Everything about my experience with Jenkins appliance was amazing! Our fridge had been turning off and we were in need of a replacement. We went and looked at fridges Saturday afternoon and the sales associate went above and beyond asking us what we were looking for and giving us straight forward advice. We found one we liked and by the following Monday afternoon our fridge was being delivered! Not only was the delivery seamless but again they went above and beyond my expectations by helping me clean underneath where the old fridge had been leaking but also by making sure everything was working properly before they left. Honestly 10/10 best experience I've had with buying appliances.

Jenkins Appliance says they no longer does in-home repairs except on items they have warranteed. You can take your dryer to them, but not your water heater....

Had an issue with my fridge, the freezer was working fine but the fresh food was at 49 degrees. The fridge is 22 years old. I contacted Jenkins Appliance spoke to Darren. Asked him if he had any used refrigerators and what the price was 299$ year warranty. Not too bad I suppose. I told Darren what was going on with my fridge. He told me what could be happening and that he would walk me through the steps to troubleshoot and repair my fridge. I was blown away that he offered to do this for me. I was totally impressed. My fridge is now working and I am extremely appreciative to Darren. Very kind and helpful. Kudos to you Darren.

I had a spare refrigerator I keep in my garage for when I have get togethers and to keep extra drinks in and last week it went out. I looked around at other places but didn't find one in a reasonable price range. A friend told me about Jenkins Appliances so I called them and they told he what they had available. About an hour later I stopped in and found one I wanted. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful and after purchasing the refrigerator I was told they could deliver it to my house that evening after they close at 5 pm. At 5:30 it was at my house. If you need an appliance at a good price and with friendly service, this is the place to go.

Is there 10 stars? My wife and I are moving to Pennsylvania and I wish I could take them with us. We bought a washer and dryer from them 1.5 years ago and from that through their service calls to our residence the customer service has easily been the best customer experience I've ever had. I Can't speak highly enough about them.

10 stars if I could!! I love that they clean all of their washers, and they showed me the process. I got to pick from many different sets. Many other places didn’t have much on display, but these guys let their customers go into their warehouse and pick out a set. I could cry with how kind they were to me! I had just gotten back from a week long trip and my washer was acting funny and I was starting to panic! They were so kind, and even on a Saturday, they took the time out of their personal schedules to make a house call to see what was wrong with my washer, just so I would know. Well, it turned out to be a giant user error on my part - and they were still so kind to explain what was happening, and what to look for in the future. THIS is top notch service and I will gladly give them by business and refer others to them as well.

Payton was so kind and helpful. I had initially purchased a Samsung washer dryer set with most of the features I wanted but a much better price than new. He called me the next morning saying he did some research the previous night and was not comfortable selling me the set because he wanted me to have something that would last bit just break down I the next year. I went back out to the store and got me into a Maytag that would be a better fit for my use and at the same price for the other set. He didn’t make me feel like he was just out to make a profit rather he wanted to get me the best value for my money. They painted it so it looks good as new and delivered and installed in my house. Overall Payton and his Dad were awesome! Very glad I came across them and when I’m ready to add some more sets to my setup I will definitely see them first.

When the heating element in my dryer went out I searched around for prices and availability. Jenkins Appliance had the part and it was 50 percent less than other places. And I would have had to wait at the other places for them to order it. I now know if I ever need appliance parts I will go to Jenkins Appliance.

A local shop that knows how to fix appliances at a fare cost. My wife and I had dryer problems. We purchased the wrong part from them and since it wasn't installed they took it back. Then they recommended how to self diagnose our dryer. When we couldn't figure it out we took it to them they used a millimeter to figure it out. The part was reasonably priced and the service was great. Thank you!

I called trying to find some parts to fix a Maytag dryer on the weekend. He didn't have them in stock but pointed me in the right direction. A control board would have cost me a couple hundred dollars but a relay that went on the board was about five dollars and was readily available. Can't thank you enough for saving me a little coin and will definitely use you next time and hopefully will be able to pay you.

Jenkins also sells used appliances. At the rediculous prices of new appliances, I purchased a used high end washer, for $200.00 and it came with a six month warranty. On the six month it did break. Considering that we use the washer about 2hrs a day every day of the week I expected it. Jenkins sent someone out the next day at no charge. They were courteous and professional and personal, which we don't see very much of anymore. I would recommend them to everyone and will buy from them again just for their customer service. Don't change what your doing Jenkins, because it's working!

I purchase a Maytag dryer and it was delivered within a few days but the dryer was having some problems. So, I called and made an appointment and was given a replacement the same day without any problems. will use Jenkins in the future.
