First off I was able to get scheduled with in a week so i wasnt without my dryer for long. The repair man showed up in a timely manner from when they called and said he would arrive he was very polite and informative. Fixed the dryer and vacuumed it out for us. This was exceptional service.

Brandon our technician was excellent and the overall experience w/Lake Appliance repair was the same. I was notified of Brandon's arrival on the first visit and then again on the second to finish the repair. Both times he arrived as expected, and completed the work in a very timely fashion. Brandon was very knowledgeable and professional, and also very respectful. You can tell the technicians are well trained on both the customer facing soft skills, and the machine based hard skills. When appliance repair can be a bit like playing russian roulette, this was so the opposite. I'm glad I can say with confidence I've found the service we'll use from here on.

Tony came out to fix our GE dryer. The whole drum needed replacing, but he was able to get it sufficiently running for me to use in the meantime. Greatly appreciated as it was right around Christmas time. There was a miscommunication about where the dryer was being sent (totally my fault though the automated texts I got were easy to misunderstand) but it all got sorted out. And Tony was so polite about it even though he came out for no reason. The new drum was delivered and quickly installed a few days later. He even took his shoes off without being asked.

Had to call kitchenaid to fix our fridge. Lake appliance was their local repair shop. I set up the appointment on kitchenaid’s website. Lame appliance called me back the next day to verify. Their repair man came at a time that’s was convenient to us. He diagnosed the problem. Ordered parts and the next week had our fridge fixed. They were very profesional and quick. Would definitely use them again.

Lake appliances had me scheduled two weeks out but somehow where able to fit me in way sooner than that. They must have had a cancellation and remembered me and called me up and offered an earlier visit and took care of my freezer two days later instead. They send over their service man Branden who I was very impressed with. He and his partner where professional and friendly, not to mention willing to go beyond and educate me on my appliances I.e how to properly maintain it and recognize area’s of future concern. I highly recommend this company for they have my confidence as a competent and trustworthy business.

Have had issues from day 1 with fridge and freezer not cooling. Had a lot of food spoilage. First guy that came out said that Whirlpool allows an 8 degree temperature difference. Fridge was reading 40-42 so repair guy said 50 degrees was ok. I knew better but that guy jwas just in too big a hurry to listen and try to figure out the problem. Very frustrating. So I called back again and Tyler C. came out. He listened to the problems, and because he happened to have the same fridge knew exactly how to help. He didn't rush to get out to the next job. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He showed me where the airflow vents were, that the other guy would not. Maybe the other guy didn't know. Tyler offered great advice to keep freezer and fridge running well and to maintain proper temperatures. He also gave me his card and mentioned if fridge and freezer ever stop maintaing temperature, I just needed to call and he would try to get her that very day. He's the type of repair person everyone wants. Very impressed with his help.

Great overall experience. Called in and someone answered the phone, good 1st sign. They setup an appointment to come and fix my refrigerator and set good expectations regarding price and window service person would arrive. Service person called and asked if it would be okay to be early. Service person then diagnosed the issue and talked me through it. We then discussed repair and cost. Once I accepted the proposal the service tech fixed the issue immediately. Tech was courteous, polite and informative throughout the process. 5 stars.

Great prompt and professional service from Colton today! Took a look at our washer/dryer combo and fixed the uneven legs causing our washer to shake. Unfortunately our issue was a plumbing one but he was able to give tips for washing when our drain pipe issue is resolved. Even took time to drain the water out of the washer so it wasn’t just sitting there. 10/10

Tony serviced and repaired my dishwasher under a Sears contract agreement. Wasn't schedule until next week but offered to come early due to another customer's cancellation and Sears delay in obtaining my part. I called for service on my dryer on Thursday and got an appointment for the following day! Communication and follow up about the appointment were spot on! Colten showed up right on schedule, wore a mask and booties and got right to work. He ran tests and determined that even though the tests were positive, the dryer still didn’t perform as it should. He explained everything thoroughly and said we should contact the store and request a replacement. He prepared a report and said he would order the one part that wasn’t performing perfectly, just in case. Colten also found a way to make the dryer work until it’s replaced!! Woo hoo! I contacted the office to let them know how professional Colten was and to request a copy of the report so I would have everything I needed to speak with the company we purchased the dryer from. They got right back to me to send the report and to offer to reach out to the appliance company! We couldn’t be happier with their service and follow through! We highly recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repair! I just wish I could leave more stars!

Our dryer went out and would not spin. We called Lake Appliance Repair and within 30 minutes Matt arrived at our door. In less than 15 minutes he had the problem identified and repaired the same day. We could not have asked for a better technician. Matt is very professional and was very quick to get our dryer back up and running.

I have a new Frigidaire dishwasher that was a warranty claim. The technician spoke with me over the phone to diagnose the issue so he could be more prepared when he came to my house for the repair. Service was just fine, quick. They called 15 minutes before they arrived. Two things that bugged me: We had set up for a 4-hour afternoon window for their repair, which worked well with our schedule. The night before, they called and left a voicemail saying that our window had changed to the 4-hour morning window, same day. Then we had to call back and wait on hold for 10 minutes to confirm the change, which did not work as well with our schedule. Second, the technician did not wear a mask. If you're entering people's homes during a pandemic, and you're providing a service, you should wear a mask.
