Great guys. Seems to be under new management and way more organized and clean than ever before. Bought a coffee grinder today and the price was a bargain! Definitely a must stop for all your restaurant needs! We will be back and we will tell all our restaurant friends. Nice job turning this place around.

Oscar is very quick and professional. We purchased a commercial ice maker and were able to get it on a next day delivery to Colorado Springs. We trust what he says and will continue to work with him as long as we are treated fairly. Time to test the ice maker out!

Edit: I want to Edit this review, After posting this Oscar from DRE reached out to my mom and I and he asked how he could fix it, he explained this is his father's business and he had been out of the country for some time and came back to heart break. He has replaced our not working equipment and he even gave a refund for some of it. I hope this is the way this company continues to run so that we return. I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because I am always one to say Actions speak louder then words and I am hopeful their actions keep showing. Good luck to this company and to Oscar. We purchased all of our equipment from this company when we opened our bakery 7 months ago and I can tell you NONE of it works properly! We have called when things are broken and tried speaking to people and gotten the run around for months! Then they come and tell it it is all fixed and a month later it is broken again. Our ovens don't temp properly, our proofer if breaking and our fridge leaks non stop. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT work with this company! I wish someone had warned us! They DO NOT stand by their product and DO NOT take custom service as a priority. I wish I could give them Zero stars! RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!

The movers for this company were amazing. I ordered a True refrigerator from them with delivery. They moved 3 extra refrigerators at my store just to fit the new one in. I recently moved to Southern Colorado and they shipped some cake pans I was hoping they still had! They were fast to respond to my inquiry, sent a picture and shipped them as fast as possible, too! A year ago I was going to trade some equipment with them and I gave them my piece of equipment, but I had never picked up what they were giving me. We own a restaurant in Evergreen, and have consistently made the trip down the hill to get all sorts of supplies, from smallwares to large equipment, because we can always find what we need for a reasonable price and the customer service is phenomenal, from picking through the entire store to find just what we need, to breaking equipment down so that we can fit it into our Jeep. I went in and met Gilpin while shopping to open my cheese shop. He was able to find a used 6' deli cooler that cleaned up nicely and looks great in the shop. I also bought a t-49 a few tables, wash sink and slicer. All of these items were at a far price and delivery was timely and excellent. If you are opening a restaurant or shop, need to replace or add on and want quality used/new equipment at a great price, stop in an meet Gilpin and the others on the team. He also introduced me to a great handy man who fixed a compressor on a piece that I bought from another person.
