Love my GE Cafe Matte White appliances! The cabinet tops painted Benjamin Moore Chalk White to match perfectly with the appliances. Thank you Shannon for your help and the delivery guys were wonderful!

It was not simply “drop and go”;Chris gave us an easily understood tutorial on how to operate our Liebherr, saving us what could have been hours of our own head scratching efforts to figure out the very tall stainless steel monolith that has taken up residence in our kitchen. Never a complaint was heard. None if my worst fears came to pass. “Oh the weather-oh the hill-oh will it really fit?” Laughter, respect, integrity!!! Thankyou so much to all of you who worked with us to make this happen! What a wonderful experience we had with Cocoplum-all around. Between you, Chris and Big Brad : ) , we are delighted with your assistance in helping us choose the best refrigerator for our space and lifestyle; coming to measure before delivery, Chris and BB getting in the house and settled in to it’s new home (ours!), getting our existing fridge out and to it’s new home. And all with great attitudes and attention to details.

I was more than happy to support a small business. I bought a discontinued floor model Kitchenaid dishwasher for full price which I was fine with, but when I got it home I noticed a sizable dent in the front metal. 1270 is a lot of money for a dinged up and discontinued model. The salespeople were nice but I feel a little sick I spent so much money on this.

We used Cocoplum for our appliances when we remodeled and now, needing a new applicance, again turned to Cocoplum. We had a very positive experience the first time with fair pricing and helpful staff. We found the same again this time - staff who go above and beyond expectations to be helpful in every way and very fair prices. I highly (and often) recommend this very reliable, fair, and local business!

Fantastic experience at cocoplum this week. Prior to going one employee shannon spent almost 45 minutes on the phone with me talking through ranges choices. I had already talked to many of the other local appliance places and the people at cocoplum knew VASTLY more than everybody else. When I went in person the next day, sales person spent almost an hour and a half walking me though all my options, pricing them and looking for deals. Also, don't be fooled into thinking that their prices are higher because they carry some of the high end brands. Most of high end ranges are price locked from the manufacturers and cocoplum quoted me the exact same prices as places like AJ Madison. I will absolutely being all my kitchen appliances from cocoplum going forward.

We purchased a range hood with Shannon's help...GREAT service. When the special order came in damaged (2 times) Shannon switched our order to a more expensive model at no extra charge. I highly recommend Shannon and Cocoplum for great service and expertise.

Excellent! Our 12 year old oven stopped working suddenly. Jim spent 15 minutes on the phone in diagnosis and suggestions. What he suggested worked-- the oven is now working and we avoided a service call. We'll be sure to shop there when we need a replacement! Another reason to "shop local!"

We bought a Capital 30" range a couple of months ago from Cocoplum. We started to notice a faint smell of LP gas and called Cocoplum service. They told us they would not be able to get to us for 4 days. I then contacted Sloane, who cleared his schedule the next day, came down with his old tool bag (which he had not used for a few years!). He was able to locate the leak in the range and correct the problem, spending more than 2 1/2 hours, but got the job done! Now that is the kind of service that earns customer loyalty.

After a 7+ weeks nightmare dealing with JC Penney appliances, I just had a delivery of a washer and dryer from Cocoplum. The salesman was very helpful and the 2 guys that delivered the machines were very professional. They were kind, polite and made sure the machines were in place and leveled. Great guys!. I highly recommend Cocoplum. And I strongly suggest everyone stay away from JCP.
