I would absolutely recommend Mr. Appliance to anyone who needs an appliance repair! After waiting over a week for another repair company, who then fell through, I made an appointment with Mr. Appliance and within two days, someone was at my door. They immediately provided a four-hour timeframe, which by the day before became a two-hour window. The service person arrived on time and my dishwasher was fixed within 45 minutes. He was professional, courteous, and explained the issue and the solution quickly and effectively. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience!

He did a great thorough job and cleaned up after himself. On top of the work he did he went a step above suggesting I get my vents cleared. He could have said all was well but found out my vent was blocked. There was no room for the air to flow. I’m thankful to have had this checked. It could have started a fire.

I am very pleased with the service today from Mr. Appliance and Mitchell. First, I really appreciate getting a text the day before and the day of the appt. Plus the text had a picture of their repair person. The dryer is working great. Mitchell, was extremely courteous and was transparent with everything he did and showed me. I would highly recommend this company for any further repairs and very affordable.

Updating my review after the owner reached out directly to address my concerns. That is rare and I appreciate his responsiveness and effort to address them. He has assured me they will be upfront and transparent with customers regarding their policies and has spoken with office staff about how to better address situations like this in the future. I could tell he cares about his business and the opinions of his customers. Giving 2 stars because my problem was eventually fixed and the techs were professional, but as others have said, their pricing and policies are misleading. They told me if the first part doesn't fix the problem, then I would not pay labor for the next part that is needed. Here's what they didn't tell me- 1) the next service has to be scheduled within 30 days or you will either pay another diagnosis fee or not get the warranty. This policy is not in any of the invoice fine print 2) The next part I needed was over double the price if I ordered it directly from GE ($93 vs $40). They need to be upfront with customers regarding these issues.

I am very displeased. I called them because my dishwasher was not going through the cycles.tech came out said everything checks out ok.so I payed him.the very next time I went to use it it did not work.Iwent & bought a new one.disapointed with the servicr.since then mr appliance has got in touch with me and we settled the problem I had.they showed me that the problem we had is very concerning to them Imglad they acted so quickly

I was very impressed how fast the company responded to my dishwasher emergency! Also loved getting a text showing me when Christopher would arrive and what he actually looked like. Such a cool feature! Christopher was awesome! Friendly, easy going, knew exactly what to do and what was needed. Highly recommend them and would do business with them again!
