Excellent service by the person who did the work. Only issue was the wait time it took to get the service work done, took almost a month before someone could come over to fix the riding mower. The repair was done by the Sears staff very professionally and the riding mower worked well after the repair.

I want to express that my experience with Sears Appliance Repair has alway been a good experience and have saved me hundreds of dollars.This Service is well worth the price asked. Techs are very thorough and have answered many questions for me. The Techs have been very kind and polite. I have recommended this service to friends and family. My Multi Service Contracts(8 appliances) will be renewed in January, 2016. One more thing the Phone personnel are very patient and kind also.

Sears came to my house fixed my washer and was done within 1 hour. The tech had my part on the truck. Service was great. My washer works perfectly. Thank you Sears. That's the whole reason I purchase my appliances at Sears. They have the best warranties.

I was highly pleased with the ease of this repair call for my hotwater heater. I had called 2 others before I even remembered that Sears did this. Rotorooter was going to end up charging me well over $100 just to come look at it since I was out of their service area and since I work until 5 pm most days and could not be there between 8 and 5 pm (why is it that repairmen seem to think this is still the 1950's and most households have a house wife at home all day?). The other guy never bothered to return my call. Sears was reasonably priced, and they were willing to work with me on scheduling my appointment. The technician was very courteous, friendly, and quite knowledgeable. And so far, everything is working as it should--my water is still hot! Next time, I'm not even going to bother to call around; I'm going straight to Sears!

Fourth or fifth time the apartment washer was serviced (including twice when it needed two visits due to ordering parts). Hopefully, there will be no more leaks. The service repairman was prompt, worked well, and helped find a way for temporary usage while a part was being ordered. Thank you.
