We purchased a GE Cafe gas range a year ago. Of course with two sheets of Xmas cookies to go in the oven I open the door and it’s still cold inside 😢. I called and was assured that they would be able to get to me but not until Thurs or Fri. With a house full of company due my anxiety went into overdrive. Two hours later they called and told me they could come that same afternoon. I was ecstatic to say the least. The repair man was courteous and was able to fix the problem with a part he had in the van. I can’t speak highly enough of this company. Will definitely be purchasing all future appliances from them and with today’s life expectancy of appliances I’m glad we purchased the extended warranty.

Love this small town business!! I have used them for 20 years and never regretted it. It's so nice to know everyone from Ms. Sally in sales to the delivery guys to the repairmen. The fact that they service their own appliances is a huge incentive to use their business!! You know you can trust them in your home & they always are quick and efficient and knowledgeable!! So much better than a big box store!!

Great Place, I Just had Jamie at my house and He did a Professional install of my new dishwasher. How would I know you ask? Because im a multi-state licensed Contractor. He did a true Professional install and even knew to create a Trap with the drain under the sink. Couldnt have been done more perfectly. Great Job Guys and Thanks Jamie!!

We have been trying to get a new LG refrigerator from the big box stores all summer, but they never have any stock available. Wessinger's Appliance was able to get us the model we wanted for a great price. The delivery and installation was smooth and efficient. They had to remove my front door and all of the doors on the refrigerator, but they knew what they were doing so it went quickly. The owner even drove out separately during the delivery to ensure that everything went well. We will definitely shop here again for appliances!

Everyone here was super helpful from the moment I walked in the door! My husband and I just bought our first house and a refrigerator was not included, so we had to get one, quickly! I had several recommendations from colleagues and clients, so I decided to go to Wessinger. I'm so glad I did. They showed me their available options, were very knowledgeable about the brands they carry, and we were able to get what we needed. An additional comfort to me is knowing that they have a service department, so if any thing goes wrong, I know who to call. Plus, unlike the national chains, who were predicting a delivery date which was at least 10 days away, Wessinger was able to offer same day delivery! I highly recommend them for their above and beyond personal service.

Small town service and attention at better than big box price. We are happy with out new washer. Delivery men were very careful in carrying old out and bringing the new in. All the staff in the office was very helpful and patient with out questions. Plus, they service the equipment; great staff on that end too (Stevie was professional, helpful and knew his business).

Mary Ellen is a gem and helped my family when we were in a pinch from moving bc a big box store dropped our order twice when they couldn’t verify our address. She set us up to have our new appliances delivered in four days. No having to sit and waste precious time at the laundromat. She was courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs. To our surprise someone called asking if we were interested in having it delivered a day early. Who does that in 2020? Delivery was smooth and the gentlemen lugging and installing the washer/dryer were courteous. I will NEVER give anyone else my business. Wessinger Appliance have won my yankee heart!

Would rather know the people coming out to my house if I need service instead of someone different every single time from the big box locations. Very competitive and fair on price of their products. I just bought the refrigerator of my dreams at Wessinger's. I did my homework first. I picked two models to choose from and researched them online. I was truly amazed to see that Wessinger's beat everybody else's price on both models. By a lot. They also ran my icemaker line and moved the old unit to the shop out back. We put a lot of value on shopping local, but I wouldn't do it if the price wasn't right. The lesson to learn here is that the box stores are not always the best buy.

Called to see if Wessinger would do a repair on my refrigerator. The gal on the phone made it clear that I was a bother. Since I live in Irmo, it turns out that the store doesn't come out to my house to service appliances. Some work needs to be done on friendliness. I may need to buy a refrigerator, guess it won't be at this store even though I'm sure that it could have been the beginning of a long standing business relationship. Giving a "Good" rating only because I think that this would be fair for anyone who might follow these reviews.
