Our refrigerator died over two weeks ago. We needed something soon. With supply chain issues, there was virtually nothing available for our unusually small space--We needed a counter depth, 30" wide refrigerator and they are very hard to find. We looked all over town, and even for units that were not great quality but would get us by, Home Depot and Appliance Factory could not deliver what they had in stock for another week. We saw the advertisement for Corn's and decided to take a look. We bought a beautiful Subzero refrigerator/freezer at a reasonable price, and it was delivered the next day! On time, and the delivery guys were very professional and treated our home with the utmost care and respect. We are so very pleased! We will definitely be shopping at Corn's first the next time we need an appliance.

This place is amazing. I purchased a used washer & dryer set from them 7 years ago and have never had an issue, once. Exceptional customer service!!! Brad has built his business on honesty and integrity. I had an issue with a washing machine I purchased from him and he went above and beyond my expectations fixing the problem.I am extremely impressed with how he treats his customers and stands behind his merchandise. Amazing customer service and great ownership! This was our second purchase from Corn’s in the last couple months. This time was a washer and it was a new scratch/dent that hadn’t been run before so once we tried to run it (about 30 mins after it was installed) we found it had electrical issues on the touch pad. We called in right away and within an hour they delivered and installed a new and even nicer washer. Couldn’t have had a better experience with the owner and all of the employees at Corn’s. We will gladly keep coming here for all of our future appliance needs!

Bought a really nice Viking from Corn, brought it across the state and installed it. Problems (a little anger, I will admit). Called Corn; they CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue over the phone; $5 in hardware store parts and the stove works perfectly. Then they did a follow up call to see if all was well. We are very pleased that Corn turned our anger into satisfaction via a patient discussion of the issue, with an easy solution. Sooo.. we are happy with the item and Corn's helpfulness.

The week before Thanksgiving (of course) our oven and dishwasher decided they were done. Fortunately Home Depot had a pre Black Friday sale; unfortunately when we called they said if we ordered them they would come in second week of December. We knew Corn’s Appliance carried a large variety of models so we called them on Saturday. Brad showed us around, answered all our questions, gave us pros and cons of some models, and after discussing his pricing, decided the time was right to replace all kitchen appliances (since fridge and microwave were on their last leg). Brad informed us they could deliver all chosen appliances Tuesday. Their techs did a great job installing them ( even though their box truck lift happened to die and they had to make extra trips with a standard truck with lift for all their commitments). We highly recommend calling them and stopping by their showroom (behind McDonald’s, not where gps directs you). While one of the ítems selected was a scratch and dent model, the entire package turned out to look great in our kitchen and hardly noticeable. Five stars is an easy call with Corn’s Appliance!

Couldn't be happier with our flawless purchase of a new refrigerator from Corn. When the big box appliance centers failed to offer a reasonable delivery timeframe, I contacted Corn and purchased a refrigerator over the phone without ever having stepped onto their showroom. (I had remembered them from an internet search the year prior and their family-owned and long history in the business.) Brad was most helpful - taking measurements, researching models and best of all promising next day delivery. Then, he offered to match the big box price! Delivery went just as smoothly. The refrigerator was delivered within the promised timeframe by Devin and Josh who installed it perfectly and professionally. Perhaps Corn provided this kind of service for me because of the urgency (it was for my 97 year old mom and her 86 year old friend whose refrigerator was not working at all) but I bet they strive to do so for each of their customers. Thank you Corn for an amazing job!

My fridge recently went on the fritz and I had to urgently decide whether to repair it or buy a new one. I decided I would try to find a way to buy a new fridge and have it delivered the same day, & as it is almost always a week or more until a delivery of a major appliance can be made by any new appliance retailer, I decided to search for another option using craigslist and angie's list, and yelp. I called Corn's Appliance at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning (an hour before opening time). Brad, the owner, answered the phone and was immediately pleasant to talk to and was obviously sincere and a straight talking, honest person. I explained my situation and inquired about a fridge I had been looking at in one of his craigslist ads - A Dacor unit. He said that he had just sold that one, and apologized that the ad had not yet been removed. As we discussed what I was looking for, & how much I could afford to pay, he brought my attention to another ad he had posted which I had ignored, due to the price tag. It was a beautiful 2018 model Jenn-Air French Door unit (stainless steel front), listed at $2,000. I had told Brad that I was really hoping to buy a fridge that day, and to have it delivered that day if at all possible. He said that he would sell me the Jenn-Air for hundreds of dollars off if I liked it and wanted to buy it today. I told him that was extraordinarily nice of him and that I would be there at 9:00 a.m. When I met Brad at the store, I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and personality. He is a straightforward, nice, pleasant man who is very easy to talk to and is actually one of the coolest sales people I've ever dealt with. No kidding - it's like just talking to a friend - no BS or nonsense, just real communication. They way he does business is straight up, professional and honest. Also, Brandon, the person who greeted me when I arrived was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and genuine. Brad spent as much time with me as I needed, and answered all of my questions about the Jenn-Air and also 2 other units I was looking at in the store; and about many other topics including technical questions about specifications, installation, delivery, operating the fridge and so on. Not once did I feel I was being treated in any way other than as a valued customer and even a friend. Just excellent. I went forward with the purchase and he was even able to get me into the first delivery slot for the day, as there had been one that was rescheduled. I drove home and less than an hour later, the delivery and installation guys (Serge and Tony) were at my door. They did a great job of installing the new fridge, which included having to disassemble part of it in order to get it through my front door and re-assemble it in my kitchen. They were also very cool and pleasant to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing and definitely left me feeling confident and relaxed. They also hauled away my old fridge and were just all around great. My overall experience with Corn's and with Brad and his staff has genuinely been an A-Plus experience. Not once did I feel any high pressure or anything dishonest or deceptive. Just superb customer service and an actual commitment to make the customer happy. The generous deal I received here, combined with the excellent treatment will keep me coming back to Corn's Appliance. For the money I spent I have the Cadillac of refrigerators and if I had bought something brand new from Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowe's or elsewhere, I wouldn't have half the fridge I do now. I am thrilled! Thank you Brad and staff!

Our refrigerator seemed to die out of nowhere and less than 24 hours later, we had a brand new refrigerator delivered and the old one removed. What seemingly could have been super stressful, ended up a fast and smooth transaction. I am so grateful for Brad's care in chosing a refrigerator and getting this expedited for us! Also, a big shout out to Masavik and Serge for the wonderful job with the "Great Refrigerator Switch Out"! We live in a loft from the 1880s and they carefully moved it up our steep flight of stairs and through uneven old floors without a scratch on anything! We’ve made a couple of purchases from Corn’s now and I have to say... if you’re looking for appliances for your home whether it’s a renovation, a house flip, or like in our case, a new home purchase... Corn’s really needs to be your first stop. For example, we just purchased a standup washer/dryer which was brand new/never used. This washer dryer would have easily cost $1500 + at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We worked with Brad and he made us a deal we couldn’t refuse and let’s just say that we’re more than thrilled with our purchase. We’ve also purchased a refrigerator from Brad that was a fraction of the retail price that we would have paid anywhere else. Between the refrigerator, 2x washer/dryers, a double oven and the mini-fridge that we’ve purchased from Corn’s ... everything has operated beyond expectations and the Corn’s team is always extremely helpful and provide excellent service along the way. We will continue to spread the good word on this place because there are not many businesses that you can find these days that take care of customers like the Corn’s team.

First I have to say that this is not my first time using Corn's. However, the second time I visited was due to issues with my stove. I looked all over town for a part about a year ago and was directed to Corn's. They were able to get me the part within a day, so I decided to use them again. They search diligently for a replacement part and found that they were no longer being made. I was partially upset and relieved when I learned the part was almost the amount of a new/used stove. I guess it was right place, right time because Brad was helping me and showed me a similar model stove in my price range and had it delivered in no time. These guys are awesome. Not only are they family owned, they have a great selection, great prices and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. We purchased a washer/dryer set and after the washer died out on us (over two months outside of the warranty) they delivered us a new one, free of charge the day after going in to talk about our issue. After being scammed from a Craigslist user for nearly $300 for a broken washer and dryer, I contacted Corn's Appliances . It was a Saturday evening and although the store was closed, Brad answered the phone. He told me about a set he had available and being that it was in my price range, I bought them. Weary from being scammed once already, he reassured me that the machines would be fully functioning and were also backed by a 90 day warranty. After about two months I noticed the dryer was making a loud screeching sound, so I contacted the store and spoke to Brad. He sent the repair guy out to look at it and determined that it needed to be serviced in the warehouse where there was more room for them to work on it. Then the washer started moving 90+ degrees during the spin cycle and I contacted Brad about that and told him I really wasn't happy with the set. He listened to my concerns and offered to get me a different set at no extra charge and I accepted his offer. The set that arrived was far newer and nicer than the original set and I was elated! Brad wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and was more than willing to do what it took to make me happy. Needless to say, I am very happy and will recommend Corn's Appliance to my friends, family and anyone in need of a reasonably priced appliance. Thank you Brad! :)

We had the best experience at Corn's Appliance. Purchased a dishwasher from them and it went under the radar for the inspection and didn't work when we installed it but Corn's swapped it out. This 2nd dishwasher stopped working just under two years later and we were second guessing our decision to buy used. When we called Corn's they agreed to split the trip charge with us to get the dishwasher diagnosed and serviced since we were out of warranty but the dishwasher was purchased relatively recently. When we learned the dishwasher was going to cost almost as much to fix as what we bought it for we were REALLY 2nd guessing our decision to buy used. BUT Brad the owner took care of us and swapped out our used dishwasher for a brand new one. Corn's totally put our mind at ease. We will be recommending them to everyone we know and will definitely be using them again!

Bought a washer and dryer from these guys.. Great service and free delivery. After installing the units, my dryer wasn't heating.. They had a tech out there the next day and after trouble shooting the issue, we found that it was indeed the wiring on my new house that was the issue and not the dryer. I offered to pay them for their trouble and they refused. I will be using these guys for all my appliance needs from here on out. Unfortunately I am a little disappointed with the services. First when I purchased my refrigerator back in November of 2018 I did ask Brad to put me on a wish list as I was interested in purchasing other appliances. Not only were we told that we were going to receive a text message the following Monday, but we were going to get a text message with attached pictures of the items on hand. We never got a text. I called a week later asking what happened and we were told that Brad was sick and that he would call us back. Another week passed by and then another. I called the store a couple of more times and I was told the same thing that Brad would call us back and never got that phone call. Five months passed by and now we're experiencing freezer problems. I called at 4:15 on a Friday and Brad answered. I explained that the Freezer is not working and all our food is thawing. He told me that he would call me back in a few minutes that he had to call his technician but did let me know that it was later in the day and that it was difficult to get anyone available to come to my house to take a look at the fridge. It is now 5:26 and no phone call and no one is answering their phone. I guess we're going to have to put all our food in a cooler and wait till Monday for someone to maybe call. I would feel better about this place if there was follow up. Brad if you see this.... If you tell people that you're going to call them, CALL THEM! Don't forget about them! I received a f/u call from Brad this morning which is the following day from when I called him. He did let me know that his technician Chris will be stopping by this afternoon to take a look at our fridge. I really do appreciate the call back and I'm hoping that the fridge will be fixed. I will give another star if this happens today.

My dryer element burnt out and I had a small load of towels to dry. The laundromat was clean but the overwhelming smell of dry cleaning fluid affected my lungs and made me sick. I'm very glad I only had to stay 16 minutes in that odor. Without that odor the experience would have been o.k.

Bought an ice maker over the net from Brad. I must say that I was a bit apprehensive as I was expecting to find a true scratch and dented up appliance. My fears were unjustified as Brad not only sent me a unit with not a mark on it, but it works just as it should.
