Procuring the replacement door took several weeks during which time I received regular updates in that regard. Nice company; Only issue is that despite giving the make and model of the dryer when setting up the visit, the the service tech was not told of the need to bring the part that I specifically indicated needed to be replaced. This resulted in a 4 day delay in fixing the dryer.

Great Experience. I was looking for a part for my washing machine and Jackie was extremely helpful. This is one of the only parts providers in town with a reasonable return policy which, combined with Jackie's excellent customer service, earned my business. The guys who I spoke with when I picked up the part we're great too and took the time to help me look up the schematics of the machine. Would certainly recommend!

This was a warranty repair for a dishwasher we had only had six months. The tech showed up on time; he was immensely respectful of us and our home; he promptly identified the issue; and he gave us a full description of what he was going to do: order the part and schedule a return visit to install the new part. The part was a circuit board that is not normally carried in inventory locally. We could not have asked for a more congenial and effective service.

We own a 20 year old DC powered refrigerator/freezer that operates off our solar system (or batteries at night). The fridge quit working several months ago, freezer was fine but I called several appliance repair places who said they could not take care of the brand or type of fridge. Service Care could do it, I sent photos of the motor, and type of refrigerant in it. I was given an appointment window, a reminder on the day of, confirmation of the time window and then a phone call from the tech when he was on the way. Very professional and the gentleman was well informed and knew what he was doing!! Great service.

After 3 attempts to repair my washer it was recommended I purchase a new washer. I wish there was a diagnostic tool that would tell you what is needed for the repair. I have now been without my washer for 3 weeks and bought a new washer today. Of course it is not in stock! My technician was very attentive and courteous.

Service was scheduled for the next day. Tech called before visit and arrived early in the time window quoted. Diagnosis took a while and the tech called for assistance. He ordered the two necessary parts and returned on schedule six days later. Service took a bit over one hour.
Tech tested the dishwasher to assure proper operation. Only problem was a failure to turn the dishwasher water back on after first visit. That valve also serves our fridge.

My 20+ year old Whirlpool washer decided to stop spinning suddenly. Hearing horror stories of the new low flow washers and smelly front load washers, I thought it best to try to get mine repaired. Also, I heard that it was taking 2-3 months to get a new washer from the manufacturer, shipped to store and then delivered/installed (thanks COVID!). I called Service Care on a Thursday hoping for an appointment within 2 weeks. Luckily, they had an opening on Monday! The tech showed up on time. He was so courteous and informative. He left my laundry room clean and my washer fixed (hopefully for another 20 years). I'll use them for any other appliance repairs that I need.

I requested service on my dryer through Service Care's website. I needed it done today if at all possible. I didn't really expect to be able to get someone out that quickly but I had to try. Not only did the serviceman come out the day I requested, but he was at my house within two hours of my requesting service. That's awesome. He quickly and efficiently repaired my dryer. Yes, cost was a little higher than I have previously paid, but you can't beat service in two hours. Plus the serviceman was knowledgeable and friendly. All around a great experience.

However, when the owner calls you and lets you know how much he values your business and makes the situation right, they definitely deserve a 5-star rating. I was supposed to have my refrigerator fixed today “ 03/23/2021.. My ice maker and water dispenser does not work... The 1st time the gentleman showed up on time to verify the temperature, model and what needed to be fixed and ordered. I was okay with that the date was a week ago. I called Service Care today because at this time I had not received confirmation to verify the time he was coming... There was no confirmation like email, text or no one had called to confirm. I call the company today and Ms Chen states the parts “may” be in on the 25th of March and I explained to her that this was not explained to me she states the technician does not know when the items comes in I explained to her I don’t know his job of what information should or should not have been relayed to me I just know the date I was told the parts would be in and the date he will be back to fix it.
Of course, I requested to speak to the manager and of course the “MANAGER” is not here but I will relay the message!!!!
Please do not give a date you will fix appliances if it can’t be done.....
IN THE FUTURE AT LEAST CALL THE CUSTOMER TO LET THEM KNOW THERE IS A DELAY OF DELIVERY OF ITEMS NEEDED SO THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT HAVE TO WAIT!!!!! STILL WAITING, NOT PLEASED AT ALL ... UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!!

The technician and a manager came to my home and apologized for the miscommunication... The part unfortunately would not fix my refrigerator “Ice maker and Water dispenser” because there is a shortage in the wiring and now I need a new refrigerator. The technician was very professional, detailed in his explanation of why it did not work. I will use SERVICE CARE again because even thou there was a “ball” dropped in the beginning they did follow up immediately and did not blame everyone else they took OWNERSHIP and that is what we are missing in these days and time....You made a uphappy customer a HAPPY CUSTOMER...

When our Bosch in-wall microwave went on the blink, I contracted service care to do a fault diagnosis so that I could order the faulty part(s) and repair it. The technician misdiagnosed the problem as a blown fuse. Once I purchased a new fuse and replaced it (an extremely easy process), upon turning on the microwave the fuse immediately blew again. So, I was out my $85 diagnostic fee and still did not know the real issue. My first attempts to get Service Care to complete the diagnosis were unsuccessful, however, after some time, the service care owner called me and we reached a satisfactory agreement. For this reason, I would use Service Care again and can recommend them to others.

We tried inserting a new filter in our Whirlpool Refrigerator, and something happened that prevented any water flowing through. On a Friday, I called Lowe’s Service since we purchased it there in 2010. Lowe’s contacted Service Care locally to respond to us. I got a call from Katie at Service Care that day, and an appointment was set up for the following Monday. Technician Scott Burns called us Monday on the way to the house. The entire housing for the filter had to be replaced due to a worn out/broken part, which Scott ordered & returned to replace the following Wednesday. We were extremely impressed with the efficiency and courtesy of Katie from the administration point. And we were ESPECIALLY impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of technician Scott Burns. We will, in the future, call Service Care direct for issues with our major appliances.

I contacted Service Care in morning and they told me that one of their technicians would be contacting me soon. The technician, Scott, contacted me 30 minutes later to let me know that he was on his way. Scott and another technician arrived and they were very pleasant and assured me that they would get to the root of the problem with my dryer not heating. Scott checked the fuses, heating element, thermal cutoff, etc. on my dryer and all were working. He determined that the dryer was not heating because the control board on the dryer needed to be replaced. He also recommended that I purchase a new dryer because my dryer was old and it would be much more expensive to replace the control board and install it. I suspected this might be the end result, but I felt it was best to have the experts make that determination. Despite the fact that I have to purchase another dryer, I was very pleased with the promptness, knowledge and professionalism of Scott and the other technician that came with him, and because of this experience, I will be contacting Service Care in the future if I ever need service on my appliances or television sets. I highly recommend them.

The power circuit of our five-year old LCD TV blew out and I called Service Care. Barry Beasley came out the next day and verified that it was the power circuit, found a capacitor that had blown, replaced it on the spot, and determined that the damage was more extensive. I had a 65" Plasma TV which all HDMI inputs stopped working. I called and I spoke to Russ. I asked for someone to come out to look. After I told them my location I was told it would be $85 to inspect, but if they did repairs it would be subtracted from the labor cost. My TV was expensive so I was willing to accept the risk that it wouldn't be fixed. and I gave him the model number. The technician called and we arranged a time and he was there in a reasonable amount of time. He asked what the problem was and I explained again that all HDMI ports were not working. He then went to search for a mainboard replacement for the TV. He couldn't find one.
I'm giving them three stars because there was sufficient information given to them to be able to tell me over the phone that they wouldn't be able to find a replacement part. I explained my frustration to the technician. He said that they mostly deal with appliances and he'd never been unable to replace a main board for a somewhat new Panasonic (< 5 years) and that he wouldn't have time to train the staff to get all pertinent information. To me, that's a training issue.
Polite and responsive people, but they need to do better with the information that they are given. They had the part number and the description of the problem. I could have sent them a picture of the back of the TV since that's all the technician needed to see.

We had 2 appliances with issues: a 7 month old GE Profile telescoping downdraft vent (not raising and lowering smoothly) and a Kitchenaid Architect Series dishwasher (leaking water). The technician, Craig Harris, was professional, personable and most importantly knowledgeable. After inspecting the downdraft and learning how new it was, he got on the phone with the GE Customer Care Team and they took over the resolution since the product was covered under warranty (in a previous call that I made to GE... they blew me off with the reply that the unit must not have been installed properly... which it was). That situation was resolved with a swap of the defective GE downdraft. Craig then diagnosed the DW problem as a broken soap dispenser that was surprisingly allowing the high pressure water to get into a small hole and leak down through the front panel and out to the corners and then onto my floor. A 2nd visit was required to allow time for the part to be ordered (expensive little plastic booger). I was very pleased that the very same person was sent for the installation, this rarely seems to happen with most companies. He was very careful not to scratch any outside components or my hardwood kitchen floors. He was a quick with his work and above all, an expert.

Although my technician tried very hard to eliminate the banging and thumping noise on my new LG washing machine, he was unable to completely fix the problem. The service was excellent. My technician Eli was the best. Very helpful, professional and smart. The best I’ve ever seen. He was confident that he could solve our dishwasher problem and he did. And this was after a prior technician had diagnosed the problem wrong and left the dishwasher in a worst condition than he found it in. Parts were intentionally left disconnected and I was told it was unrepairable. Service Care was quick to call back and kept me informed every step of the way. This is a top notch company with first class services. Give Eli a raise or a promotion or something.
