I bought a washer and dryer from Mr Garry when I first moved into my apartment in May of 2014! I paid $275.00 for them! Up until now, I've had no problems whatsoever with either of them! And I can't even complain about over 6 years of great performance with a used washer and dryer for under $300. Please believe if it cannot be repaired, I will be purchasing my next set from Mr Garry 😉 Update: 1/23/2023 ~ At this point, I’ve had my washer and dryer for nearly 9 YEARS!! Yup, you read correctly! Out of the nearly nine years, six of them I had no issues! The last couple of years, I did have to get the motor replaced in 2020/21. And the the thermostat went out on the dryer. All repairs were completed by Ms. Linda, Gary’s wife at a very fair price. Both my washer and dryer are still in use! The washer has one particular cycle that doesn’t work so well (gentle), so I just use the regular cycle. And the door to the dryer came off the hinges, simple fix. Otherwise, still going strong! Truth be told, I got my money’s worth out of this set many years ago! I am just over the moon that they have, and continue to stand the test of time 😊 One of the best purchases I’ve ever made, hands down!

Great place! Ordered a washer & dryer set 3 weeks in Everything still works great! Garry went way out of his way, not only did he install the washer and dryer he insured the washer was hooked up properly without leaking, and hooked up the dryer and make sure the dryer vent was not clogged when he discovered it was clogged he unclogged jt!!!! And tested both washer and dryer and leveled them! HIGHLY recommend!!

Good place to get used appliances. I needed a stove and he had a nice selection. The owner was helpful and knowledgeable. The price seemed fair and he even helped me loded it.

I was able to find exactly what I needed. Customer service was great...the whole process was very smooth. I’m set for next day delivery, installation, and haul away. I will update my results. ***Update*** My appliances arrived and were installed without a problem. For second hand, the maintenance was impeccable! Everything lasted me a good 4 plus years and probably had more to go.

We bought a washer/ dryer set from Gary a few weeks ago. He hauled off our old set, installed the new set, and made sure everything worked. So far they haven't had a single issue. Gary was super nice and helpful, sent pics of the options and prices before we bought, walked us through troubleshooting steps in case anything went wrong in future. Price was exceptional for the quality of product and service provided.

Bought a set from Garry’s 3 years ago and over the weekend our dryer stopped working. I called the shop and his wife, Julie, showed up the very next day to take a look. Within minutes, she discovered that our belt had popped. For an extremely reasonable price, she replaced the belt and hooked everything back up for us in all of 20 mins. And she was full of great conversation while I waited on her to do so. I have been and will continue to recommend Garry’s Affordable Appliances to anyone that needs a washer/dryer set!!

This place is amazing! My shopping experience was great, and customer service was great as well! I ordered my washer and dryer and it was delivered next day ! Very convenient! Mr. Gary delivered my washer and dryer, he was very nice and pleasant to do business with. He was in and out but was also attentive to hooking both up and making sure everything’s worked properly! My washer and dryer is very nice! I have a little set back but that has nothing to do with the washer and dryer it’s my apartment and their raggedy pipes or whatever . But Mr. Gary did catch onto the problem and did double check and make sure it wasn’t the washer (and it wasn’t)... I appreciate spending money with great people! Will definitely recommend and shop again! ALSO GREAT PRICES!!!!

I've only had my washer and dryer set for a few days, but so far, so good! We moved here from Michigan and it was a lot of work. Some of the process was very difficult, but not buying this washer dryer set. The lady, whose name I don't know was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and straightforward. Then when it was delivered by her husband, he was in and out in no time at all. I really wasn't looking forward to shopping for a dependable used set, but they actually made this experience extremely easy and pleasant. I choose them because they had great reviews and I honestly see why. I'd highly recommend them and would definitely go back there myself if the need ever arises again. Delivery and set up was included in the price and that helped out TONS after an out of state move. Very down to earth folks with a great work ethic! I'm very happy I chose them. Update: It's been a year and we bought a new house, but not a new washer and dryer! The set we purchased from this place is STILL going strong!

I had shopped around several places before going to Garry's. I found his prices to be reasonable, but more than that he came across as an honest business owner. I got the feeling that my being satisfied was worth more than a "quick buck". I live in Swansea and no one else would deliver but he did and when he said he would! He was more than willing to hook it up for me but my beast (dogs) wouldn't hv it. He stayed for a few mins n chatted and to let us know that we had a 90 day warranty and if we had any problems just call! Love my washer and the service, money well spent!

I purchased the set from them four years ago and it ran great. My Washer just recently went out on me ( which i'm in no way upset about). I recently went on google looking for a reliable used appliance place and chose here because of the reviews, not knowing it was the same place i went to 4 years ago. What a pleasant surprise for me. i was in and out in less than 10 minutes and able to find a set that looks great and is very affordable for me. Fantastic customer service! He explained everything to me about how he fixed up the model I was interested in, and the price was very fair. Of course it has a few scuffs and looks old, but I needed a washer/dryer for cheap and it fit the bill perfectly. And you can't beat free next-day installation!

if you want clean, refurbished machines in a no haggle, what you see is what you get sort of place, then this is it. They are very nice.Delivery /installation provided at no additional cost. 30 day top to bottom warranty with life time service there after for the cost of parts and labor. We purchased an older kenmore washer and dryer in 2014. It still works like a charm. They delivered and set it up. A few times ive had something stuck in it so it wouldn’t drain, and they always came out the next day to fix it. Love the owners, and will buy all of my appliances from them.

Got a great, clean set almost 2 years ago and they are both running strong. Prices are clearly marked, no haggle but very reasonable. I think they have a year warrantee and a flat rate for labor on ANY future fixes.

Highly recommend. If you are needing to replace your appliance go see Garry's inventory nice used appliances at a fraction of the cost of the new junkie appliance made today. Used appliances will out last the new stuff. They just don't make the new one's as good as the old one's. Take it from someone who repairs them daily. There is times when they need replacing go see Garry's for your self you will be glad you did !!!!!!

Awesome service and the owners know their machines well. The free delivery and installation is what you want though and they provide both. Came up first thing this morning and hooked us up and now we are set with a nice washer and dryer set for 325$.
