Cody and Skyler are incredible. Not only were they prompt with the schedule, they’re extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our experience with these guys was a night and day difference from the “installers” at RC Willey, who by their own admission were not qualified to work on our Wolf range. Skyler was also happy to help me troubleshoot my freezer that was leaking water. If ever I have any issues with any of my appliances, I would personally request that Cody and Skyler make the trip. Best Buy kept delaying the install of a dishwasher we had purchased so I finally reached out to The Appliance Co. They promptly scheduled us within two days of my call and were very professional. Jesse was our installer. He called ahead and arrived on time. He got straight to work but was also very polite and educated us through the process. The job was done in just about an hour and he even explained a variety of features. I will definitely be using The Appliance Co. for any future installations or repairs. Great Service!

We have used The Appliance Co a couple times now and have been impressed. They are professional, honest, and thorough. They repaired our LG washer a month ago after having two other repair company’s tell us they couldn’t determine where the leak was coming from. They recently assisted in the repair of our LG refrigerator. They laid down a protective mat before pulling both appliances out to ensure our floors weren’t damaged. They completed both repairs thoroughly, thoughtfully, and professionally. Best appliance repair company I’ve used! Their prices were also quite reasonable.

Wonderful service! They were able to schedule a same-day repair for our dead refrigerator and they diagnosed the problem well, with a recommendation for repair. With the holiday season (just before Xmas), the order for the repair part was slow to arrive at their company site (not their fault)--but the company really stepped up with one of their service techs volunteering to come service our fridge with the replacement part on Xmas Eve. The service from this company is exceptional! We have a now-working fridge for a reasonable repair cost. We were so afraid we'd have to buy a new fridge. Five star recommendation!

Skylar Tolman showed up before my appointment which was at 1030. He was very kind and his advice was very great full. He came to fix my dryer which I thought was broke but in fact was a rock stuck in it. Embarrassing but if not known i could have done more damage. His work was quick. Also I had a question about my ice maker which he had time to take a look at and come to fine out the motor was done and affordable to fix. The company is very affordable and friendly.I would highly recommend them. Thank you again, as this defines what trues customer service looks like!

Love everything about this company! For starters there is no 3 hour window of when they are going to show up for the appointment. Justin showed up at 8:00am as scheduled and completed the repair on my dryer in a timely manner for a very fair price.While settling up for the dryer repair in the kitchen Justin noticed that my fridge door wasn't closing correctly. He insisted on fixing it free of charge and took an extra 15 minutes out of his day to do so. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs appliance repair.

In case you ever need one of your appliances repaired we can’t recommend The Appliance Company more highly. Very professional, from booking an appointment including confirmation, notification and being on time, to diagnosing a problem with our dishwasher (heat pump), to final repair...all quick and efficient. Bill was our technician and was very knowledgable, smart and friendly. While here he even offered to look at other appliances that might have a problem and gave some tips regarding a small issue we were having with our cooktop that immediately helped. We thought a fair price too ($220 including diagnosis, the pump and both visits) and saved us from having to buy a new dishwasher!

Wow, what a great recommendation, The Appliance Company is the best. Along with a couple of new product warranty claims Justin has handled with super quick response, he also took the washer and dryer down, removed the shipping materials and commissioned our used washer and dryer, all faultless work. Emailed a request for service Sunday night. Received a phone call at 8:00 a.m. Monday morning and an appointment was scheduled for that morning between 9 and 10. Skylar, the repairman, was at my door at 10:15. He was friendly, professional, knowledgable and repairs were completed within 40 minutes. Charges were reasonable. I will definitely use The Appliance Co for any appliance repairs I may need in the future.

She was super helpful and gathered the info they needed and got Skylar out to our house early the next day. He was prompt, quick, and even though he had to leave to go get a part, was immediately back and completed the job before noon. Gave great information (tips, suggestions, etc.) and took extra steps to make sure things were done right. Very likely to use them again.

My husband contacted The appliance company to schedule a repair on our refrigerator that was not cooling. Gabby Was very courteous and after hearing that the unit was completely down , she was able to squeeze us in before Justin's next scheduled call. Justin was at our home in less than 30 minutes and while I know this is not the norm it was still quite impressive, and much appreciated. Justin diagnosed the problem quickly, changed out the offending part and was completely done in about 1 hr. Fridge is cooling again and the price was fair and more than competitive. I moved my refrigerator to paint behind it and shorted out the power cord. I immediately called The Appliance Co. with the slim hope that a repair person was available. Gabby listened, asked the right questions and suggested I send her pics of the issue for the repair person to evaluate. She called back a few minutes later to say Justin was on his way to my home to remedy the problem. Justin called moments later to confirm my address and provide an estimated time of arrival. Justin arrived on time and quickly resolved the power cord issue. He also provided some good advice about powering down the fridge before connecting and/or disconnecting power that I did not know. I was obviously relieved that I wouldn't have to lose my perishable food stock or buy a new fridge. I'll be using TAC from here on out for all my appliance concerns.

Excellent service, very professional and very knowledgeable. Justin replaced a switch on our microwave last May. The microwave stopped working again. Justin came back out, found the switch went bad and replaced it. It was under a one year warranty so there was no charge. I’ve used this company on several occasions and highly recommend them.

Even after dropping the ball on a project (parts on backorder) the team came out to do maintenance on my refrigerator and brought me a gift to make up for the trouble. I called this company just by chance and left a message at appx. 7:00 am on a Tuesday morning when I had just gotten up and my Samsung refrigerator had stopped working. I received a call back from the office before 8:00 am and was told I would have someone out at appx. 10:00. I was ecstatic that they were even coming out the same day, never mind that it was in two hours! Two young men, Jessie & Skylar, arrived promptly, with their tool boxes in hand, carrying FLOOR PROTECTION, neat, clean, dressed in uniforms. I was so impressed! They were polite, immediately went to work and assessed the situation. Turns out the part I needed was backordered from the factory (covid) and who knew when I would get it. As it was an old refrigerator I elected to buy a new one. They gave me valuable information as to what brands to stay away from for future knowledge. I am totally impressed with this company and would give them more stars if I could!!! These guys and this company is super and on the ball big time! I have also talked about them on Next Door. I had my dryer vent and motor cleaned out today and am extremely pleased. The motor was covered with lint and dust, and now it looks brand new. Also, I like the fact that Justin used a wire spinning brush in the dryer vent to loosen up the dirt before blowing the dust out; this was done 3 times, not just once. Justin went above and beyond by making sure everything was clean after the job was done, which included wiping down the floor, molding and wall. The price was very reasonable, and the work was exceptional. Thank you.
