Our refrigerator wasn't working correctly. I contacted Rigels for service. I was told it could be a week, but they would put us on a call list and come earlier if they could. They called the very next day and came out to see what was wrong. They had the part and now our fridge is working perfectly. Then a couple days later our washing machine wasn't working correctly. Again I called Rigels. They came out the very next day to check out our washing machine. They determined there was nothing wrong with the washing machine. It was a plumbing issue, for some reason we were not getting hot water in the laundry room. If we used only cold water the washer worked fine. We appreciated the prompt response we received from Rigels.

Did an online warranty claim through whirlpool. Since I live out of town, they went sure how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. They ended up having a tech in town. They got my washer fixed in less than 10 minutes!

Excellent install of dishwasher purchased from Rigels. Installer gave me some tips and fixed the issue Carpet World created. Carpet World installed new flooring up to the old dishwasher. New dishwasher in, two holes where Carpet World cut out notches when they installed new flooring. Have to see if Carpet World will remedy, but at least Rigels fixed issue of new dishwasher sitting lower than new flooring. Installer also took the plug out of my disposal, allowing my new dishwasher to drain! Called me to notify me he was on the way over, gave me extimated ETA, prompt, excellent service from friendly and knowledgeable person!!!

Their pricing was less than the big box stores which saved me hours of shopping around. They exceeded expectations by offering complimentary delivery and removal of old refrigerator. When the two gentlemen arrived for delivery (during a blizzard), they were efficient and polite! I am so impressed with Rigels and look forward to shopping with them for our future appliance updates! We got a good deal on a Whirlpool washer & dryer set. My salesman Tom followed up when there was a slight delay getting the washer from the distributor, but no worries. The delivery was excellent! They picked up my old set and set up the new one, all in about 15 minutes. Nice guys that were professional and knew what they were doing. Great service all around. We are happy we went with Rigels.

Todd helped me out in an extreme pinch when my deep freezer had died and I did not notice for a day or two. He was able to find me an in stock freezer that I wanted, and coordinate quick delivery with his team! I'm planning on buying a new house within the next 6-12 months and will definitely be going to Regals for my appliances! Thank you SO MUCH for the great service!

Purchased a washer and dryer after being recommended by a friend. The whirlpool washer started smoking and burning the first cycle. This is after 4 week wait from purchase date. They sent a tech out 3 days later. The gear box was broke. They didn't have the model we purchased and didn't offer a discount or really much consolation other than a lower model they had on hand. We have to do laundry and so we kinda just had to deal with them. When they replaced the unit after another day the tech left a bunch of the oil drippings on our floor. I will go to a different store next time.
They were responsive and transparent otherwise I would have left 1 or 2 stars. If they gave a discount or a lender unit until the model we wanted arrived it would have been 4 or 5 respectively.

We purchased all of our appliances from Rigels for our upper level remodel. We had a helpful salesman working with us who was prompt with responding to questions and getting us out dimensions, his name was Chris. However, wolf did have a rebate program that he did not tell us about. We had to find out ourselves from friends who just had purchased wolf. The reason for my one star is that the overall attitude and customer service model of this company is completely off given that they are selling high end appliances. The customer service is so so and their attitude is one that is if they are the only game in town. With e-commerce, box stores, Ferguson and having a large city like St. Cloud so close, that’s a poor move. Our most recent purchase from them was a Cov dishwasher, they didn’t even ask what we wanted to do with our old dishwasher, which wasn’t that old and I had lined up a buyer for, and they just hauled it to the trash. Who just assumes to throw expensive items away in people’s homes? Rigels does. Every person from the top down defended this decision and blamed my husband for not telling them what to do. They don’t view it as their responsibility to ask and they just assume.

We purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher approx 18 mo ago. The pump/motor went out. They gave me the number to Whirlpool. At first Whirlpool told me it was off warranty there was nothing they could do. I then let them know I will never purchase their products ever again and I will let everyone I know looking to purchase an appliance the experience I had with Whirlpool. I also told them I expected a lot more from a 100 yr old company and their products. The part alone was damn near $400 not to mention installation. Whirlpool then called Regals as I was on hold and then let me know they would not only cover the repair but installation as well. Regals was at my home the next day at 8 am and fixed my dishwasher. It pays to buy local there are still decent companies out there and Regals is one of them. They are the only place I will purchase appliances.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic customer service! Todd was very helpful. They actually beat the price of the big home stores in town. There was a delivery delay and they gave me the upgraded model at no charge. Wow!! I will remember this the next time I need appliances and tell everyone I know that is in the market for any home appliances to look no further than Rigels.

I bought a Maytag French door refrigerator, GE Profile dishwasher, GE Profile oven, and GE Profile microwave from Rigels. My oven had uneven temperatures front to back that was especially noted when I baked cookies. A repair man come to fix my oven or exchange for another one. My oven appliance was under warranty. He didn't fix my oven temperature and said I couldn't exchange it. I was still charged a service fee for coming to my home.
Thanks for your response to look up when I purchased my entire kitchen appliances. Yes, I bought everything in January, I think, 2011 when I moved to my condo. It took me a long time before I could decide if I should say something and write a review. I still have the same oven 10 years later, and I still have to watch the front and back uneven baking.

Great experience buying a KitchenAid dishwasher. Todd the salesman gave us a great discount. Delivered and installed in 4 days. Installer was great and made an improvement in the routing under the sink so the new dishwasher could fit without sticking out with the countertop. Will be coming back in the future.

My family intially had some issues with our purchase from Rigels (broken washer with first use, replaced for something we didn't want, replacement people left our floor dirty & installed lines wrong, we were told we couldn't use a lender). We told the person who referred us about our unpleasant experience and they called Rigels on our behalf. Jason was persistant on calling me and left voicemails moving forward with plans to get us the washer we first wanted. The second guys who came to replace were super friendly and took care to keep things clean and install the washer correctly. Thanks for getting us what we wanted.

Had a GREAT experience shopping here on Small Business Saturday and wanted to support local to get our new stove vs going to Big Box store. They were even cheaper then the Big Box stores on the stove we bought. Jason was very helpful during and after the sale. Free delivery and removal of our old from Moorhead to WF was excellent. Big Box store just up our street was going to charge us 75 for delivery, maybe that is why you save BIG money there, but in reality it was cheaper here.

We had them come out and check our 2007 refrigerator, it wasn't cooling. Not only did the technician accurately and quickly diagnose and repair the concern, he also noticed that the door didn't shut quite right and fixed that as well. My wife was VERY happy with the professionalism and courteousness of the technician and we would recommend Rigels to others because of this.

In August 2018 I wanted to surprise my wife with a professional gas range. This is much harder than it sounds since I know nothing about cooking. After soliciting my wife's help and working with Jason Tang at Rigels, we purchased a 30" Thermador. Awesome sales and service! I don't know the names of the two gentlemen who delivered our new refrigerator yesterday, and they didn't talk a lot, but my wife and I were genuinely impressed with their service. It was obvious that they had performed this task many times before and had a routine that was efficient and detailed. Floor coverings, furniture moved and returned to original locations - I was even instructed how to hold the screen door open to prevent being pinched as the old and new units were moved out and in.
When I suggested paying for the refrigerator - I was told that I could and should wait as they had discovered a tiny scratch on one of the doors (that we had not noticed) and could pay when they delivered a new door to replace the one that had been damaged.
Very professionally done - and reinforced our decision to purchase from your store. Thank you!
