Dave and the employees are PHENOMENAL. We have bought 3 washers from this business (renter life) and each time, consistently amazing service. The whole team is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. After our 3rd purchase, we had a slight issue with a delivered washer. The team was ON IT and helped me out with actual SOLUTIONS! They made sure I was comfortable before they walked away! Seems absolutely bogus to me to buy a new appliance for triple the price! You are giving an old appliance a new life by shopping here. It’s 2022 now, if you are looking for eco friendly solutions for your home and excellent service, go no where else but here!

Very pleased with our recently acquired washing machine from Wes’s. I really needed to get an “old school” washing machine with an agitator and the ability to fill the tub with water. But it needed to be in good working condition, which is exactly what I got. Wes offers a 90-day warranty, which is unusual when purchasing a used appliance. The men who delivered were professional and efficient. I’m planning on Wes’s for future appliance needs.

Warranty without question. I had bought a matching washer and dryer and after close to 6 months, the dryer wasn't getting clothes dry. I called but could not find my receipt. They sent out a tech and when I got home, he had repaired the dryer and said "no charge". I didn't have my receipt and they still honored the warranty even though it was close +/- to the 6 months. I also bought a really nice side by side refrigerator that had a minor blemish for less than half of the new price. Thanks guys!

I have owned a washer and dryer that I purchased at Wes's over a year ago, and the appliances have run great the whole time. They're very quiet, which is great for our small apartment, and Wes and his team were very helpful when I made the purchase, they went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and had all the correct parts to install the appliances. From the time I walked into the store to the delivery, this was one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. I love my new to me fridge. Customer service is hard to come by nowadays, but Wes's was an exception to this. They definitely had amazing customer service from picking out the fridge, completing the paperwork, to the delivery. I purchased a side-by-side refrigerator in great condition, exactly what I wanted at a good price. After bringing it home, it started making a very loud noise. I called Wes's and they sent a tech out from Express Appliance Repair the next day. He was able to resolve the problem quickly and told me to call if it happened again. I was impressed by the professional and prompt response to my call. Wes's had a great selection too; I recommend them!

I went to All Brand Appliances across the street to look for a used washer and dryer. The best deal they could give me was a non-matching w/d set that were both off shoots of whirlpool (neither of which were the same company) for $400 + $40 shipping with 120 day guarantee. Feeling unsettled about that I went across the street to Wes's Appliance. It is a small, somewhat cramped shop run by a formerly German man named Wes and his formerly Polish wife. They were friendly and their prices were very reasonable, however they would not negotiate whatsoever. All of the washers & dryers that he has were matching and varied in price from about $200 - $1000. Many of them were in the $200-$400 range. After finding one that we liked, we bought it and Wes delivered and installed it that day for $40. We haven't had to use his 6 month guarantee, but if we do I am sure it would be easier to go to his shop to talk to him than communicate through the phone. His accent is quite strong, but he was a very nice man. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a used appliance.

I am a Wes's Appliance fan. I love the idea of buying quality appliances that were made back in the day when things were built well. My last dryer died last week after serving my family faithfully for over 25 years, so we replaced it with one from Wes's. Arguably a better product for a much lower price? Yes, please. I also got my last washer at Wes's, and when it needed some super-small service during the warranty period, they came over and took care of it quickly for no cost, as I recall.

Wes's Appliance has AMAZING customer service!! From Christopher on the main sales floor, to Shane in repairs, this business is wonderful at taking care of their clientele. Even when your appliances are delivered, the staff who handle delivery and installation are prompt and courteous. Don't waste your money at one of the big box appliance stores! Keep it local, and give this place a try. It's well worth your money!

We had stellar service from beginning to end of our purchase with just a small hiccough. Dave is super nice, easy to talk to and there was absolutely no pressure to buy anything. Dave answered our questions and was sincere about everything. The hiccough: the two guys that delivered our new fridge we're very friendly and nice. They were a bit rough getting the monster fridge through our front door. Ended up taking the handles off and wiggling it through the entry. They didn't put the handle back on before they left. We called the store, spoke with Dave and he said that he would do his best to get us serviced that day. He called me back about an hour or so later to let us know that Chris would be at our house between 1 and 3 pm. Chris was early!!!! That rarely happens!!! Chris put the handles on and fixed the "think/clicking" that was coming from the freezer door. He explained how the reservoir for the water in the door works and showed my husband why the freezer door was making the noises. All in all, we are 100% satisfied with our purchase experience as well as the customer service we received from Davd Chris.

I purchase a fridge that worked just fine, however the fan was load in our small place. It apparently was normal for that appliance. They were very nice and let me trade the fridge for another one that also worked as it was supposed to, but was much quieter. Thank you.

Great prices. Forget trying to gamble on facebook or craigslist. This group inspects and conducts maintanence on all of thier equipment. Same price as buying used online but the comfort of knowing it will work. Pluss they deliver, hook up and remove the old equipment. I recomend checking here, even before you consider buying new. Dave was super friendly and helpfull!
