Bought a new clothes dryer from Paulson's Appliance in Sycamore a couple weeks ago, and when they installed it one of the feet was stripped. So the installer asked if I had a piece of wood about 1/2 thick to help level it. They got it perfectly level and tested it and all worked great. He told me to call and tell them, and they could either send a new one, or offer to knock a little off the price. I did not call, as it was working fine. This morning they called me to say they had the new foot, and could be here in 10 minutes to replace it. He arrived in 10 minutes, and had it done in 5. I was surprised since I hadn't even reported it damaged. He said it was in the paperwork, so they ordered the part. Now, the same dryer was 5 dollars less at the local big box store, but would I recieve that level of service from them? A great example to not only shop local, but shop local SMALL busnesses. Thank you Paulson's!

Called ahead to verify stock on a microwave. Stopped in, talked with the sales rep, and purchased an under the counter model. Installed, using the same bracket, and brought back the old one for proper disposal. Great service. As our other appliances die out, or if we decide to redo the kitchen, we'll be shopping here first.

Paulsen's is great. I have had them out 3 times now for my Bosch dishwasher and their service guy Dave has been fantastic each time. Knows his stuff, gets it done quickly, and is very personable. Customer service is great all the way around. Highly recommend using them for your appliance issues.
