Have gone in here twice in the last few years both for dryer knobs. This last one terry was on the phone when I walked in with a customer that seemed to just want to just talk about there issue after a few minutes of him talking and seeing me there he walks over grabs the knob I’m there for rings it up and all billed out and whispers have a good day while multi tasking top notch service thank you

I bought my washer here and the people were super nice. When I called to have it delivered they said it would be a few days I then said we will come get it and he said no no we will get it out to you today.. they did just what they said. So awesome so amazing .. only one thing I would ask is for smaller washer I can't reach the bottom..lol..My husband would probably leave me in it.. great job guys

B and B Appliance is the best appliance store in Cheyenne!! Two months ago we needed a new dishwasher. We looked all over town for a new dishwasher and for it to be installed. B and B delivered the dishwasher, installed it and took the old one. Other stores charged at least $25 to remove the old one and would not hook it up. Fast forward to this week. Our refrigerator died. Again we looked all over town for a refrigerator. Again, B and B delivered the refrigerator, hooked it up, and took the old one. Other places would have made us wait at least two weeks or more before we could get it hooked up. B and B were so kind and worked us into their tight schedule and we now have a new refrigerator. Caleb and Jerry worked very hard and quickly to get the refrigerator up our stairs and though some tight spots. I will go directly to B anB Appliance from now on. I won’t waste my time with other stores. Their staff was so helpful, kind and courteous. I would highly recommend B and B Appliance for your household needs.

Great place for appliances & service. We suffered a house fire last year & needed to replace everything. We shopped several places both local & out of state but ultimately decided that this was the place we should have came to first. Not only did we get a great deal, but the follow up service has been second to none. Keep up the great job!!

When I needed to get a new refrigerator I wanted to buy from someone who would offer me great customer service I got all that at B&B. I needed a special size and it takes 10 days to get from the warehouse. They offered to give me a loaner refrigerator so that I wouldn't be without one. You won't find that kind of customer service anywhere else in Cheyenne

Great sales staff. Extra Warranties should be read carefully. Had motherboard go out on stove but, mysteriously wasn't covered by the Warranty. Madder than hell!
