My wife and I were in the market for a new dishwasher and I told her I wanted to support a local business rather than deal with a big box store, as I have always had bad experiences there. Nick at Jeffers McGill was able to help us get a dishwasher in the exact model that we wanted. He was incredibly nice and the buying process was a breeze. We will definitely be using them for all of our future appliances.

We are VERY HAPPY with our experience!!! We had originally purchased a washer/dryer set at Lowe's, but they had cancelled our order without informing us after we had waiting 10 days for delivery. As soon as we left Lowe's, with no washer/dryer, we went to Jeffers McGill to see what they had. We were met by Nick McGill who helped us to pick out a washer/dryer set that they had in stock and arranged for delivery in two days. Nick took $100 off the washer price and $100 off the dryer price, delivery, accessories, and removal of our old set were included in the price too. We saved over $400 on the set at Jeffers McGill compared to the set at Lowe's and the set was better than the one at Lowe's. The delivery was about an hour earlier than we were told and the guys did a great job of getting our old washer and dryer out and installing the new set. We highly recommend using Jeffers McGill for any appliance need.

I highly recommend Jeffers McGill. Barry, John, Ryan are a pleasure to do business with and they offered me the very best deal I could get on a washer dryer set. I had a very difficult time deciding on which washer and dryer to buy and I did a lot of research comparing all kinds of machines and reading reviews. I had specific questions about particular models and when I called and spoke to Barry I was thrilled to have someone be able to efficiently break down all the information and help me find the best machine to suit me. All the questions I had organized were swiftly answered with detail. It was gratifying to have some of the dots connected and to gain an understanding of the all the terms and all the features of the different machines so I could find one that best fit my needs and wants. I also sent an email on the Jeffer's McGill site with a question about a dryer I saw on their site and my message was answered instantly and with some bit of additional detail. The quality of the service exceeded my expectations every time whether through email, on the phone or in person and when I go to remodel my kitchen I will be excited that I can go to them. Everyone there is highly professional and they are friendly, respectful and patient. They offer superior service at Jeffers McGill!

I needed a new refrigerator to go in my garage. I previously had a GE 16.6 cf which fit perfectly and was simply a convenience to handle overruns from my kitchen unit. I called my old friend from high school, David McGill. I had purchased a refrigerator and two TV’s from him in the past along with my mom and dad having a buying relationship with David’s father dating back to the 1960’s.The refrigerator I needed had to be ordered and only took a couple of days to get to the store. Delivery was prompt and arrived on time as promised. The delivery crew was very fast and professional at their job and I was set to go. Thank you again David and company!

This business has been serving me since 1993 and my husband and I just bought a complete larger appliance package. Brand new GE 30" Free-Standing Gas Double Oven Convection Range, GE 36" Under The Cabinet Hood, Whirlpool Large Capacity Dishwasher with 3rd Rack, 36" Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator with water Dispenser, Whirlpool Large Capacity Top Loading 12 cycle Washer and Electric Dryer with Auto Dry Drying System. All this for my brand new kitchen Pantry and floor renovation from my husband. Words can't describe the patience that David McGill showed me after I ordered a complete Stainless Steel package and as we women do, I changed my mind and wanted all white Kitchen Appliances to go with my Bright White and Gravity Grey new paint job. David had to change the entire package and he did it with a smile on his face. My quotes did not come on a piece of paper with unreadable handwriting but came with detailed spec sheets with pictures and detailed features. All appliances had to be ordered with a short ETA which gives us time for the finishing touches. We are so excited for them to deliver all of them on the same day, hopefully without any problems 💖🙏👏👏 I will update with pictures after completion. Thank you so much David McGill

Wonderful service. We did our research before we came to the store. We called ahead and were quoted a higher price than they ended up giving us. We were able to walk in and walk out with a dishwasher in less time than it would take us to find someone to help in a big box store. While we waited in line, we witnessed them helping an elderly couple decide on a microwave, which they did with patience and aplomb. All around great including the handshake at the end. Why doesn’t everyone conduct their business in this manner? Highly recommended.

Could not be more pleased with my experience! Came to purchase a dishwasher on Saturday after having the WORST experience with Home Depot. Spoke with David McGill in the store, who was super helpful getting information and price breakdowns on two options for us. We asked - without really expecting it could happen - if our dishwasher could be delivered and installed on Wednesday. David said he would get in touch with the installer and let us know for sure on Monday. Monday morning, I called and spoke with David, who reached out to the installer again and assured me he would have an answer soon. Within 30 minutes, he was calling to tell me the installer would be contacting me with a time for Wednesday. The installer called and gave me a window of 8:30am-10:30am. Wednesday morning at 8:45, the installer was in my house working. Got the dishwasher installed and running, and even was able - for an extra fee - to hook up our new garbage disposal (which required some rewiring and plumbing). He was done and gone within about 2 hours. We will be needing a new washer and dryer very soon, and I will DEFINITELY be returning to Jeffers McGill and requesting the same installer if at all possible. Should have gone here first, but I learned my lesson!

By far the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!! I am and will continue to highly recommend JeffersMcGill’s Appliance and Furniture! I went in store in search of an odd sized cooktop to replace one that was damaged in a small kitchen fire (another story - but thank God it’s all good). Not only did Mr. McGill do the searching but found the most beautiful glass cooktop for me. They have an expert electrician on their team that delivered and installed professionally and timely! Without a doubt I will definitely revisit them for additional upcoming appliance upgrade needs. Thank you for your above and beyond customer service and product delivery! We moved back to Columbia 4 years ago and needed a new refrigerator that had to fit in an oversized space and one of the owners, David McGill, was tremendously helpful with our situation. He knew exactly which product would work and he saved us a considerable amount of money with his suggestions. Needless to say we took them and have been happy ever since. We then purchased a Bosch dishwasher soon after. I cannot recommend this place of business highly enough! They, especially David McGill who i got tot work with, give incredible customer service. This small business went above and beyond in helping us with our kitchen appliances and ultimately the overall move-in experience.It is a delayed public thank-you, but I wanted to make sure it was out there to be seen!

I purchased a dishwasher last week and had a great experience (as much as purchasing a dishwasher can allow). The price was $200 less than Lowe's and I was provided free installation as a special from Bosch to save $150 more. The dishwasher is already installed and running great. The sales associate was pleasant and I was able to customize the options to please my wife (as if that is really possible)! I have purchased an ice machine and a refrigerator in the past from them and I highly recommend you give them a try as well!

If I could give more stars, I would. I had to find an ADA approved dishwasher for my office and do it quickly. I had a big vendor come out and measure, charge me $35 for it, and then never heard back about moving forward. A co-worker suggested Jeffers McGill. I called and 5 minutes later, I had a Bosch Dishwasher that was on sale, free installation, and an expected delivery/installation date for the following Monday (It was a Monday afternoon). The Installer ended up coming early on that Friday afternoon and was in and out in 10 mins! I was about to pay $1300 for a big company to take forever and install my dishwasher, and I only ended up paying $815 with Jeffers McGill. They are now my go-to for appliances and I will be sharing their name with others who are in the market!

I was having a new vent hood installed when the installer told me we needed an add on chimney part. Called around to other places and the part I needed was on back order with no date to receive. Called Jeffers McGill and they did their best to find the part I needed, 1 of their employees walking by and over heard the phone call and helped out too. They got me the part same day.
