On 12/9/2020 I received a couple of TVs from a good friend who had given up on the TVs due to them not powering on. Mr. Tommy received my 40 inch Samsung and immediately began looking into the issue. He is VERY knowledgeable about his profession and knows what he is doing. The cost for the repair was excellent and my TV is fixed!! STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THIS BUSINESS!! One-stop shop for TV repair!

Had a screen go bad in my LG tv. Went thru LG customer service and they scheduled Tommy to come fix it. He had to come out twice to fix it because of a mistake by LG. He was professional and a great communicator. Highly recommend Tommy

I found Eau Clare TV on Google after our TV was making a chirping sound. The nice man who answered the phone helped me troubleshoot, which completely fixed the issue!!! He was very helpful and professional! I definitely recommend his services and will use him next time I have an issue with my TV.

5 stars for being genuine. Rather than having me bring my TV to "evaluate" like most places and charge $100 he gave me a great evaluation over the phone, unfortunately my issue is beyond a regular TV fix but I appreciate Tommy being honest and transparent and giving me some options on how to go about issue over the phone.

Needed a power cord for my Sony 55 inch. Lost during the move. Had one on hand. Dealt with this place in the past. Brought a 50in.four years ago,worked great until recently,backlight started going out,paid a low price,didn't want to invest what I paid to fix.But a great place to find a great t.v or get one repaired.

The motherboard failed on my flat screen TV. Bummer! But Tommy got it fixed for me lickety-split! Tommy did an outstanding job and the price was right! He runs a business he took over from his own father decades ago. It’s a real piece of Columbia history!! I would absolutely recommend!!

Our Samsung plasma TV died on Masters weekend. I dropped it off at Eau Claire on Saturday morning. Tommy rebuilt the power supply and I picked up before the telecast began that same afternoon. I've never seen service like this in any industry.

Dude what can I say, I had gotten a TV for free and it would not cut on for nothing. I went to this store because of the reviews, he has very kind and very helpful. He had my TV done in a day and it looks fantastic.

My 46' Samsung TV couldn't be turned on, and Samsung recommended service center would charge $150 for a checkup. So I contacted this Eau Clarie, and they quoted a fraction. Best of all, they are really honest and told me nothing was wrong and the TV just worked. Completely trustworthy, highly recomend it.

Samsung 60" plasma quit. Expensive to replace. Tommy took it in...found prlblem and fixed it ! Did it in a timely manner and at a very reasonable fee. Was referred by Spectrum tech and now by me.
