Quick service Called the Appliance Guy last Monday and he was able to do a service call. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Within a week my dishwasher is up and running! Honest, reasonable prices and great work is all I need to know! I’m sure that I will use the Appliance Guy to service all of my appliances!

I had a repair appointment scheduled for today between 9-10 am. I called after they were an hour late and Nick said that he would find out where the Tech was and call me right back. 2 hours later, still no call, so I tried again and got the "full" message machine. I did receive a call at 6:30 pm and he is going to try to get me fixed tomorrow. Mathew made things right the next day, so I am a pleased customer.

My 2012 Samsung refrigerator decided to go on strike and work intermittently. The guys came out and determined it needed a new control board. Unfortunately, once we got the control board, we figured out we also needed an inverter board. All in all, it took about a week to get the refrigerator back to 100%. I was kept up to date on what was needed and a tech was available the same day parts arrived. Service was great and the communication will make me a repeat customer.

I called them to see if they worked on Samsung washer's, and they said they did. They said they could come out that very night at 5pm and look at my machine. They ordered the part and came back and put it in, but unfortunately this did not repair it, and would need a new board. But I have had this washer since 2009 so I darn sure got my monies worth. With my washer being so old they stopped making parts. So I ended up having to buy a new washer from Lowes. They picked up my new washer for me, delivered it, installed it and took my old one away. Dave the tech was very knowledgeable and kind! So if I had to give them a number from 1-10 I would give them an 11! I highly recommend this company and the fact they work on Samsung is awesome, no more waiting for someone to come from Denver. Thank you again (The Appliance Guy)

We are in a rental, and our washing machine and our clothes would have an odor. The first guy that the leasing company sent out said everything looked fine and left. The second time they sent That appliance guy (I don’t remember the name of the person that came out). He cleaned up everything on the inside of the washing machine, and now there is never been an odor again. Thank you

Matt is very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and punctual. He diagnosed and fixed a noise problem in my fridge, showed me how to replace a water filter that was stuck, replaced the leaking seal in my vintage dishwasher, and diagnosed and fixed the problem with my vintage oven. He's really gone the extra mile!

Awesome experience with 'That appliance guy' Matt! As we are new here, you never know who to call (thats good) when things break beyond your know-how. After 2 weeks of our ice maker on its last leg, I gave him a call. He came out next day, as I called at 4 something, and was on time, checked on what was going on, listened to my story of what it was doing, and found a solution quickly. It needed a new part to repair, and he was upfront and specific on cost, so we could decide to proceed with fixing or not. He had the new part ordered and installed a few days later, and he called me to reschedule a time to install. He really made himself available right away and provided great customer service. Everything has a 90 day guarantee on all parts and labor, though I doubt itll be needed. I will definitely reccomend him to others and will call on him again in the future!

Within this past month I got a washer and dryer and a stove from that appliance guy they are the best the best washer and dryer I could have received Cabrio and it is huge and has agitator and I absolutely love it plus I got a new stove and it is just beautiful and it is almost like a gas stove it works great they installed it and got it working for me I could not be more happy! Matthew and his staff are professional friendly knowledgeable and I would recommend them to any of my friends way to go that appliance guy!!!!

He was friendly and figured thenissuenout with pur fridge that no one else in town would even come look at because it was a Samsung. I appreciate the fact he was able to repair it when everyone else said to go buy a new one. He did say to stay away from Samsung and LG in the future. Would definitely recommend!

He did not actually look at the machine ok n his first visit, then when he came out the 2nd time and i asked him why not, he became very defensive. Threatening not to return to my home to finish the job, rather than just explain he relied on his experience? Seemed to be a hot headed, hot tempered person. Not my first call for future jobs. Though job did get done correctly. Temperment is not what i would want from a so called professional in the industry. Proceed with caution here. Don't ask questions or get your head bit off.
