We recently had place my father in a memory care facility and had to furnish the room. My mom was very overwhelmed with the whole move and struggled to decide on the size of the mattress causing her to place an order, cancel, reorder, deliver, change her mind and reorder another size. Through it all the people at Sam’s were understanding, accommodating, and even delivered on a non-delivery day when we were up against a time crunch. They truly went above and beyond and we are so thankful for their help. Customers for life

KUDOS to Sam's Appliances. Bought a new washing machine. Price matched big box store, no pressure with trying to sell unsolicited warranties,. In out of the store in 10mins. Super timely delivery and instalation. Ended up with a scheduling conflict and they showed up at my door early. Recommend!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Delivery process is much more customer oriented than box stores. Stores like these used to be in every good sized town before the box stores changed everything and only the really good ones exist to this day. Give them a try.

So glad I found Sam's. My stove wasn't working so I called them based on the the positive reviews. They didn't disappoint. The service technician John was on time, super courteous, tidy, and solved the issue with my stove.

Appointment scheduled with no difficulty, team came out and able to troubleshoot, and returned with new parts. I cant say enough of enough about these guys. Pricing is always fair and the service is beyond outstanding. Recently, we were looking for side/side refrigerator-freezer and spoke with John who spent the time to research and find exactly what we were looking for. They were able take the order over the phone and then deliver it within 3 days. This is exactly the way it's suppose to work and with Sam's it does. All of our appliances come from here and that will continue. THANK YOU SAM'S!

Sam's goes out of their way to help their customers. My elderly parents had a stubborn problem with their fridge and John the manager would not give up: the repairman came out 3 times, free of charge, to help us until the problem was fixed. The installation and delivery guys were great. Chris the repairman was friendly and helpful every time. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Sam's! Two years ago I purchased a Whirlpool stackable washer & dryer. The two professional, pleasant young men were efficient & careful with unloading & installing them. Recently the washer door was unable to lock. Ryan & Jarrod arrived at a good time for me being a work day; which was much appreciated, & together promptly solved the problem.

Sam's Appliance in Norwood is the best. Bought a new clothes dryer at a price better than the large box store pricing. Delivered the next day by two Sam's delivery men who did the installation and removed the old dryer. Fast, efficient service at the rite price. How can you go wrong??

Excellent service, very knowledgeable staff, and great prices. These guys have been in business for a very long time, which in turn gives Sam's a far better customer experience than the big box stores. Highly recommend!

Based on the high reviews and comments I dropped in on 7/18/19 with a problem. Eddy was a fantastic help being free with information with none of the sales pressure. I'll now modify my kitchen cabinets to meet today's refrigerators and return with my wife to buy the unit. Thank you Eddy!

What a gem of a place!!! Needed an old built-in air conditioner replaced on a third floor....fast. Eddie came out, took measurements, and before I knew it....two awesome kids, Chris and Ryan had it in and working! Love Sams! No more Home Depot or Lowe's for me.

Good service. After I bought a new microwave they took my old microwave that needed to be recycled for free. Best Buy would have charged me to take it and only if I made an appointment to have the new one delivered.

Sam's is a wonderful neighborhood appliance and repair center. They are foremost friendly and helpful, and beyond that they are very competitive. I would recommend Sam's to anyone.
