I wish I could give 10 stars. Hazem, the owner, is a true professional and knows his craft. I invested in a Miele vacuum for my new house and naturally was nervous to take the price plunge on a quality vacuum. Not only am I wildly happy I did, but the experience truly made the decision an easy one. In a world of online purchases and buying a new model when your current one breaks instead of fixing it (guilty) these guys truly embody the true spirit of why Brick and Mortar IS NOT DEAD. No pushiness, informative helpful, patient, insight and guidance through the consultation process and he even helped me to my car. Has since been helpful with follow up questions and support. They've earned my business and my trust. Thank you!

Very nice people, big selection of vacuums, all of which are quite pricey. I had expected a vacuum I bought there to be much better and much more durable than it actually was. In my opinion, there's no point in spending the extra money for something that doesn't last any longer than a cheaper vacuum, or on one that doesn't provide any appreciable performance benefits.

I have a nearly 10 year old Miele vacuum that they have taken great care of for the last few years. Most recently, I brought the vacuum in for a clog earlier this year and last week noticed the suction didn’t seem to be working. I brought the vacuum back in and they carefully inspected it, cleared another clog, and were so kind to charge a reduced price since I had just been in fairly recently! Each time I have brought my vacuum in for service they have provided a free loaner to get me through the service period. Everyone has been so kind and helpful and I so appreciated this most recent experience.

Efficient repair and great communication. Our puppy chewed through the cord on a fairly new Shark vacuum. They cut our the chewed cord, re-installed what remained, and had the vacuum ready for pickup within 2 weeks.

My wife and I bought a Sebo vacuum from this business six months ago and couldn't be more happier with the results. This thing is our best weapon for cleaning our medium-size apartment and even helps with allergens and dust in the air. If you have never owned a high-quality vacuum, I highly suggest you give a look at some of the products at this location as they will not lead you astray and will help you keep your house smelling fresh and free of dog hair forever!

Edit: I did receive a call back regarding repairs that needed to be done on my vacuum. I approved the repairs to be done and was quoted 2 weeks for parts to come in and then possibly another 2 weeks for repair and I am happy to report it was done in 3 days. Upon arrival to pick up my items the manager was there to assist me. He worked through my issues with me and assured me their communication system is in the works of being upgraded. I received a credit to my account to use in the future and give them another chance which I will do. They also didn’t charge me for parts needed to repair my mixer to make up for the missed communication and rude customer service on the phone. I dropped my vacuum and mixer here 16 days ago. Upon drop off I paid for both repairs and was quoted 7-10 days for them to look at my products and see if anything could be repaired. On day 10 I called to check status as I had not heard anything from them. I was told they were now running 7-14 days. No communication on extended repair time. On day 15 I called again to get a status and Sandy who answers their phones was busy on another call and took my name and number and said someone would call me back. No return call so on day 16 I called again and spoke with Sandy. She then proceeded to tell me that I call too much. I needed to wait until I got the call that the technician had looked at my equipment and had an idea if they could be repaired. I instructed her I wanted a call back because if they haven’t even started the process after 16 days there’s no way I’m going to let them continue as this time frame is excessive. I was told by Sandy she would “try” to get a call back to me today. The communication and customer service is terrible.

I took my Hoover Carpet Cleaner in to be cleaned at More than Vaccums Denver location last week. I was quoted $ 80 to clean it. I was required to pay the amount when I left my Carpet Cleaner with them. I was uneasy, as I had to pay up front. I called them and discussed it. My Cleaner was cleaned and ready to pick up the next day. Thank you!

I came in to this store to get some advice about purchasing a vacuum. From the outside it didn't look like much but inside the store was nice. They were very helpful with my Miele vacuum attachment a week ago I left very pleased. This weekend I went to have a cord on a hairdryer dryer repaired. They wanted $55 up front, said they weren't sure they could repair the cord but the $55 would not be refunded if they weren't able to do the repair. I took a pass...left not so happy this weekend.

UPDATE: After posting my review, a manager reached out and offered to give me a larger trade-in value for my vacuum and asked what could be done to make the situation right and apologized for the poor communication on their end. My family owns two small businesses so I know mistakes happen, but when it is handled professionally and with customer service in mind, it makes all the difference. If you want to be lied to about how long the service will take, go here. With a young child (very messy) who was with me when I took in our vacuum, I was told it would be 3-15 days, but it’s only ever 15 days if you need parts. You’ll be much closer to the 3. When I called on day 8 and spoke to someone else, I was told “um it’s never 3 days and your still within the two week window.” So unless you could divine this going in, you’ll be lied to. Also, they offer loaner vacuums, but apparently that only happens 8 days later when you call for an update that they can’t actually give you.

This company really came through for me. I had a cheap model for a steam cleaner, and when it couldn't really be salvaged they replaced it with something much better for an amazing price. Was looking to get some hands on experience with a true expert. At the big box the vacuums are not usable often or even accessible and I wanted to buy something I couldn’t touch and feel. I have a Hoover spirit that finally stopped getting the job done but I wanted something for my smaller space and needs.
