Great service over all. The communication with the company was consistent in terms of setting up the appoint and then letting me know the day before and the day of when the repair person was going to arrive. When the repairman arrived, he was friendly and made a thorough assessment. He then took the time to show me what was wrong with the washer and make suggestions as to how maintain it. I will definitely use the service again.

This was our first time using Best Service Company Appliance Repair. We had a wine cooler that needed to be serviced through a manufacturer warranty. They were very responsive, courteous, and timely with scheduling. The technician showed up during the specified time window and was able to successfully repair the wine cooler. The KitchenAid microwave in our microwave/oven combo unit quit working and fortunately, we have an extended warranty. We contacted KitchenAid and they put us in touch with Best Service. Best Service scheduled a technician to come to our house with in a week to do the repair. The technician, Jason, was on-time, skilled and had all the necessary parts and tools. The combo unit is very heavy but Jason had the special lift device that made removing the unit from the cabinet mounting easy (for him). Jason had the unit repaired in under an hour and was on his way to his next assignment. Very happy with the response and repair! 5 Stars for Jason and Best Service!!! Also, very happy that we had the extended warranty.

Good to work with. They get you scheduled and take time to make sure that the repairs are right. I had to bring a washer to them from over 100 miles away because they were the closest certified whirlpool repair. They worked with me to get it in and even worked on the repair so it was fixed in a day and I didn't make another trip

I was in Denver watching my daughter's dog while she was in her honeymoon. Of course the refrigerator stopped working. A neighbor gave me Brads name and cell phone. I called him on a Wednesday afternoon. He understood the situation and asked me to call the office and ask for him. I did so and was scheduled for the first call on Friday morning. Brad was there right on time and repaired the fridge and explained every step. I had an awesome first experience! My fridge was leaking and my dishwasher door had difficulty remaining locked during the wash cycle. I had tried previously tried a nationally known company with terrible results. Waited for repairman who never showed. They tried to rebook me another week out. I took my chance with Best Appliance and am so glad I did! Their service call fee was less than Sears and the same repair man could work on both appliances!
The salesman was very knowledgeable, described the issue clearly, and was efficient with his work.
If I have any future issues with appliances, I will definitely call them again.

This is the third or fourth time we’ve had Best Appliances come and repair our refrigerator. Every single time they do an incredible job. We've had to have both our refrigerator and dishwasher (from a 4-years ago kitchen remodel) repaired recently.
Due to supply chain and inventory management issues on the part of Whirlpool it took about a year to receive an undamaged refrigerator door. Throughout the lengthy process BSC communicated with us and scheduled our final repair in a timely manner.
The dishwasher issue turned out not to be the obvious problem; the tech persisted to perform a thorough evaluation of our problem and to determine the correct root cause rather than perform the obvious, but unnecessary repair.
Based on these two recent repair experiences I wholehearted recommend BSC for their communication, thoroughness, and professionalism throughout.

I realized it needed more than that and scheduled a tech to come out. These guys were GREAT from start to finish. The gas oven is having problems to I started looking for a good company to invite into my home and fix it. They were friendly and professional when I called and got me scheduled. Kevin came out to have a look. Down to earth, professional, and walked us through everything he was checking as he did it. I don't like having strangers in the house, but Kevin fit in. Turns out it was the circuit board and he placed an order for a new board. After talking it through with my wife we decided that we'd prefer to cancel the new board and simply buy a new oven. Called again and spoke to Monte. After asking a few good questions he agreed that a new model was what he would probably do and provided not only what we should look for in a new model, but where to go and why. No trying to change our minds or up sell anything.

This company is amazing! Monty and all the technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I've been using them for over 10 years now. I never had any issues with the repairs or scheduling. I've read the negative reviews and most people are unfortunately impatient and don't realize that some parts can be on backorder. My dishwasher is 16 years old and a month ago it stopped working. We called and found out that Monty was promoted to a manager, which I'm not surprised. He spoke with me and let me know that the technician coming out is also knowledgeable and experienced with repairs. We had to schedule 4 weeks out due to myself and my family was in town. I was thinking about the techs and my families safety. We loved washing the dishes until they fixed it. My dishwasher will now at least give me 5 to 10 years hopefully. He even looked at my stove at the sametime. Ignitor was bad. They ordered the part and it came in a few days ago. They are scheduled to come out next Tuesday. I hope people give them a chance and have an amazing experience with them like I did. I highly recommend them, especially since I own high-end appliances.

Our technician did a full checkout of our Thermador column and didn't identify any irregularities. I played a recording of the noises being made when the refrigerator was running. Technician thought the noise was possibly from the kick plate of the grill vibrating against the refrigerator frame or grill itself. I provided some double sided spongy tape and he placed it on the frame to provide a cushion between the grill and frame to prevent further vibration. The noise did reoccur again after technician left but seemed more subdued.

Competitor:
This is a stark contrast to a competitor I used prior to calling them. The competitor didn't confirm appointment, set a 4 hour window which wasn't even to repair the problem, just diagnose. I had the competitor to my house five times and was left with a non-working fridge. I lost five days of work as a result.
On top of it all, Best Service Company was very affordable.
Don't use the competitor. Use these guys! This is the way to go.

Monte did an excellent job. He gave us an inspection visit and stated that one dishwasher was economically worth repairing, and the other one would be less expensive just to replace it. We appreciated his expertise, skill, and honesty. He returned the next week with the repair part and quickly fixed the dishwasher that need it. He showed us how the soap we were using had been detrimental and give advice on a much better product to use. We have used this company in the past, and they have always been excellent.

I am only leaving 3 stars as I am concerned with the price I paid. I paid almost $670.00 to have the power board replaced in my Frigidaire refrigerator. It was $99.00 for the service call itself and the tech took about 15 minutes to replace it after waiting two weeks apparently for the part to arrive. The tech told me it was due to the holidays, but it appears this is a normal occurrence with these guys. The invoice they gave me simply said , "user interface and board main power" with the aforementioned total.
I am not sure how those two things equal the total since I also had to pay a service fee and for labor. It seems shady to me that the invoice was so vague and did not list the cost of the parts and labor. I advise shopping around. They did fix the problem however, but I feel as though I may have been ripped off.

I received a reply from the owner of the company with a detailed invoice which I greatly appreciate. He also gave us a 10% discount which was a kind gesture. I have reflected that in my review. Thank you.

A year ago, I had a very positive experience. The more recent experience was mixed, in that service technician had an attitude. The company owner responded to my email, and adjusted the charges in a fair way to compensate for what happened. The repair that was the focus of the service visit was completed and never in doubt. I feel better now about recommending the company. Just make sure the expected charges and parts costs are explained at the time you make the service appointment.

Honest, reliable, and affordable.
My built in side by side fridge started overheating and after some internet help and homeowner level maintenance I got the fridge working again.
The cycle of overheating and getting the fridge to work again continued for a week before I realized I was in over my head.
I called Best Service after I had got it working for the third or fourth time and they recommended rescheduling my service appointment for when the fridge fails again so that the technician could better diagnose the problem. I really appreciated that honesty and savings of a $99 for a service fee.
When I rescheduled and the technician came out Adam he was on time and got right to work. The repair was FAR LESS than what I had anticipated. Adam even showed me some tips on routine maintenance for the fridge and my dishwasher.

Very pleased with the responsiveness and level of service provided. I called about our dryer which would no longer stay on and was able to get an appointment to have someone come to the house to inspect it the next day.
Sadly, the dryer was beyond repair as the part needed is no longer made. The technician was very honest and candid and said that even if he could order the part, the cost was more than it was worth and recommended we check out Becker Appliance to get a refurbished dryer of a similar model.

I have used Best Service Company for 14 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. They do a wonderful job repairing all my different appliances and do it at a fair price.
I appreciate that they email you the night before to give you a 2 hour window. The email also includes not only the name of the technician that will be coming but also a photo of that technician. This give me a great sense of safety because it allows me to identify the person before opening my door.
Their system calls when the technician is leaving their previous job and is on their way to me. This allows me to run errands close by and not be tied to the house during that 2 hour window.

Best Service promptly answers your calls, provides as much info as they can without seeing the issues, schedules someone to come out quickly, and their prices are reasonable. I had a microwave that failed which they fixed as well as a dishwasher that wasn't working correctly. Had to pay the trip charge for both items when Rob arrived (good communication skills and experience with Rob). Turned out the dishwasher problem was that it took too long for the hot water to arrive at the dishwasher which was causing cleaning issues with the dishes and silverware. Once we let the hot water flow at the kitchen sink and then turned on the dishwasher there were no more issues. Rob went ahead and replaced the top basket sliders since Whirlpool had known issues with them breaking off and it didn't cost me anything.

I wanted to hear that my side-by-side needed a new compressor.
Justin M. l advise me to get a new unit. I asked "why?" And he stated that since I had replaced the compressor years ago and that this was a unit that was 17 years old (it was manufactured in 2001) it would be best to get a new unit. "Why?" I asked, still wanting to keep my unit.... Justin M. stated that I could spend $1,200 to install a new compressor and that it may not work, and of course, there could be other internal issues, as well. I knew he was right....I was having a difficult time letting go of my favorite side-by-side, after all, I had had it since 2003 and I was deeply attached.
This technician could have sold me the cost to install a new compressor, but he chose to be honorable (a man of integrity) to the company, himself, and to me, the consumer. A rare, unique, and appreciated quality.

My Kitchen Aid Retractable (pop up) Downdraft Vent was stuck DOWN in place and would not rise up or turn on. Techs are available by phone 7:30- 9:00 and I called Michael who walked me through the possible issues. The fix was simple - the vent filters were not seated properly and he told me to run a spatula along the front edge and force the filters back while hitting the on off switch. Like magic the vent unit started up into its upright position and one of the filters was just slightly out of place which was the issue. No service call needed and Michael pin pointed the problem right away. Could have cost me over $100 for just a visit - and this saved all that cost. Call first.

This was a relief, if I had tried to do this myself I would have a broken fridge. I would recommend this company now because they stood by their work and treated me right.
This company is a rip off, $99 service fee, and $100 for labor that was a fifteen minute job replace a LED bulb. $275 total including a $75 LED. Dont use thus company, YouTube your repair and look around online there are plenty of companies that won't charge to come look at your appliance, don't get sucked in.

The name says it all! You know its a good company when the tech calls you before the service job and asks you questions to make sure you aren't wasting your time and money on something that can't be fixed.
Our refigerator stopped cooling and I was frantically trying to get someone over to help me. When I made my appointment they were so helpful and did everything they could to get me scheduled quickly. I gave them the description of what was haapening and they ask if there was ice forming in the bottom of my freezer, I said yes and then we got off the phone. Not even 10 min later a their service tech called me and asked me a few more questions about it, like is the ice and frost going up the back of the freezer as well. I replied yes and could see frost going into an opening with wires in the back of my freezer and he said that more than likely this was the automatic defrost control box and is not replaceable because they do not make the part any longer. So there was no point in wasting my time or charging me that $139 dollars to come out and tell me the same thing.
In this day in age it is sad to say, but I didn't expect that level of honesty and thoughtfulness from a company. But boy was I pleasantly surprised and thankful. I still have to find a new fridge and make sure my food doesn't go bad, but they saved me days and money! And gave me a new faith in humanity ;) !! When I do need service agan you better beleive these are my people!

The company will work with your warranty company if your appliance is still under warranty. They call when they are on the way to your home. The technician was friendly and able to explain the problem. Parts are then ordered. The technician returns as soon as the parts come in. It takes at least a week or two to get the appliance fixed. We recently moved to a new complex and within a month our microwave did the whole pop pop zap zap and smoke came from it. After putting in the request through the complex, we learned the heating component has fried. Adam came out, replaced a part and to regretfully inform me it didnt fix the problem.
