I am very impressed with their service and professionalism! Our refrigerator had ice forming inside of it and water leaking into the drawers. I called them and they were able to come out the same week. Communication was excellent and they arrived on time. The technician immediately knew what the issue was. It was a known problem with Samsung refrigerators. While he was there, we mentioned that our ice maker had stopped working. He looked at it and said that it was a very easy and inexpensive repair. (I was told a year earlier by another company that it would cost $800 to repair just the ice maker.) He ordered the parts and my refrigerator (including the ice maker) was repaired the following week. Both repairs were a fraction of the price I was given to repair just the ice maker last year!!! If you want an honest, reliable company to repair your appliances, call Appliance Professionals! They have earned my business for life!

It was a good experience. Whitney and Victoria were very courteous and respectful in conversations. Nicholas was my technician. Each time that he came to my house, I received a heads up, when he was on his way. He kept me informed about each circuit he tested, told me the function of the parts, and gave me my options. I participated in observing symptoms and felt that he involved me as part of the team. I would recommend them for appliance repair. If I have issues with any other appliances, I will call them.

Unfortunately my unit was so old, the part and the cost of repair would be more than just buying a new dishwasher. Great service! Technician came out to inspect my refrigerator had to order parts and he was back within a few days. Repair was completed timely and technician was on time each time. Really appreciated them calling and letting me know they were on the way each visit.

Our dryer stopped turning on. The light came on and nothing else.Then the washing machine started screeching multiple times during a cycle. Our technician knew immediately that the dryer was locked up due to something possibly getting into the motor. He also recognized the sound of the washer machine motor being damaged. He worked until we finally agreed the set was shot after only approximately 4.5-5 years. The company was able to get a new motor for the dryer and it was decided that the washer was only worth being replaced so a e-credit was issued. Our technician was thorough, knowledgeable, and seemed to care about our situation. We will recommend Appliance Professionals always.

I had a dryer issue that we originally thought was going to require a new computer board and big $$. Tech knew what he was doing! Used a different company to come repair my dishwasher first was told it was fixed but it was not. Appliance Professional was able to come out next day. I was running a little behind and Tech kinda waited for me to get home. Tech diagnosed the problem within minutes of getting started. My Samsung washing machine stopped working after one year, but I am so thankful that we purchased the extended warranty from Lowe’s. As soon as I called Appliance Professional about the repair, they were very responsive and sent a technician to our house within 48 hrs. Once the technician analyzed the problem, he quickly ordered a new panel for the machine. As soon as the new panel arrived, Appliance Professional personnel called to schedule an install appointment. Richard C. from Appliance Professional came out to replace a motor on my adjustable bed. After replacing, the bed was still making a squealing noise. He then contacted Tempurpedic and they are now going to replace the whole bed. I am very happy with this company and Richard. He was on time and knew what he was doing. Only 5 stars because he installed the dishwasher, but not without complaining on the phone in front of me because my home warranty didn't say that it was an installation. I thought that was very unprofessional. I think he did it solely for the money, not just because he genuinely wanted to serve. Whatever the reason, I do appreciate the installation.

I was able to use them through AHS, so I don’t know about costs. But of the different vendors they have been the most reliable, have solved the solvable issues (it is a really old subzero freezer and somethings just can’t be fixed), and they have been good about follow up visits when something did not work out right. Will continue to use them, Richard is great!

My dryer broke down on Monday. I called another appliance repair company in town and it was going to be two weeks before they could come out. I called appliance professionals and they were able to come out on Thursday. Levi was my repair man and he was here on time as promised. He quickly found the problem and gave me my options as to repair the dryer and the cost of the repair versus buying a new dryer. He checked to see if the part that was needed was available at his company. I decided to go ahead with the repair and he drove over to his company and was back within an hour and repaired the dryer. These guys were awesome. Our Bosch oven quit working. We called Sloan first but were told that they couldn’t come out for 3 weeks. I called Appliance Professional and they had someone out the same day. Sam the technician really new what he doing. He was also nice and explained things clearly. These are the people you call to fix all your Appliance. Great staff, I been customer for 10 plus years. With this, if you have an issue repair tech. Don't argue etc. Let him complete unless he is breaki g all. JUST call the office or email them. I HAD one issue, was recorded on camera (There is always one in a bunch of employees slip through) They handled, and never had an issue again. Lastly wondering how many times could they been out dozens and dozens. My appliance always break no matter the manufacture, why I buy the warranty.

My home warranty company - American Home Shield - recommended them. Levi was courteous and respectful of my home. He was kind enough to quiet his process when I explained that my daughter was working-from-home in the next room. He meticulously answered all my questions and explained his trouble-shooting process after I told him my complaints about both devises. He arrived as described by their automated appointment process (which was another plus). I could tell that he was quite skilled by the way he explained his diagnosis of the problems with both my devises. I am so thankful that my home warranty company - American Home Shield - recommended them. Overall it was a totally positive experience. Yep!! Good service. A bit pricey. Only 3 stars because on the initial visit, they promised a window from 12:00 - 5:00. I received no update or notice of a delay. I called at 3:30 to check and the representative said that it was still scheduled before 5:00 and I would receive an automated call 30 mins before the visit. Well 5:00 passed with no call and the office closed at 4:30, so I had no idea what happened. At about 5:30, I get a call that they are on the way. The technician said that they had a job that took an hour or more longer to complete than expected. I am OK with that, but I would expect at least a call to tell me they would be delayed, since they were aware. Not very professional to not communicate. Especially on a Friday when you have waited at home all afternoon, and called in to check, and was told everything was on schedule. Otherwise, they completed the work. No other issues…just bad communication.

I called several repair companies for quotes and decided on this one because their dispatch fee is less than other companies and Whitney was able to get an appointment scheduled for me within 24 hours of my call when other companies were scheduling a week out. My freezer had stopped working and I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible. James is the technician who came to fix the freezer. He called when he was leaving the previous job and on the way to my home. He was punctual and came at the beginning the time slot scheduled for me (they give you a 4 hour window of when the technician will arrive). He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and he had the part that needed to be replaced in his truck. He was able to change the parts and get the freezer working in less than an hour. My freezer has been working great, but they also provide a warranty on the part and the installation if something were to go wrong. Each employee I spoke to was very polite and professional, making this a good experience. The company did not give an itemized statement, just a statement saying the bill has been paid, and this is the only thing I did not like from this experience. I’m sure I could request an itemized statement and they would provide one, but I have not asked. I would definitely use this company again if an appliance breaks, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Called 2-10 they set me up with Appliance Professional LLC. Mark came out, and after looking over my machine told the issue and that he would contact 2-10 and order the part. Whitney called a week early-"we have the part and Mark can come out on Friday." I got a "we are on the way" call and Mark was at my door 20 minutes later. I showed Mark to the washer and asked if I needed to do anything. Mark is awesome! Once he had my washer repaired he checked the whole machine, ran every cycle, then wiped down my machine. Nickolas Woods was our service agent today for our Samsung Icemaker that we have been having issues with since we bought it. It has been serviced many many times with the same problems resurfacing. Nickolas patiently explained the differences in all the parts of the Icemaker that he replaced and how those little changes would correct the underlying problem, which he explained was the refrigerator air leaking into the icemaker and making it melt and refreeze and built up ice everywhere. Then the ice buildup prevented the icemaker from working properly. Nickolas did a great and thorough job and cleaned up everything and was very professional. End of a long, hot day when Nathan and Emanuel arrive. Emanuel is a trainee. Nathan does an awesome job of training: showing, telling, explaining why and having Emanuel do hands-on. Nathan has a diagnosis in less than five minutes, has a new solenoid installed without a single drip on the floor, and the old washer is going strong. Very professional and friendly. Both guys were great, although Nathan wouldn’t agree to doing the load of laundry as a test run. Excellent service!
