Great place to get parts. Very reliable. Only drawback is my washer/dryer always breaks when they are closed for the weekend (Sat Pm-Sunday). This last time I only needed a jumper wire that cost around $5. When I got down there, the remembered they had some left over from a repair Joy and just have it to me for free.

My Maytag dryer had a squealing noise. I needed to find a replacement rear roller bearing. Lowe's and Home Depot didn't have it. The nice salesman looked at my model number, found the part I needed, and gave a reasonable price. Definitely going to check with these guys first next time.

Animal Lover

They are one of very few places that you can actually find, or order parts for appliances and other house comfort needs. It is so great to have the option for a fix on what is usually an easy or at least a small problem with an expensive (and not easily acquired) appliance or accessory. It is necessary for most working class folks that appreciate hard work and the time spent for a wage to have the ability to either diy or at least be given the choices of fixing the 'old' - instead of just buying a new big ticket item. This is in contrast to the frivolous and irresponsible mindset of many with their disposable income of the newer generation which are very easily swayed to do,or are often urged by the competitive markets of new tech and high end items to just buy new items if you find any small issue, or a newer model leaves you feeling inadequate or one upped!! ( Like with the smartphone battle that still keep many 'common sense' uneducated tied to outdoing their own "friends"!) Without this small in size shop- but huge in the actual helpfulness-many of us could not have the basic comforts of what our appliances give, no doubt in my mind.
