I needed my computer repaired and the geek squad let me check in my computer in for repair..in other stores..the people in the other store ..have people working and so Bizzy played on there phone and don't have time to help the customer.. the Downtown Chicago store Isa hot mess ! It has the same people who think your not important...and thy talk to me like I was a kid..then turned back to play there phone.. I will never go shop Downtown again to shop and that store is closer to my home

What can I say about this Best buy, they generally have what you're looking for and the stock they put online is generally consistent with what they have in store. Staff is generally nice I've had a couple incidents with a couple jerks, but this last time I went the store associate who helped me spent like 15 minutes talking to me like a normal human being. I ended up buying some new Sony earbuds that were on sale (110$ off) wf1000xm4 and they are just amazing. I can't say enough good things about these ear buds. The fit. The finish. The sound expierence and the phone call quality are all way above the best I've ever had. Thank you to the store member who talked to me and gave me the good advice. I will continue to shop there as long as I'm in the area. Thanks again best buy.

Love how nice to it is to walk into a store and be greeted by a lot of different friendly people! Sometimes the people there are a little pushy but I understand that is there job. However, I can't even communicate more than a sentence whilst looking at something with someone else before we are asked by a million people, "Do you need help?" A bit annoying, especially when they hear that someone else has already asked you since they are all localized to an area.

Thank goodness for this place!! I had to replace my dryer unexpectedly and had a very limited budget. Luckily in addition to great prices this place has exceptional customer service (I worked with Mia who was incredibly informative and helped me make the right choice). Highly recommend this place if you want straight forward answers and kind service!

Thanks for your help again Michelle. I MUST say this that the security is tight and on point .. but they did everything right but speak to me or service me fully.. no wrong doing but they thought I was up to no good as I sat Comfortably on the floor near and ill shopped over stocked aisle for black friday.. they circled the wagons they called the troops but never once did a Manger or associate stop and say are you okay!!!! It's best buy not Starbucks if that.. no lounging on the carpets is not a rule but it's something that says let's at least say hello offer a service and check on the poor guy who could not for the life of him stand anymore from being tired driving overnights .. anyway short story long LP is a thing always will be .. but so is service .. Michelle saved the day with her knowledge and although I didn't get my items 0 of 12 I left and came back looking to buy from Michelle.

In the market for a refrigerator went to another big box store, found an item, purchased it. When my item was delivered, removed the tape within a few days I started to notice discrepancy, i. e.: dents, shoddy patch work and areas of rust. They'd attempted to unload on me a refurbished item for regular selling price. Conferring with them on them phone, after a while I was fed up. With no consideration, I asked them to pick-up their item. I ended up having to pay for service charges. and a restocking fee. Paid it a moved on. Walk into a Best Buy store only took a moment, and found a refrigerator: good price capacity, and color. Anticipated delivery when it came, I was pleased, unwrapped it. I found something wrong. I called the service center, totally a whole different approach. To rectify my situation. I was pleased. And, will in the future recommend that they go to Best Buy first. Thanks for putting me first!!! It would have saved me just under two hundred dollars.

No one came to ask if I needed assistance in the TV Dept., and when I made my selection I had to carry the box by myself -- to the cashier AND to my car! NO ONE even offered to help! Prices on TVs were good though. And BTW, I am a senior!!!

This store had the best selection of counter depth refrigerators. I was looking to save a little money and purchase a warranty. I found a nice KitchenAid with a small amount of damage on the sides and a tiny ding on the front. I was able to negotiate the price down a little which also saved me a little money on the warranty. The staff was very helpful. The store also carried stoves, microwaves, televisions, washers and dryers.

Terrible service from the third party delivery team I would not recommend them but the store itself was phenomenal in service and addressing any issues that I had. The staff and the manager Jason was very diligent in keeping my business after I had issues with delivery when corporate customer service failed in store staff prevailed! Would definitely do business again, I got a colossal deal on my appliances very happy customer overall.

I have been a regular customer and fan of BestBuy for years.Today, I stopped by its Burbank location to get a little help with my new Apple Ipad Air and received all the support I needed. I also bought Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 and thanks to my GeekSquad membership I had no problems activating it. I highly recommend BestBuy as all associates provide an excellent support to the customers ♥️

Only had a certain amount of money to spend . I needed a cooking stove ASAP, but low on funds, this awesome young man assisted me in making a purchase online, he was remarkably patient. He was a GODSEND it's good to know that his mom raised a very nice wholesome young man. Just your typical best buy, they got most relevant tech items you might need, parking is massive, oh and they have an appliance building next door. As of right now you can’t find a PS5…still.

Seriously if you're looking for a kitchen package, or a great deal on a random piece and don't mind a minor cosmetic imperfection or two, this is the only place you should be shopping. Seems like a lot of their clientele are flippers and landlords, which totally makes sense. Will go back next time I need appliances!

The store is fantastic, they sell all the appliances and electronic items you can imagine, from the best brands and at the best prices, I bought some headphones and it turns out that they were a little more expensive in another store, but when I checked out they matched the price from the other store, that was the best haha, that's how they make sure they have their customers. Recommended store, if you like electronic items you definitely have to visit it.
