Sasha did an excellent job explaining the issues I was experiencing and trying to be as prompt as possible. After 3 1/2 weeks of a series of unfortunate events, my freezer/refrigerator just couldn't get repaired. Sasha insured I would get a refund for what I was charged. I think any improvements that could be done on Denver Appliance Pros is just letting customers know in advance about changing appointment windows. Waiting whole days made it really difficult to other things accomplished outside of the home and figure out when I could safely get refrigerated groceries again. They do their best and have obstacles outside of their control sometimes to get the job done, but they will work hard to get to a resolution.

Called yesterday to make an appt for a dishwasher that wasn't draining and was able to get an appt for this morning. Dimitri called 30 min before he arrived as promised and he was on time. He found and fixed the issue quickly. Then he even gave me some helpful tips to keep my dishwasher working optimally in the future. Will definitely call them for future appliance issues.

I called on Sunday with a broken refrigerator, the very polite operator made me an appointment for the very next day which was so awesome because it's so very hard to live without a refrigerator. Sasha came, and on time with Kaz, they both were so very nice and, I felt knowledgeable. The diagnosis was bad, as I needed a compressor, even so it's cheaper than buying a new replacement. Sasha explained, very well my options and I was sooooo very happy to hear they had the part at the warehouse. They came back with the parts in hand and got me up and running that very day. I cant tell you how very much I appreciated that. I truly believe that they went the extra mile with me, and gave me a senior discount as well. I highly recommend these guys and will have them back when needed!

My 4 year old dishwasher would not turn on. Checked the breaker box and made sure it was unplugged. Simple wire issue with unit and was fixed very quickly. Edward was very friendly and repaired the unit very quickly. Cost me a total of $119 and now I can wash dishes again.

After another company didn't show for a scheduled appointment, I was getting a bit discouraged. I called Denver Appliance Pros Appliance Experts and they added me to the end of their schedule on the same day. Sergei, the technician, arrived at 5.30 PM. My KitchenAid dishwasher died yesterday evening after a big family dinner. It had power and lights, but didn’t begin the washing cycle. I had to wash all those dishes by hand for more than half an hour. I called Denver Appliance Repair Service the first thing in the morning. My call was immediately answered and we set up an appointment between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Technician gave me a call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He came at 11 a.m. and found the problem with motor's starter relay. Luckily, he had all parts needed to repair unit in his track and my kitchen hero was fixed within an hour. Highly recommend!

Our Bosch dishwasher was making loud noises and was no longer quiet. The scheduler was prompt and easy to work with. Kevin came out as scheduled and diagnosed the problem. He had to order a part and came back a few days later to install it. The whole operation was friendly and efficient. Kevin did a great job and the dishwasher is working the way it used to. Ethical and talented serviceman High value front load washer and dryer bought used, joke was on me when a ball was found in the drain blocking it after a few washes. Manual labor was hefty, done without a gripe and constantly kept me educated on the service. Top Notch at manual labor, charge for labor, and know-how along with tenacity to go after the hard fix vs the easy replacement and then chase an issue after... did the hard work first 💙 saved me money and time washer was down.

First time I used them they were prompt and pricing was reasonable, second time around they were very slow to respond and much more expensive, mind you, different repairs but their lack of communication wasn’t encouraging. UPDATED 9/25/21- it’s been over a month since my refrigerator was supposed to be repaired, I’ve received zero updates after multiple calls (including multiple calls from me to a “manager.” The manager said to just wait for their call) When they do answer my calls, I either get told they’re waiting on parts or that the parts are in and they’ll check in with a tech and call me in ten mins. I literally get told something different every time. If the person who is replying to these reviews is serious, I wish they’d give me a call. This is beyond frustrating. FINAL UPDATE on 9/28- Sasha (tech) came out and repaired my appliance after lots of back and forth and disappointments he apologized on behalf of the company and repaired what he needed to quickly and efficiently and gave me a discount for all the inconvenience. I appreciated him not making excuses for everyone and just trying to make things right.
