I had a great experience at Columbus Bargain House Appliance and Parts!!! I came in for some dryer parts and they knew exactly what I needed and had them at a very reasonable cost!!! They also have a great selection of washers, dryers and refrigerators to choose from! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing parts or a quality used appliance!! The dryer I bought here, over 8 years ago, is still working great. I'm adding this review to let others know that I agree, this is a great place to by used appliances. I also have a washer, bought years ago, as well. I will be going in soon to replace washer, not because it has stopped working or anything, but, I used bleach in the bleach dispenser for so long that it has rusted out. Soooo, I will be heading back to your store ASAP to do shopping for another great deal on a washing machine. Everyone I met, that helped me was kind and considerate. Thank you.

We have been to the Columbus Bargain House multiple times and have always had amazing service! The most recent issue we had was our dryer stopped retaining heat, so we took a trip there to look for a new dryer and while browsing a lovely woman working helped us figure out the issue to our current dryer, showed us how to fix it and told us what parts we needed. We took all of her advice and the dryer works like brand new after replacing one small piece that we bought there. Previously we had purchased several other appliances and never had issues with them! Love this place!

Had an issue with our first set washer dryer but they replaced them quickly, it was a fairly seamless process but delivery could use some better professionalism. Our new set is working fabulously.

Excellent experience. I hate shopping and I was able to go into the store and make a quick decision. Prices were half of a new washer. Owner was there to help me but wasn't high pressure. They were very accommodating to my schedule for delivery. I would recommend.

I bought a washer/dryer pair. Staff was professional. Transaction was quick. Delivery and set up team was awesome. They had some difficulties getting the washer in to the basement but they were fully equipped to deal with the situation. They demonstrated that everything was hooked up and functioning before leaving. Fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend and I will go there for future appliance needs.

When our 20 year old Kenmore washer lost its spin cycle we called a trusted Columbus authorized repair company. Their tech told us the cost of repair exceeded the cost of a new washer. "Which brand of washer would you recommend?" we asked. He gave us two names; Kenmore and Maytag. But then he added "I wouldn't buy new. I'd buy re-conditioned from an established dealer. Those new computerized brands are very expensive when they break and they break a lot more than the older stuff." We found what we wanted (a newer Kenmore) at Columbus Bargain House in the early afternoon and it was delivered by mid-afternoon the same day! They set up the new washer, removed our old one and were in and out in about 45 mins. And the price was about 1/3 what we would have paid for a new model and as of this writing I've probably run 20 cycles through it and its G R E A T !! Turns out they've been around for 35 years and everything about our experience with them was great. Highest recommendation!

I bought a washer here recently that's in great condition and cost significantly less than the retail price. Delivery was reasonable at $45 and I scheduled a couple weeks out. Only reason I'm going with 4 stars is because the delivery was an hour late and the phone number went straight to voicemail that wasn't set up, so I assumed they weren't coming. Had I been notified, I wouldn't have minded! Service during checkout in the store was very friendly and helpful, though.

Went in to look at washer and dryer and they had a whirlpool set (used). Good price and in great shape. Promised delivery on Monday and was great. They had to bring behind the building to basement. They set up and I used them yesterday and they worked perfect. Thanks.

Met new owner Ali tonight while looking for some refurbished appliances. Ali was friendly and helpful and gave me an excellent deal on a clean and good functioning refrigerator and electric range. They actually had functioning pairs selling for under $500. Ali was very transparent with me about the condition and history of the appliances and refused to sell me the first fridge I inquired about when he realized it wasn't cooling as well as it should. I doubt I would have realized this without him pointing it out. I was very impressed with Ali's honesty and felt very comfortable dealing with him. Many of the fridges have thermometers in them, I presume as part of his testing process. They had a decent selection of both oven ranges and refrigerators, as well as washers and dryers. Being used, many of them had a nick or a ding here or there but nothing you wouldn't expect for a second-hand store. Ali's appliances also come with a 3 month guarantee. Their delivery charge is great too, only $45 for delivery to the west side. I will definitely continue to do business with Ali and highly recommend them for anyone looking for budget appliances.

I called CBHAP when we were looking for an applicance parts store open on a Sunday. Our dryer had stopped heating and we wanted to replace the heating element. The woman was very nice and helpful on the phone and said to bring the part in and they'd test it for us. We brought in the part and she and her father shared so much knowledge on dryers and parts, and knew exactly what part we needed. They were 100% right and we got the dryer working again! They were very kind and patient with explaining the repair to us. The girl even gave us her their personal phone number to call if we had issues and even said we could bring the part back if it didn't work. Highly recommend!

Extremely helpful! Got a cord for the dryer and even sold me an old hand truck (not something they usually keep in stock) he had handy. Got home and had to call to install the cord properly. They went out of their way to help at every step.

Columbus Appliance & Parts came highly recommended to me from a patient. My office needed to replace two appliances in two separate properties. They were very helpful in providing photos of the available appliances and worked within our budget limitations. They have been amazing in how quickly they helped us with service calls and the staff are always extremely polite and helpful. Currently Closed for business. I'm told that this establishment will reopen July 19th under new ownership and management. The previous owner passed away last month. I'm not sure how long this business was in operation, but I do know it was a viable business in the Linden area. There is a large variety of used washers, dryers, stoves, refrigerators and microwaves. This is a good place to acquire used appliances. . .

they helped us out a lot when we were in a bind. the person we originally bought a fridge from never showed up. we called the Columbus Bargain House, not only did they find us a great fridge, they delivered it 2 hours later since we were in such a bind. Great people, I highly recommend!

i can't describe how awesome these people are , if you need a part that you can't find anywhere call these guys they probably have it , I came all the way from Indianapolis for a fan motor for my refigerator that I didn't have time to wait for shipping anywhere else with , they hooked me up and made me a great deal that was cheaper that ordering one anyway with my travel gas included , recommend these people to everybody that needs help with appliances
