My family and I had a very specific need to fill, in an extremely short amount of time. The good folks at this location were extremely flexible in filling that need, gave us a good price on what we needed, and even rushed our delivery. The bed we bought was cheaper than anywhere else too. Would recommend visiting this place for any appliances you need, in particular if you're in a bind like we were. They just might go above and beyond for you like they did us. Thank you Drew Baum for the great service.

Taven was great. I was greeted when I walked in and he patiently helped me many refrigerators and dishwashers. I had a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure I would buy anything that day but ended up buying both appliances brand new in box. The company also does delivery and takes away the old appliances. I would definitely recommend!

We were very upset when our washing machine broke down and had to spend money on a new machine. Luckily we contacted the right and got the right guy! Ryan was very professional, honest and easy to deal with. He helped us pick out a fine GE washing machine and had it delivered within 48 hours. The two guys that delivered it were awesome! Didn’t catch their names but they had a great system and were able to take the broken machine out and hook up the new machine in less than 15 minutes. Super nice dudes! i highly recommend this place and ask for Ryan!

Adam as a Sales person, is just amazing! He is so attentive and informative when it comes to mattress selections and more. He went over and beyond for my family and I when we purchased a quality mattress for my son. Due to the snow storm, our mattress was not able to be delivered as expected but Adam jumped in Adam remedied the situation and his kindness and consideration really made the situation better. He kept in close contact with us as far as scheduling and new delivery options. He’s a great asset to appliance factory and we will keep him in mind for our future purchases!

The salesman Adam was great. No pressure but knowledgeable and friendly. We’ll be going back here when it’s time to replace our next appliance for sure. I almost forgot to add, we paid $200-250 less for our washer and our dryer each than all the prices listed online and at stores around us. How can you beat that? You can't.

At first, I was a little dissatisfied with having some delivery issues. Dates were shifted and not shipped as promised, however, once I expressed my unhappiness, they bent over backwards to accommodate and make sure I was taken care of. My Sales product expert, Ryan, did all ge could to communicate and help make sure we were taken care of. Nice recovery and will be shopping here again. ....on a side note, lots of choices and competitive prices.

Well motivated staff at all points in the process. Delivery was a couple of hours late, but that's not unexpected given other companies track record. One item had to be redelivered on another date, but was properly documented as missing and redelivered. A very solid selection of appliances and mattresses.

My wife and I were at the store yesterday and I helped by a young man, Dominic is his name. Spectacular!! It has been twenty years since I have bought appliances. Boy have they changed. Dominic did such an amazing job at answering every question I had and there were plenty of them. Dominic was transparent and didn’t feel like he was pushing me for a sale. I asked Dominic if he was on commission and he said yes. He encouraged me to go home and do more research. Though we didn’t purchase the full kitchen package, I know where I’m going when I am ready to buy everything else.

We got a very good deal on a new dented refrigerator. Salesman was helpful. Experience was satisfactory. Delivery was on time but they seemed rushed. I don’t know what is expected during delivery but I had to level and install bins. On the other hand they did have to take the fridge doors off to get it inside the house and I don’t know what there schedule was like. Like I said, delivery was satisfactory.

I needed a new range and searched Appliance factory and Home Depot. Appliance Factory actually had the same range for $100 less. When I arrived at the store Dominic the sales rap showed me acouple open box models. We ended up finding one that was in great and ended up saving more money going with an open box deal. It has not been delivered yet, so I can't speak to that side of the business but the sales experience was very nice and easy. Dominic inspected the whole range with me, helped me find the best one, and made sure I was well informed on the process. I had never been here before, but it is right next to another store I frequent so I thought I'd give it a shot. I was amazed at the vast selection of appliances they offer. They are mostly out-of-box or scratch n dent options, which doesn't bother me. The prices here are significantly lower than I've seen at other appliance stores, and they have way more inventory. Dominic assisted me in selecting a very nice Samsung washer/dryer set that was half the regular price, and a very pretty pink color! The salespeople here are not pushy at all, are very helpful, and are willing to make deals.

I had a new set from the big store and on the 25th month of their 24 month warranty my dryer goes out! Mother board and almost $500 to repair. Clay hooked me up, found an exact match in store, and gave me a 48 month warranty.

(We didn’t even end up going to the big name store). Mason O. helped walk us through a couple of different brands and gave his honest opinion about each. He was very knowledgeable. Where do I start... We have been here 2 times in the last 2 weeks to purchase an appliance. Trip one we needed a new fridge due to our 2 year old one going out. Greg done everything he could to get us a fridge within our price range. On the way out I noticed a small issue with it. Adam was quick to fix the problem. The next week our dishwasher went out. We made another trip down to get a dishwasher. Greg again went out of his way to get us one in our price range. We took the dishwasher home and noticed the washtub had a crack in it. I called and spoke to Adam and he said to bring it in and they would swap it with another. We arrived right before closing. Greg and Adam helped us find a different model dishwasher due to the one we purchased originally not being available. Adam was quick again to go through the dishwasher making sure everything was in proper working order before we left, they both even stayed after they were closed to make sure we were happy. If you need a new appliance this is the place to go! I will definitely go here to purchase my next appliance. Highly recommend you check this place out!

They had the one on my wishlist, and Mason did a fantastic job showing me what was available thirty-four the store and then getting me the product I wanted (new, but cosmetic damage) for a fair price without anything even resembling drama. After what seemed to be a rough start in getting a Miele dishwasher installed, Adam Brown, the general manager, went above and beyond to make sure what went wrong was made right. He was able to get us our dishwasher installed within a reasonable time period. But what was most appreciated is that he was also willing to come on his day off to install the kickplate for our dishwasher. UPDATE: The store manager reached out very quickly to listen to my concerns and make arrangements. While we still cannot receive our appliances on the day originally discussed, we will not be paying any additional installation costs. We appreciate their attention to our problem and for taking steps to remedy the situation. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with the customer service at AF. The salesperson with whom we worked back in December to place an order for a full kitchen worth of appliances from the "Fine Lines" department no longer works at the store, and suddenly that has become our problem. We worked with her to have two of the three appliances delivered (one item is on backorder and we completely understand that) today. When we called this morning to confirm delivery time, we were told that there was no record of the delivery being scheduled. We paid for delivery for today! Our contractors will be in our kitchen today and tomorrow to install some of the appliances, but alas, delivery could not be scheduled today or tomorrow. When they offered to put our delivery on the books for next Monday I was told that I will have to pay for the installation of the refrigerator! WHAT?! No, no, this miscommunication is completely the fault of AF and its employees, not mine. I'm not sure how I am responsible for the installation of an appliance that, if delivered on the day we had agreed upon and paid for, would be installed by my contractors. Now they have to change the delivery date and I have to pay more to fix their problem? We spent a significant amount of money in this store and I am appalled with how we've been treated. NEVER, EVER AGAIN. Now let's just hope our appliances arrive in one piece on Monday.

Stopped-in to Appliance Factory on Sawmill Rd on 3/5/21 as we were trying to find a specific-sized & color Washer & Dryer and Refrigerator ready for delivery immediately. (During COVID-19, product availability has been extremely limited at Lowes, Home Depot, and Big Sandy, and we were time-crunched to get new equipment for our move-in date.) We met with Product Specialist Nick Lewis and General Manager Adam Brown. Both were extremely professional and accommodating with ZERO high-pressure sales techniques trying to push us to something we did not want nor need. Not only did they find the exact equipment we needed in stock and ready to ship, but they also had a Stearns and Foster mattress we desired for our new home. Adam then went the extra mile to beat all other's pricing and work with us to ensure we had the absolute best value over all others (who didn't even have these items in stock!) We definitely will buy again from Nick and Adam. Their customer service and pricing is best in class!

Updating my original review.... we purchased a gas range to be installed to replace our range that had died. It was installed January 21. We realized that night there were issues with the range - the stove top worked but the oven portion didn’t. Originally we were told we would be stuck with a faulty oven for an entire week before we could get it serviced or replaced. However appliance factory has gone above and beyond to remedy this and we will have a new range tomorrow, January 23!

Our oven went out and we stopped in to see what they had to offer. Their selection is amazing, and their prices are way better than anyone. We shopped appliance smart and other places and Appliance Factory were 100 if not more cheaper than everyone else. Our sales associate was awesome. She wasn't pushy and answered any questions we had. We got switched from gas to electric, but the electric oven was going to put us over our total incoming amperage. I called and told her about it and she said bring it back and we will take care of you, even though it was a scratch and dent. We took it back and she got us an even better price on a gas oven. The people at the store are very friendly including Ike, Gregg and Adam. However, the delivery team/install team does not communicate well with the install team. The communication is the problem. Was supposed to have things installed yesterday Jamuary 13, 2021, apparently the team was off work. Then the team was supposed to come today and the appointment was cancelled without warning to me, the customer. Then one person I spoke to said they could be out Monday, January 18, 2021. Then I got told the installation team is NOT working that day either and was only working on January 19, 2021 for that week. Not too happy with the delivery/installation experience I have had so far. I am genuinely happy with the service I got when trying to figure out what items I wanted. Might update later to see how installation goes. At this point leaving 2 stars. UPDATE 1: Ike did reach out to express his apologies, which I do appreciate; however the problem was not with Ike to the best of my knowledge. It is now January 15, 2021. I will see how the installation goes in 4 days and will base my final review on that. So far I will be leaving 3 stars. Two for the apologies and good service of people at the store. And one for Ike allowing me to save some food by allowing me to plug in fridge (before actual installation) which most companies would probably not allow. Also Ike informed me that the refridgerator's warranty helps to cover in spoilage of food. Update #2: Was called over the weekend saying the installation will go smooth by the manager. On installation day (Today, January 19, 2021), I get a call saying installer will be at my house soon to install dishwasher. I say he should be installimg fridge too. He said no I only got a dishwasher down on the list. Luckily, he was still at store to obtain the water line. This still is not fixed due to house waterline not hooking onto the new line and they do not install water lines in a house. Also, with dishwasher, I was told I would have to remove old dishwasher because installer will NOT uninstall old one. Then when he gets here he says he uninstalls them all day practically so once again more "miscommunication." I will be leaving review at 3 stars due to mishaps. But at least I got products that I ordered. Update 3: Adam, the Store General Manager did call to express his apologies. He worked some things out to try to fix the issues described above. Ill be leaving a 5 star review.

Your impression to the store could vary a lot depends on what you are looking for because besides selling blank new appliances, it also stocks quite a bit of open box and "dent & scratch" items with slight discounts, but since even the same type of appliance tends to scatter around the store randomly, so to get the best deal, make sure to go around the whole shop before making your decision. Just be caution on those deeply discounted items (both new or second) on its website, virtually most of them are at Colorado only (location of goods not reveal on the site), so call ahead to the store before getting too excited. Overall, i consider its pricing is competitive with acceptable service.

Amazing deals! I stumbled upon the appliance factory when I was on the way home from the pediatrician with my 3 children.
