Repair because my tv went out and they are the only Samsung authorized repair company. They promptly got me an appointment for Chris to come out. I read previous reviews so I would know what to expect, I was worried based on a few I had read. The day of the appointment Chris text to confirm and then again later when he was on his was. Once he arrived he was very nice and seemed to know what he was doing. Unfortunately, my screen had gone out so he had to order a new one which took about a week. The day of the next appointment he did the same text to confirm then again when he was on the way. Once again Chris was super nice and knew what he was doing. He even gave a few pointers on how to help keep the tv in its best condition for longer. I was very pleased with the repair and will definitely use them again even if not required. I have come to the conclusion that the negative reviews are probably from people that are unhappy in their own life. Chris was nothing but kind and professional.

Ice maker quit working in upper section of refrigerator. Tech came in and replaced ice maker and circuit board in the back of refrigerator. He did a thorough inspection while replacing ice maker. He found drain from ice maker was also plugged. He also told me the ice machine is a Samsung life time warranty. So there was no charge. He also mentioned that Samsung is striving to have #1 Customer satisfaction. All I can say is thanks Samsung and you have my vote there. Also the technician was excellent in professionalism and knowledge. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

Ryan has worked several times on my Samsung dryer (all needing different repairs). He is very knowledgeable and fast. For one repair, he diagnosed it over the phone which saved a trip to my house. The part was ordered and replaced within one week. I gave a four star review only because I wished they would call the night before or at least by 7am the day of the repair with an approximate arrival time.

Had an excellent experience with One Stop Appliance Repair. The technician, Mike, was excellent. Very professional and respectful of our home. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part and returned within 2 days to repair the oven. The receptionist at One Stop was helpful scheduling the appointment and making sure the arrival window worked for my schedule. Be aware..my experience with the SamSung call center was not good and I was hesitant about the referral they would provide since the call center seemed disorganized. One Stop Alliance Repair however is not the same experience. You just need to get through the call center for the first call which is painful.

I purchased a new construction townhome and discovered my Samsung oven had a gas leak. After contacting Samsung, they sent One Stop Appliance Repair over just before Christmas. They were prompt, showing up as promised and very thorough. The tech quickly identified the problem and ordered the parts with an estimated date of return of January 2. At 8am on January 2 , I received a call that the tech was on his way. He showed up, quickly repaired and tested the oven. Everyone I interacted with was efficient, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

I had to have my Samsung refrigerator repaired because the ice maker was freezing over. I called Samsung and they referred me to this company who happens to be one of the only Samsung repair facilities in the city, so I was told. The office staff was very friendly and informative about how the repair would go. Although, the technician was a little later than he quoted, Rick was very nice and respectful in my home. He fixed the issue with my ice maker and I am back to enjoying my very expensive refrigerator. Despite some of the negative comments, I would like to say that I would have them back to service all of my appliances. They were professional, affordable and knowledgeable. 5 starts for this company!

Called Samsung for repairing a broken glass top on our induction range. They sent the order to One Stop who called and scheduled the appointment with us. The tech, Nick, arrived on time, talked to me about the price beforehand (we knew this was not covered under our warranty), removed, inspected and replaced glass top very efficiently. Price was fair and reasonable. Tested the range before Nick left and everything seems to be working perfectly. Very happy with this company!

One Stop Appliance Repair was recommended by Samsung for our dryer repair. We experienced excellent customer service from the first phone call onward. I cannot recall the person's name with whom I spoke with in the office, but she was VERY courteous and professional.
Our repair was done in a timely manner by Aaron. He was very knowledgable and personable. Aaron called ahead to let me know the approximate time he expected to be here and called once more 30 minutes prior to his arrival.

I have used this company twice to repair both my Samsung washer and dryer. Both times I received call backs right away and got a tech out as soon as possible. The last time we called our dryer wasnt tumbling and the tech already had the part since its a common thing to break on our model and he was in and out quickly. I had had a baby the day before in our home and the laundry room is across from my bedroom where I was lying in with my baby. He was so respectful of that and quiet. Contrary to other reviews, my experience has been nothing but good.

A young technician (Michael) notified us prior to arrival to repair our icemaker in a Samsung refrigerator. We found Michael to be COVID aware, knowledgeable about the Samsung icemaker issues, and very professional. He was careful when he moved the refrig, quickly replaced the ice maker, and made some additional adjustments to ensure our unit would function properly. Also let us know how different water filters might impact how well the ice maker functions. Good communicator, very courteous...a very positive experience for us.

Had warranty issue with one of the doors on our new Samsung refrigerator and contacted the appliance store who sold it. One Stop Appliance Repair contacted me by voicemail that same afternoon requesting that I call back to get an appointment scheduled. Called the next morning, spoke to Ray and an appointment was scheduled with a 3 hour time window. I was told their repairman would call the morning of our appointed with a narrower time frame and also would call approximately 30 minutes before he planned to arrive. Their repair technician, Ryan, called as promised with a more accurate time window of arrival as well as calling shortly before his arrival. Ryan was very pleasant and professional and was very respectful of our home. He even took his shoes off before entering our kitchen. He brought the correct replacement door and was very careful in installing it as well as swapping needed parts from the old door. We are very impressed with how promptly Samsung honored our warranty issue and by the care and personal attention given by One Stop Appliance Repair in installing the replacement parts. We will certainly call them again for any service regarding our Samsung appliances.

Samsung Dryer Repair
I was posting my repair saga on an admittedly older machine for weeks.
I've gone up from 1 Star to 3 Stars with the following notes for those of you looking for repairs.
1. I found the techs courteous and friendly. This is valuable and increasingly rare in my experience. In addition, I have had two other companies--Sears and Big Mike out and wouldn't have them back in my home. 5 Stars
2. I would say that they struggle with scheduling and I won't guess on the why. But, they picked it and got to me in days at least. With Sears, they canceled day of and put me on the schedule 16 days later. I would strongly suggest you call the day before your appointment, maybe 2, to confirm. You might say you shouldn't have to--true. But, taking half days off to be stood up is just too costly for me. However, it didn't go well twice. 1 Star.
3. They were reasonable. And I mean that in terms of price and rectifying the issues that developed. They could have disappeared, been hostile, or stonewalled me. They never once acted that way. And for what it is worth, neither did I. 5 Stars.
So, they've boosted their rating to 4 stars and I'd have them back.

My 5 year old Samsung refrigerator developed a leak which warped the hardwood floor beneath it. I called Samsung to get advice on how to fix the problem and they sent Dustin from One Stop Appliance Repair out to repair it. He showed up after calling twice that day-once to let me know what number appointment I was and gave an estimated time-and the second time to say he was on the way and about 15 minutes out. He showed up, looked at the problem, said he thought the drain was frozen shut, took it all apart, and showed me the frozen drain line. After thawing it out, he put a drain line kit in, and said my problems were over. He also fixed my leaking filter and cleaned everything up before leaving. All for no charge! I wouldn't hesitate to call this shop again even if I was the one paying the bill. Thanks One Stop and Dustin.

We were referred to One Stop by the Samsung help line after our Samsung TV quit. It was no longer under warranty. We contacted One Stop and Debra provided the best customer service ever. We told her the TV had no power to it. She immediately diagnosed a faulty power board as the cause. She gave us repair quote but then she did the unexpected: she told us how to get a power board directly from Samsung cheaper and install it ourselves. She said it would be simple and it was. She saved us a lot of money and our TV works just like new. I highly recommend One Stop as the first stop for repairs. And thank you Debra!

Samsung gave a one time extended 100% parts and labor warranty to repair my dishwasher. Samsung contracted with One Stop Appliance Repair to do the replacement of the low water level float switch, tub gasket and the door gasket.
Deborah Garrett office clerk at One Stop was the first person I spoke with who scheduled the repairs. Dustin Lascala on 12/8/17 was the first technician who came out and ordered the parts, followed by Stephen Higgins on 12/18/17. He did the installation of the parts.
I was 100% satisfied with all the people listed above. They did a fantastic job of taking care of appointment scheduling and home visits to complete the repair.

I have had these people out three times to work on an icemaker problem with a Samsung which is noted for having a seriously flawed ice maker. They have diagnosed the problem and repaired each issue. Kindra at the office has been quite responsive and the people they send out are just wonderful. They are skilled and the type person you enjoy letting into your home. The fatally flawed ice maker is Samsung's well known design flaw but One Stop's people are giving it life. Can't ask for more Samsung should let them design a replacement. Good company

Very frustrating trying to schedule around the times I needed, one time the tech was supposed to be here between 12/2 no call no show I had to be calling the office a number if times and still got no answer ad ti the times he'd show. He finally called an hour later than expected. The last tech we had (Rick) was amazing! I called One Stop Appliance and they had it fixed in about a week and a half. They're appointments were booked out for a week but once they came it was fixed in 2 days! Thank goodness!!! I was having a problem with my dryer earlier today and called one stop. A guy named Aaron came to fix my dryer and he helped so much! He was so kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing! If I ever have any more problems, I will definitely be calling one stop!

We have been trying to get our new 70" Samsung 4K TV fixed for nearly 3 months through this sponsored service under warranty. They have cancelled our services 4 consecutive times the day prior or the day of the agreed service date. This store is nearly impossible to speak to somebody and they do not answer voicemails. I spoke with Angela today who promised that "Chris" the technician would be here on Saturday for our 4th try at getting the new TV fixed. I would beg to find another service in our area but this company is the only one that Samsung warranty for the television uses here. I hope things get fixed soon!!!!!
Update: Chris the technician saved the day. After speaking with him it is unclear what the root of the issues are with this business. Possibly having multiple parties involved with initiating repair service tickets to random cancellations on Samsung's behalf or poor communication between parties. Chris however is a great smart man with efficient work.

Our experience with One Stop was positive. The service was excellent. The gentleman who worked on our refrigerator are knowledgeable of the product, including the warranty. They were respectful to us and of our property. Our issue was not resolved the way we would have liked but that is the fault of Samsung .
